U. Minnesota Receives $600K Grant for Study Aiming to Reduce ‘Racial Bias’ in White Kids
The study aimed to offer an “experimental design” to test whether a “mothers’ communication about race” can “reduce racial bias among White children.”
The University of Minnesota continues its battle for the minds of American youth. In a recent report by Alpha News, the university received a grant totaling $599,932 to conduct a study examining whether “anti-racist” parenting practices for white children between the ages of 5 and 8 can reduce their “racial bias.”
According to its profile on the William T. Grant Foundation website, the “CARPE DIEM (Courageous, Antiracist, and Reflective Parenting Efforts: Deepening Intentionality with Each Moment)” grant was described as an “online antiracist parenting intervention” for White mothers.
“Young White American children show higher levels of implicit bias against other racial groups than peers of color,” notes the grant profile.
“A potential driver of this racial bias gap may be racial inequalities in parents’ communication about ethnicity and race.”
To combat this, the study aimed to offer an “experimental design” to test whether a “mothers’ communication about race” can “reduce racial bias among White children.”
A University of Minnesota flyer advertising the study encouraged White mothers who were “interested in anti-racist parenting” to enroll their children, describing the participation as a way to support their children’s “antiracist journeys.”
“We hope that our findings will teach us how to best equip and support White parents and their children on their antiracist journeys,” read the flyer.
The anti-racist study is one of several initiatives undertaken by the University of Minnesota that seek to promote radical ideological views to children.
Previously, the University of Minnesota launched a project to develop “therapeutic” transgender dolls intended for children as young as 4 years old. According to the “MyGender Dolls” website, the dolls are designed to be a “play-based therapeutic approach for trans and gender diverse children — and the clinicians who support them.”
“We make gender fun!” the project’s website states.
“Our award-winning dolls and services are community-informed, research-driven, culturally-attuned, and grounded in gender-affirming clinical practice.”
In another example, the University of Minnesota Medical School was revealed to provide “Child & Adolescent Gender Services” through its Sexual and Gender Health Clinic. The Clinic offers services to children such as “gender affirming medication interventions, including puberty suppression, menstrual suppression, and hormone therapy.”
The University of Minnesota responded to Alpha News’ calls for comments on the anti-racist study, stating that the institution is “deeply committed to supporting the innovative research of our faculty and students.”
“This professor’s research reflects independent scholarly activity and was rigorously peer-reviewed and selected for funding by the foundation based on scientific merit,” read the statement.

I’d be willing to bet that young black children show higher levels of explicit bias against other racial groups. They are defiantly taught that by their mothers with fathers no where to be found, At least urban blacks are this way.

Remember what Jesse Jackson said:
“There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery. Then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved…. After all we have been through. Just to think we can’t walk down our own streets, how humiliating.”
So I would assume these white children would have to become wards of the enlightened state educational bureaucracy pending white mother reprogramming, no?

I can only speak from personal anecdote but as I was brought up race was never even a subject of discussion let alone negative indoctrination. Frankly it wasn’t until I got into the military and was introduced to American black culture that I started to form a low opinion of it.
My dad named our black lab nig$&r in 1955….
We moved from northern Wisconsin to Milwaukee for work and we had that dog in the car. My parents went to Sears and left us 3, me being 4 and my two older sibs, 5,6..
Well we somehow let him out and I remember calling him “nig””r outside the car.
2 black men and 1 woman were nearby and the woman had to be held back by the 2 men cause she was going to, probably kill us
We had enough sense to get in the car and lock it.

The beauty of bodycams is that it took what the grifters used to claim as “bias” and shoved it all the way over into “facts beyond dispute. A frequent comment is “no stereotypes were harmed in making this video.”
And of course there is a comment along the lines of “what about the thousands of vids showing the police being racist?” We politely ask for pointers, but none have yet to appear.
The grant’s assertion that “Young White American children” show higher levels of bias against other racial groups is pure dogma, not actually grounded in evidence.
The purpose of the study is to foment “anti-racist” thinking in subjects, but it categorically fails to address the issue that anti-racism is itself racist, merely Woke approved racism – White bad, Black good etc.
Without any test to assess if the study results in anti-White racism it is an exercise in ideology, not an actual scientific study, but then everyone not ideologically aligned already knows that right?
Well then, put surveillance cameras in the homes of white families to watch what mothers are saying to their children. We are one step away from that.
Outrageous use of money that could be spent elsewhere.
