Kamala Harris Hosts ‘No Bad Idea Brainstorm’ Session As Democrats Hit Panic Button

“Democrats have declared the entire electoral process illegitimate because they sometimes lose elections. They are prepared to torch the entire country in order ‘neutralize red states’. This is the language of civil war.”

To say Democrats have lost it after a wave of court decisions related to redistricting in recent weeks didn’t go their way would be the understatement of the year, with their true colors shining through in a way that confirms the sheer desperation that has set in.

Here’s a brief recap before we get to former Vice President Kamala Harris’ latest antics:

  • April 29: The United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS) handed down its decision in Louisiana v. Callais, ruling that congressional redistricting based solely on race is unconstitutional.
  • May 8: The Virginia Supreme Court (SCOVA) dealt Democrats another blow, ruling that the process Democrats in the General Assembly used to get their gerrymander referendum on the ballot violated Virginia’s Constitution.
  • May 15: The SCOTUS rejected Virginia’s emergency request to restore a congressional map that could have netted them an additional four House seats in the 2026 midterms, leaving the SCOVA ruling in place. As Prof. Jacobson noted, “When you are libs, and you’ve lost even KBJ, you know your legal arguments sucked big league.”

Adding insult to injury for Democrats has been the actions of red states that are eager to get their maps into compliance with the SCOTUS ruling, with Tennessee being the most recent to pass and sign into law a new map that could take them from an 8-1 R/D congressional delegation to a 9-0.  This action ultimately prompted longtime Democrat Rep. Steve Cohen (TN-09) to announce Friday that he was dropping his reelection bid.

Democrats are incensed to the point that you’ve got prominent figures like “super-lawyer” Marc Elias seemingly advocating for the abolishment of Virginia’s government.  And California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has even tried to cast doubt on SCOTUS’s legitimacy.

So, amid all the chaos and disarray Democrats find themselves in, what’s a political party to do?

Turn to… twice-failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris?

Former Vice President Kamala was dragged online for a laundry list of progressive “bad ideas” she wants to bring to the table at what she’s dubbed a “No Bad Idea Brainstorm” for Democrats.

Harris said during a Wednesday night livestream on the “Win with Black Women” podcast that Democrats need “an expanded playbook” and need to consider radical positions ahead of the 2026 midterm elections — including abolishing the Electoral College and packing the Supreme Court.

“Look, this is a moment where there are no bad ideas, a ‘No Bad Idea Brainstorm’ is what I’d like to call it,” Harris said in the video, which quickly went viral on social media.

Harris went on to say that:

We invite a conversation about multi-member districts. We talk about—look, if we win the Senate, which we should and we will, then the Senate Judiciary Committee should have rules that they put in place so when these people come before as nominees to the Supreme Court and lie, that they are held to account and consequence.

Not just that somebody goes on cable news and says they lied, but that there are rules in place to actually penalize people for lying to a Senate Judiciary Committee. We agree that it is right to have ethics rules for Supreme Court justices, and let’s put those in place. Let’s talk about statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. These are the things I think that we’ve got to do. We’ve got to neutralize these red states from cheating, including blue states expanding their maps. And all of this, I think, is—look, we gotta fight fire with fire. These folks are playing to win. We gotta play to win too.

Watch:

It didn’t get lost on people that Harris was essentially advocating to rig or end the processes that were in place when she lost in 2024:

All supposedly in an effort to “save democracy” or whatever. Sure.

harris is a non-starter desperate for attention / relevance

A “no bad idea” conference?

Who better to sponsor that than Democrats.

henrybowman in reply to fscarn. | May 16, 2026 at 6:42 pm

They have nothing left but bad ideas… so unless you start off the brainstorming session by stipulating that none of them are bad ideas, you’d have nothing to talk about at all.

I offer: “No Brain Bad Idea Storm” as a more honest monicker.

Two things:

1. Democrats love bad ideas: they hold to them, promote them and encourage others to embrace them.

2. Democrats are blind: they cannot discern between good ideas and bad ideas.

If the Democrats didn’t have bad ideas they would hve no ideas at all,

The vile, stupid and evil Dhimmi-crats’ wretched party, as it is presently ideologically and physically constituted, is predicated on two of the most manifestly evil, destructive and deadly ideologies of all time — Marxism/Leninism/communism, and “Submission.”

    ‘Nuff said.

My guy, Sheldon freaking Whitehouse, 🤮 is 100% on board with stacking the SC.
More verification, it’s a bad idea.

The Dems want the house so bad not to make the country a better place, but just so they can impeach Trump. Thats their whole collective being.

They’ve got nothing else.

“Look, this is a moment where there are no bad ideas, a ‘No Bad Idea Brainstorm’ is what I’d like to call it,” Harris said in the video” Proof that Democrats are not fit or even capable of being our co-majority political party here in the 250th year of our Republic.

“Look, this is a moment where there are no bad ideas, a ‘No Bad Idea Brainstorm’ is what I’d like to call it,” Harris said in the video…

Was alcohol involved?

