VCU Medical Nurse Placed on Leave for Allegedly Encouraging People to Poison ICE Agents – UPDATE: Fired

VCU Medical Nurse Placed on Leave for Allegedly Encouraging People to Poison ICE Agents – UPDATE: Fired

“For today’s resistance tip…”

(Scroll to bottom for update.)

A young female nurse from VCU Health (Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center) has been placed on administrative leave after allegedly posting a video to social media in which she encourages people to poison ICE agents.

The medical center confirmed that VCU police will assist in the investigation.

To make matters worse, she did this more than once. The video below is a compilation showing her in different outfits, indicating this was not a one-off.

In the first part, the nurse suggested injecting ICE officers with succinylcholine. Any true crime fans out there will tell you that succinylcholine has often been employed by murderers because it paralyzes the victim and is very difficult to trace after death.

This person is a total psychopath, and she’s a nurse.

The video was shared on Twitter/X by Libs of TikTok. Note that the nurse opens the second segment by saying, “For today’s resistance tip…” Watch:

This is reminiscent of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, when deranged teachers and nurses outed themselves as complete psychos and were fired, placed on leave, or even investigated.

This woman needs to be prosecuted.

She has since scrubbed her TikTok account.

VCU Health has released this statement:

VCU Health statement on recent social media videos

We prioritize the health and safety of anyone who comes to us for care. We are aware of a series of videos that appear to have been posted by an individual confirmed to be an employee of our health system. The content of the videos is highly inappropriate and does not reflect the integrity or values of our health system.

VCU Police are assisting with this investigation. Per policy, while the investigation is underway, the individual is on administrative leave and will not be in our facilities or interacting with patients.

These people believe they are fighting a war. The response has to be severe.

UPDATE: This person has been fired.

Hey, Milhouse, ask her if she’s a fan of The View.

Milhouse will chime in informing us about why her firing was illegal because of the 1st Amendment or something.

      Milhouse in reply to diver64. | January 28, 2026 at 7:52 am

If her job didn’t involve treating patients then firing her for this might very well have been unconstitutional, just as it was unconstitutional for a police department in Texas to fire an office worker who expressed a wish for the president’s assassination.

But as a nurse, would you want her to treat you? If you knew she was working at this hospital would you want to be treated there? Once the public knows what she said and where she works, they won’t feel safe going there for treatment, so she’s a liability. And that makes her case more like that of a beat cop who is caught saying racial slurs in public, and therefore can no longer be effective on the job.

Dimsdale in reply to Milhouse. | January 28, 2026 at 8:05 am

Hmm. One wonders if there was at least ONE term of behavior in her contract about this, i.e. acting like an angel of death while pretending to be an angel of mercy.

I think your angle on the optics for a health organization cover this. That said, one now has to wonder about the rest of the staff, or hospital staff anywhere. Like law officials, hospital workers have to learn to keep their biases buried or go live in the EU.

Man, you slammed that nail right on the head.

Milhouse can’t stop himself from defending Democrat atrocities, as he supports them wholeheartedly.

Milhouse in reply to Azathoth. | January 29, 2026 at 6:53 pm

And the literal demon from Hell strikes again. Of course the liar is hostile the US constitution, as is his master the Prince of Lies.

No one can deny that if this person had an office job with no patient contact, then a government employer would not ;be allowed to fire her simply for expressing her opinion. It’s already long-standing law that such a government employee can’t be fired for advocating the president’s assassination, so how would this be different?

But she wasn’t in that kind of position, so her comments affected her ability and fitness to do her job.

Apparently complete whackos are allowed dangerously close contact with hospitalized patients. Nurses and doctors work with anesthetized, sedated, sleeping, and immobile people, some of the most vulnerable people imaginable. Yet what appear to be homicidal psychopaths (who happen to have medical licenses) are allowed access to them.

