Former AG Eric Holder: ‘There is a Concerted Effort to Re-Segregate America’

Former AG Eric Holder: ‘There is a Concerted Effort to Re-Segregate America’

“Holder also invoked the fatal January 7 shooting of Renee Good by an ICE officer in Minneapolis.”

Former Attorney General Eric Holder spoke at the National Action Network event for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday and said that there is a concerted effort to re-segregate America.

In the clip, which you can watch below, Holder invokes every anti-Trump and anti-ICE talking point you can imagine in under three minutes, but it is his remarks on re-segregation that truly boggle the mind.

In our coverage of politics on college campuses over the years, I have lost track of how many times young progressives have demanded segregated dorms, function spaces, graduation ceremonies, etc.

I don’t recall Holder expressing concern for any of that.

Breitbart News has details:

Holder argued there is “a sustained effort to eradicate the Voting Rights Act,” a law he called “the crown jewel of the civil rights movement, and an essential part of Dr. King’s legacy.” He said that the forces reshaping the country are “testing not only our institutions, but our collective and individual capacity to defend the ideals of this nation.” He added that “these actions require from all of us a clarity of purpose that is equal to the rising stakes.”

Holder claimed the Department of Justice (DOJ) is being “weaponized by the president and his lackeys to silence his critics and to intimidate voters.” He also criticized federal immigration enforcement, saying, “We are observing Gestapo tactics by federal immigration law enforcement in Minnesota as well as around the country.”

These comments arrive as federal officials have confirmed the removal of more than 2,500 criminal aliens in recent weeks and are demanding the transfer of 1,360 more detainees from city jails. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem described those arrested as “vicious murderers, rapists, child pedophiles and incredibly dangerous individuals.” Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and Gov. Tim Walz have opposed federal actions, prompting a Justice Department investigation into whether local officials have interfered with immigration enforcement.

Holder also invoked the fatal January 7 shooting of Renee Good by an ICE officer in Minneapolis. Referring to the matter, he told the audience, “You all remember the name Renee Good, and you say her name, you say her name.”

Watch the clip:

Holder is not making the point he thinks he is making.

You don’t get to look the other way on segregated college graduation ceremonies and then cry about segregation making an ugly comeback. Sorry, but you can’t have it both ways.

Segregation is either a bad thing or it isn’t.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder . . .

Would that be the Former Attorney General Eric Holder who was the first Attorney General in the history of the United States to be held in contempt of Congress. That Eric “Obama’s Wingman” Holder?

I have often stated that Obama was one of the worst presidents in history.

Race relations have been making very steady progress since the early 1900’s. Granted the progress has been slow, but it has been steady over those 100 years.

Then during the Obama administration that progress was reversed with the introduction of DEI, critical race theory and white supremacy. Obama helped foster those concepts.

Obama was also instrumental in facilitating Irans growth into a larger regional power and bolstering the mullahs.

Eric holder was obama’s wingman in much of Obama’ evil

Holder, “There is a concerted effort to re-segregate America.”

If true, choosing the appropriate side in that effort will be rather easy.”

It is true, for some reason, many blacks prefer segregation.

Fine with me. I had two wonderful hardworking men in my department who were black. But, race never came up in conversation in any way. I have worked with others that had a chip on their shoulder the size of a railroad tie and race DID get brought up. I – for one – am sick to death of it.

Where and how does he get off making wild ass statements like that? For the past nine years, I’ve mentored a first generation American of Haitian parents immigrants. He is black and I am white. This young man scored a 1530 on his SAT, number 3 in his HS class, graduated the University of Notre Dame on a full merit scholarship, and is now a first year medical student in an allopathic MD program at the University of Florida. Holder is a fool to suggest segregation; the nation is better that he and Obama are gone. We are changing lives for the better and increasing young disadvantaged and minority people’s socioeconomic standard of living, not holding them back like those two dumbos did.