If Kamala-lama-ding-dong is back in the picture and being taken seriously this is a really good sign that Republicans could win or at least not get killed in the mid-terms. She is the brain dead coat hanger that handed Trump a huge win of both the popular vote and the electoral college. Honestly you can’t find a less popular figure then drunk Aunty except maybe Stacy Abrams? At least with Abrams you can say she has a pulse. But for Kamala the rambling, slurring queen: Women don’t like her, men don’t like her, black people don’t like her, Hispanics don’t like her, Muslims don’t like her on and on. Transgender females love her so she got their 1%. Hope and pray they use her as a candidate because she literally is less popular and less interesting than AOC, Newsome or Buttigieg. Also I love to hear her pontificate about the passage of time, yellow school buses and how Ukraine is a small country. It’s like listening to a really condescending kindergarten teacher explain the meaning of life to a group of uber woke soriety sisters everytime she opens her mouth. Pure gold!

In movie 1776, the Continental Congress has a motion as to whether to discuss the idea of Independence. The vote is tied as some don’t even want to discuss American independence.

It is left to Stephen Hopkins from Rhode Island who is out in the “necessary” to cast the deciding vote. Hopkins (played by actor Roy Poole) stumbles back into the hall and says:

Well, in all my years I ain’t never heard, seen nor smelled an issue that was so dangerous it couldn’t be talked about. Hell yeah! I’m for debating anything. Rhode Island says yea!

Harris wants to discuss “bad ideas?”

I’m for it.

Instead of just saying an idea is bad, show why it is bad. Beat people over their head with their own stupidity. Let those who like “bad ideas” be forced to defend them on intellectual, moral and ethic grounds rather than “this sounds good……we want it!!”

Charlie Kirk (and others) forced the left to defend policies and ideas. When those ideas were discussed. people came to the right side of the spectrum. Maybe hard core leftists didn’t, but those undecided and in the middle did.

Bring on the “bad ideas.”

People will beat them to death (figuratively) with them,

“Well, in all my years I ain’t never heard, seen nor smelled an issue that was so dangerous it couldn’t be talked about. Hell yeah! I’m for debating anything. Rhode Island says yea!”

So back then, Rhode Island was part of Texas?

Is it just me or is there a possibility Kamala Harris is a male? Look at the hands and look at the face structure. It seems to be a thing with the demos that their party is full of males who want to be females.

starlightnite50yrsago | May 16, 2026 at 12:26 pm

It is hard to brain storm without a brain. They need to go see the wizard of Oz. So it is with the party of mental illness.

Democrats should tell Harris to sit down, shut up, and drink more wine. They won’t and that’s good for the country because she’s an idiot.

CommoChief in reply to ztakddot. | May 16, 2026 at 1:40 pm

Joy Reid kinda agrees with that opining that Harris shouldn’t run in ’28, though she claims it’s b/c the USA ‘won’t elect a Female’.

The no bad idea brainstorm, in and of itself, is a bad idea.

The red states aren’t cheating, they’re just not voting the way democrats want and to a leftist, a failure to obey their dictates is the equivalent of war.

As for Kamala’s wish for the Senate to legally punish any justice who “lies”, that stems from the fact that when they were asked if Roe V Wade was the law of the land, they answered in the affirmative… because it was. That doesn’t mean it will never change. Plessy v Ferguson was also the law of the land until it wasn’t.

There best laied scams since 1960 are finally blowing up in their faces.

what a freaking freak. how ’bout a little old-fashioned patriotism and being honest instead of a criminal racket out for permanent power any way you can get it?

still nobody has admitted that the choice of Camel Hairs was because she refused to invoke the 35th (?) unless SHE was the candidate!

no-one batted an eye at this pure power-grab: they’d all do it if they could. funny how no-one’s admitted it yet.

henrybowman in reply to pomonapete. | May 16, 2026 at 6:51 pm

Wikipedia says the 35th Amendment won’t get passed until just before World War Eleven.

Milhouse in reply to pomonapete. | May 17, 2026 at 2:21 am

still nobody has admitted that the choice of Camel Hairs was because she refused to invoke the 35th (?) unless SHE was the candidate!

Huh? Assuming you meant the 25th, that makes no sense at all. Why would they want her to invoke it? If she ever had a chance to do so why would she turn it down? And if the nomination was the price for invoking it, why didn’t she?

She didn’t invoke it because she knew the cabinet wouldn’t go along.

Why does she appear to be … drunk?

healthguyfsu | May 16, 2026 at 10:37 pm

Title they chose was incorrect…should be more Kamala word salad then “Casual talk about breaking the law and upending civility”

Make Puerto Rico and DC states to add permanent Democrats to Congress, stack the Supreme Court with leftists, open the border to anyone who shows up, all in an attempt to never lose another election. This is the party that wants to protect democracy in this nation? Sounds more like a punch drunk dictator on a tear! People need to wake up and vote against this insanity in November or we will reap what they have sown.

number crunch | May 19, 2026 at 2:28 pm

Not once have I heard any policy from the DNC, Obama, Biden or Harris that were not rife of unintended consequences that were easy to foresee by anyone with any background in economics, government, logic and ethics. They all created more problems than they solved.

So we’re back to bearing witness to Dunning-Kruger effect in action.

Both Cali Gov. Navin Gnusum and Donk “Fair Election” lawyer Porc Elias can’t understand why there’s no ‘Rat Party supermajority on the SCOTUS like in their respective states of residence. “Hey, what’s up with that?!” It’s not “equal justice under the law” without that, so pack the Court, throw out the Electoral College (somehow without a Constitutional amendment) and make D.C. and Puerto Rico states. What’s not to like?

She was Willie Brown’s squeeze, so they kept her around.