Do nurses and doctors have to undergo psych testing before being allowed to work with patients? If not, maybe it’s time to initiate such screening.

mailman in reply to DaveGinOly. | January 27, 2026 at 3:32 pm

Probably only need to check who they vote for. If Democrat then they shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near hospitals and children.

rwingjr in reply to DaveGinOly. | January 29, 2026 at 3:31 am

Who would do the psych testing? I have found that many so-called mental health professionals are freaking nutjobs themselves. There are great people who work in hospitals, but also a few bad apples. Sometimes you can’t tell the difference.

She was placed on leave? Could VCU Health be any more lenient? WTF.

She should lose her nursing license and be sued by her employer for intentional injury to its business reputation. Whoever provides liability insurance to VCU Health should tee up it’s notice of termination of coverage.

Peter Moss in reply to Q. | January 27, 2026 at 4:00 pm

I’ll cut them a break. I’m sure they have an established protocol for dealing with rogue employees, the first step of which is keeping her out of the hospital. My guess is that she’ll not only be terminated but she’ll lose her license as well.

Imagine the depth of mental illness required to throw away not only a professional college degree ($200k or more) but also a lifetime career ($100k x 30 years = $3m+) all because you hate the Bad Orange Man and couldn’t keep your mouth shut.

    Amazing.

The leftist hate always shines through the nanometer thin veneer of “tolerance” and fair play.

It takes but a scratch, but TDS is a political aneurism.

A CRNA in my hospital starts at $200,000 a year
With overtime, they can make way more than that

    Paddy M in reply to Q. | January 27, 2026 at 4:08 pm

That was my thought as well. My employer would have fired me already had I brought negative attention to it.

    Milhouse in reply to Q. | January 28, 2026 at 7:55 am

“Per policy, while the investigation is underway, the individual is on administrative leave and will not be in our facilities or interacting with patients.”

You can’t just fire someone immediately, without looking into it first. The investigation didn’t take long, and now she’s gone.

“You can’t just fire someone immediately, without looking into it first. The investigation didn’t take long, and now she’s gone.”

Milberg, you are a dum dum. OF course you can fire someone with or without cause. Don’t be so stupid. If she has a contract governing employment, then the contract will bear on this. But you have not freaking idea, Milquetoast.

    rlee2429 in reply to Q. | January 28, 2026 at 8:17 am

She should lose her nursing license. However, nursing boards are traditionally left leaning. She’ll probably have to undergo some kind of educational program and a probation period And keep her license.

I’ll add the obvious: Definitely NOT dating material. Avoid!!

irishgladiator63 | January 27, 2026 at 3:52 pm

Remember the 90s? Medical shows all seemed to have episodes where the cast had to debate whether they’d treat some evil person? Usually some sort of African or middle eastern dictator or some murderer or something. And they always ended up doing so because medical ethics or something.
Nowadays they want to murder federal agents and refuse to treat you if you didn’t take the covid shot. How times have changed.

Appalling! She should be banned from medicine unless innocent and boy, what an idiot putting her idea on Tik Tok. In 1984, George Orwell said it would be the women who pull down society.

destroycommunism | January 27, 2026 at 3:59 pm

if not for trump in office she would have already been knighted and sainthooded

destroycommunism | January 27, 2026 at 4:23 pm

so if 50% of female nurses said they could justify “hurting” non believers

in the name of scott adams..should we stay away from females>>>female nurses ?

( the nurse pretti being male just disregard that but for a moment)

and since one cant actually stay away when needing medical help…should they be allowed to practice?

non vaxxed nurses were shunned by the unions/nurses

Based on the background in the video, it looks like she made these videos on VCU property. Wonder if she was on the clock…Additional grounds for termination.

Subotai Bahadur | January 27, 2026 at 5:13 pm

I would guess that she was placed on paid administrative leave. I would further guess that when she comes off that leave and returns to normal duties that she will either be bumped up a few numbers on the promotion list or assigned to train new nurses.

Subotai Bahadur

Gonna need to start screening our healthcare workers social media to weed out the weirdos. There’s far too much of this.

henrybowman in reply to CommoChief. | January 27, 2026 at 6:03 pm

Meh. This is hand-in-glove with the new DEI generation. You can screen all you like — if you screen out the psychotic AND the incompetent, you’ll go broke from understaffing.

