Portland: DHS Identifies Two Illegal Aliens Accused of Trying to Run Over Border Patrol Agent
Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras “played an active role in a Tren de Aragua prostitution ring and was involved with a prior shooting in Portland.”
The Department of Homeland Security identified the two illegal aliens facing accusations that they tried to run over border patrol agents in Portland, OR, on Thursday.
“The driver of the vehicle, Luis David Nico Moncada is a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela and suspected Tren de Aragua gang member,” DHS wrote on X. “He illegally entered the U.S. in 2022 and was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration.”
Moncada “was arrested for DUI and unauthorized use of a vehicle.” He received a final order of removal.
Moncada’s passenger was Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras. DHS also described her as “a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela” and has an association with TdA.
Zambrano-Contreras crossed into America in 2023 near El Paso, TX.
Yes, the Biden administration released her.
“Since illegally entering, Contreras played an active role in a Tren de Aragua prostitution ring and was involved with a prior shooting in Portland,” said DHS.

On Thursday, DHS said the border patrol agents conducted a targeted vehicle stop.
“When agents identified themselves to the vehicle occupants, the driver weaponized his vehicle and attempted to run over the law enforcement agents,” DHS stated at the time.
An agent feared for his life, firing a defensive shot.
KPTV reported that a man and woman with gunshot wounds were found about six minutes after the 911 report. They were taken to a hospital.

Obviously we have an abundance of criminal illegal aliens egged on by the sanctuary city mayors and governors. It’s way past time for the federal government to take drastic action to protect both the public and federal law enforcement agents. My suggestion: announce in multiple languages a deadline for self deportation. Past that deadline, illegal aliens will be deemed illegal combatants and shot on the spot. In my opinion, we are suffering a foreign invasion with a large piece of the Democratic Party being complicit. The mayor of Minneapolis demanding ICE to leave town should not be tolerated. In matters of immigration, the federal government enjoys supremacy. Of course he knows the law, but chooses to egg on the aliens with his reckless rhetoric.
Trump would need to invoke the Insurrection Act or even something more drastic, but in my opinion we have too many foreign criminals to employ normal procedures which get subverted by rogue judges anyway. Trump is being way too timid in dealing with this problem. Otherwise citizens will need to use the Paul Kersey solution.