My God, every time this despicable piece of excrement — the most lawless, narcissistic, race-obsessed, dishonest, corrupt, racist and despicable U.S. AG in American history — opens his fat mouth, he reminds us of how manifestly corrosive, destructive and wicked he and his narcissist-incompetent-dunce boss have been with regard to American society, race relations and federal law enforcement.

Paging President Woodrow Wilson… please pick up the red hot Hades phone…. fellow Democrat Holder wants you to re-segregate the US government …again. Once freed from integrity, honor and ethics…anything and everything goes!

lol

uhhh—who came up with and is supported by the lefty with this:

we need our safe spaces

wht people are supremacists by nature

50% think its not ok to be wht

we need to teach that this country really started in 1619 and non whts actually built the country

capitalism is the wht mans way of keeping us as slaves

AND………..

more warm and fuzzy collectivism:
Some employers are moving away from performance-based pay increases because of concerns that the practice is too subjective and potentially biased,

so that under performers cant scream racism the businesses fear that the lefty has so taken over completely that they are willing to lose top performers :

There are downsides to peanut-butter raises, as they can discourage some employees from putting in extra effort if they don’t expect they’ll be rewarded for going the extra mile, Payscale said.

“With no differentiation based on performance, it’s easier to give everyone something. But there is a risk that top performers will feel disadvantaged in that environment,” Ruth Thomas, chief compensation strategist at Payscale, told CBS News.

If America is sliding backwards towards segregation – and I personally think that it is – we have no one to blame other than Barack Obama, a mulatto born in Hawaii, raised in Indonesia and ed-juma-kated at Columbia before becoming the most authentic black man to ever come from the mean streets of Chicago.

His “fundamental transformation” lives on today like a cancer on our body politic.

    This interview is risible.
They repeatedly refer to her as “the mastermind,” and when they ask her to confirm it, she denies it every time. Her point — that the state’s claim that they allowed such a huge fraud because they were afraid of a lawsuit from her is “preposterous” — rings 100% true,
She’s Walz’s white patsy, pure and simple.

I wish to be segregated from Holder. Not because of the color of his skin but because of his ignorance, his lack of character, his stupidity, and his destructiveness to society. I wish to be segregated from all progressives.

With the emphasis on BLACK history month, BLACK beauty contests, affirmative action, BLACK this and BLACK that, I see no real issue with segregation.

Thought experiment: if the 1964 Civil Rights Act were repealed tomorrow – thus returning the rights of freedom of contract and freedom of assembly – how many stores, apartment houses, restaurants, etc would be posting “restricted clientele” signs? I bet quite a few.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder spoke at the National Action Network event for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday and said that there is a concerted effort to re-segregate America.

Old Fast And Furious ought to know. The demonrats sure worked for it, to keep their useful idiots on the demonrat plantation.

Eric Holder is and always will be a radical disguised as a lawyer. His views and actions have stoked more racism on both sides. He and Obama set race relations back 50 years in 8 years. Those two are a stain on America and might be the root cause of the next civil war. Eric you can GFY!!

Graham
Grassley
Murkowski

Of course there is a concerted effort to resegregate America – but it isn’t coming from Trum or any faction on the right. As usual, it is coming from the Left. A nation divided is a nation easier to conquor and control.

Colleges are offering more optional graduation celebrations divided by race, sexuality and income in their first spring commencement season since the Supreme Court overturned affirmative action.
Harvard University, American University, Columbia University, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and Pennsylvania State University are among dozens holding ceremonies for Black graduates next month.
Other ceremonies popular in recent years include those for low-income students, undocumented immigrants, LBGTQ students, Arab graduates and “Pilipinx,” the gender-neutral term for Filipinos that liberals favor.

Holder et al cherry pick their “segregation concerns” to always support their views on identity politics while they exploit the same techniques far more ruthlessly for the benefit of their party. Their personal quest for power, money and influence places their needs over the general welfare of the country. I pray and hope that they’ve shot their bolt and we never see them in positions of trust ever again.