CommoChief in reply to henrybowman. | January 27, 2026 at 7:17 pm

Well that would be a far more justified use of H1B visa…..to fill vacant positions that couldn’t be filled by domestic US workforce. I imagine there’s plenty of Eastern European nurses who’d jump at the chance.

ztakddot in reply to CommoChief. | January 27, 2026 at 8:33 pm

Except they wouldn’t hire from Eastern Europe unless it was Trump doing the hiring.

CommoChief in reply to ztakddot. | January 27, 2026 at 9:24 pm

Hiring? He gets to set the criteria for issuing or denying the visas… as would the Vance Admin in turn. Who knows might even get some Dutch and UK nurses who want to seek political asylum away from their Cray Cray totalitarian govts. For that matter some German and French as well.

henrybowman in reply to ztakddot. | January 28, 2026 at 8:25 pm

Trump keeps announcing indefinite pauses in immigration from sources as vague as “all third world countries.” Every such announcement I hear, a little voice in my head translates it as, “Because we have too many Haitians, Venezuelans, and Somalis, you ain’t getting any new white Eropean nurses any time soon.”

ztakddot in reply to henrybowman. | January 27, 2026 at 8:35 pm

Even in MA there are too few doctors and nurses. Many left the professions post-Covid and others got tired of dealing with insurance companies. They signed up to practice medicine and not insurance. The ones left are spread pretty thin and you see a lot more foreign doctors than you saw previously.

This is just an extension of the pervasive phenomenon of Islamofascist/Muslim supremacist nurses and physicians posting videos in which they declare they will either refuse to treat, or, alternatively, poison/harm, Jewish patients.

The vile, stupid and evil Dhimmi-crats are imposing their poisonous and hateful ideology into every facet and sphere of American society and American institutions.

Lucifer Morningstar | January 27, 2026 at 10:56 pm

Updated statement (Jan. 27 at 8:45 p.m.)
Following an investigation, the individual involved in the social media videos is no longer employed by VCU Health. In addition, VCU Health has fulfilled its reporting requirements under Virginia state law.

She’s terminated from working at VCU Health and “fulfilled its reporting requirements under Virginia state law. Let’s hope that means they’ve reported her to the states nursing board and her nursing certifications are going to be permanently revoked so she cannot simply go somewhere else in the Virginia healthcare system and get another job.

This confused woman is the result of the toxicity that permeates the antisocial media that have replaced the supportive in person networks that formerly served to stabilize young people in stressful environments. Instead, she gets exposed to the the rantings of “influencers” all locked in competition for the attention of the vulnerable demographic so prized by internet monetizers. In that bizarre universe the craziness is just good marketing strategy, and they don’t even think about the effects this might have on the broader and somewhat saner professional universe. She has found out, and will have to face real world consequences. But teaching a whole generation this way is going to be very tedious.

The Real Truth | January 28, 2026 at 1:40 pm

I am very glad to hear that she has just been fired, but has she lost her license? This woman is a danger to anyone who doesn’t share her beliefs. To say that you want to poison a certain group of people is beyond my comprehension or understanding !

She absolutely needs to be reviewed by her licensing board and likely should lose her license permanently. Threatening to kill people with regulated medications is horrifying and the complete antithesis of the Hippocratic oath. This is failure of our education system that again has taught DEI instead of universal human values. What a psychopath this woman is !

Why do these fools out themselves in such a blatant fashion?

These people don’t think they are at war. They know that they are at war and have been for decades. Western nations have pretty much ignored it, thinking everyone is really a good guy. Every one loves us. Well Joseph Stalin started infiltrating communists since he came to power. Education systems, government agencies Hollywood etc. Mc Carthy was right about his communist witch hunt, just there before his time. Now we have even more groups seeking our demise. But when is someone going to stand tall and return the battle. I don’t think Trump recognizes all his enemies, also being to be the nice guy. Time is running out for survival. Careful who you trust.

She’s cute enough that she can probably find some sucker to take care of her, but if I were that sucker I’d be doing all the cooking at home, eat out frequently, monitor the medicine cabinet and put all sharp objects under lock and key.
