Canadian Woman Allegedly Slaps Teen Over Trump-Themed Clothing, Lands in ICE Custody

“Tracey yelled at the two people in the group wearing “patriotic colored” sweatpants before she slapped the victim across her face and body, an affidavit of probable cause stated.”

A progressive Canadian woman, enraged by the Trump/ICE-themed clothing worn by two teenage girls walking along the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk on the Jersey Shore, allegedly slapped one of them across her face and body, according to court documents reviewed by NJ.com.

On July 3, Kaitlyn E. Tracey, 33, recorded herself as she approached the minors, the documents said.

NJ.com reported:

Tracey yelled at the two people in the group wearing “patriotic colored” sweatpants before she slapped the victim across her face and body, an affidavit of probable cause stated.

The victim was not injured. Her age is redacted in court documents.

Tracey, of Asbury Park, fled but was identified following an investigation and arrested on Monday [July 13]. Police said the assault was captured on surveillance video.

Police charged Tracey with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction.

Tracey is a Canadian citizen who entered the United States with a passport in 2024, court papers state.

She was brought to the Ocean County jail, and a man who identified himself as her husband said Tracey is being turned over to ICE. Tracey is not listed in jail records as an inmate as of Tuesday morning, though court records say she is scheduled for an Aug. 4 court appearance.

Mark Geroni, who claims to be Tracey’s husband, is a U.S. citizen. The pair married over three years ago.

In one of several TikTok video posts about the incident since Tracey’s Monday arrest, Geroni said, “Yesterday, July 13, my wife was detained by ICE and brought to Delaney Hall in Newark, NJ.”

He told viewers he has been unable to reach her. Fighting back tears, he pleaded with the public for help, saying he doesn’t know what to do.

He fears she could be harmed while in ICE custody. “My main goal is the safety and well-being of my wife, and that is about it.”

Perhaps that concern would have been better directed before she allegedly assaulted a stranger simply for wearing clothing bearing a political message she opposed.

The New York Post reported that in one of his TikTok appeals, Geroni said he had set up a GoFundMe account for his wife, “but was forced to take it down a short time later after a ‘Facebook group of MAGA supporters’ mass-reported it.”

Assuming the allegations are true, this case serves as a reminder that political intolerance can have real-world consequences. What began as outrage over a pair of pro-Trump sweatpants has now escalated into criminal charges, ICE custody, and an uncertain future for a noncitizen who somehow thought she had the right to lay hands on a stranger for expressing a political opinion.

After a assaulting an innocent teen girl, police charged the out of control Canadian woman with endangering the welfare of a child.

The stupid husband, however, says he’s afraid his stupid wife could be harmed while in custody.

He fears she could be harmed while in ICE custody.

Why so? We have it on good authority that ICE detention centers are full of upstanding, law-abiding citizens (of other countries). How could they possibly present a threat to her?

I wonder if she has Greta Thunberg’s phone number on speed dial.

Apparently she and her husband are committed Leftists (that should be committed — to a mental institution). Her husband posted a video on the internet wishing that Donald Trump and all of his relatives including his grandchildren would get cancer and die.

I hope she gets deported back to Canada and that beta husband of hers goes with her.

ICE is the supervillain of the 21st Century. Fear and Loathing of ICE. The Left has built this irrational fear into all of its fellow travelers, justifying all manner of Fascist tactics to be used on normal people, because in their profound historical ignorance, they brand Trump and America as fascists.

Ironic, eh? But not funny.

I’ve very surprised none of the networks have rolled out tv shows about brilliant, trans, progressives fighting against ICE in their never ending effort to replace the white population with brown undocumented (ahem – illegals) aliens and bring about the glorious socialist revolution while tumbling the patriarchy and freeing Palestine.

I mean, how braindead do you have to be to assault someone for wearing clothing you object to *and* record yourself doing it?

Oh, wait. She’s a Canadian.

My bad.

Ship her home after her prison sentence for assault and civil rights violations.

And if anyone finds the husband’s testicles, I’m sure he’d appreciate getting them back.

They’ve been married for 3 years and didn’t bother to sort out her immigration status? Hardly ICE’s fault.

“After marriage, the Canadian spouse can apply for Adjustment of Status (Form I-485) to become a permanent resident without leaving the U.S. The U.S. citizen spouse files an immigrant petition (Form I-130) concurrently. Once applications are filed, the Canadian can also apply for work authorization and advance parole (travel permission) while the case is pending.”

Bets?

Deportation or prison. If she’s released, it’s dollars to pesos she’ll do it, or something similar again. If she got out in my neighborhood, she might not enjoy the reception very much.

Launching a physical attack on someone b/c you don’t like their wardrobe choices is Cray Cray. Far too many mentally ill wandering around loose who believe themselves justified in putting their hands on folks.

“He fears she could be harmed while in ICE custody.“

As long as his wife doesn’t try to run over an ICE officer with her car and kill them, she will be fine.

Exile her to the (not so) Great (not so) White North!

He doesn’t know what to do? Buy winter clothes and enjoy living in Canada. This lady will not get adjustment of status from hating America and antics like this.

She came across from Canada on her Canadian passport. She is only allowed to stay 180 days without a visa. She violated the rules. She gets sent back and is banned for life from coming to the US. Her idiot husband gets to choose if he wants to follow her back or divorce her and stay in America. Because it works the same way if he goes to Canada. He can only stay a specific time in Canada without an immigrant status.

The post says her weepy, dazed and confused, dead-broke U.S. citizen hubby has been married to this Canuck accoster for “over 3 years.” I bought a Canadian-made boat not long ago, and it only had a 2-year warranty, so he sadly may be SOL. Better luck next time, eh?

It looks to me like this wasn’t a spontaneous emotional outburst. The husband and wife PLANNED to provoke an arrest for TikTok celebrity and GoFundMe riches. If that could be proven, I’d imagine they could both be charged with more serious crimes.
