Feds Arrest Multiple Minnesota Agitators for Alleged Roles in Church Ambush

“Listen loud and clear: WE DO NOT TOLERATE ATTACKS ON PLACES OF WORSHIP.”

Attorney General Pam Bondi has made numerous announcements of the feds arresting people allegedly involved with the ambush on Cities Church in St. Paul, MN.

Officials first arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong for allegedly playing a key role in organizing the ambush.

FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed Armstrong was arrested for allegedly violating the FACE Act.

Bondi announced the feds also arrested Chauntyll Allen, who has sat on the St. Paul School Board since 2020.

Officials also arrested William Kelly. People have circulated his name and picture for the past week, since he has a history of causing trouble.

We’re going to see leftists scream FREE SPEECH, but as I explained in my post about Minnesota AG Keith Ellison, attacking places of worship falls under the FACE Act.

Ellison shrugged off the ambush. Nothing to see here!

But the FACE Act does not just protect abortion clinics.

The FACE Act LITRALLY says in § 248(a)(2) that a person violates the act if they:

by force or threat of force or by physical obstruction, intentionally injures, intimidates or interferes with or attempts to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person lawfully exercising or seeking to exercise the First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship;

Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Harmeet Dhillon suggested Don Lemon and the anti-ICE mob could face charges under the KKK Act.

Earlier this morning, Fox News reported some shady findings regarding Armstrong and her nonprofit for anti-poverty issues.

Armstrong “raked in over $1 million during six years” while leading the nonprofit:

The 2024 tax filing shows that despite the foundation being dedicated to giving grants to anti-poverty community initiatives, it awarded just $158,811 that year, while Armstrong brought in a salary of $215,726. She also took an additional $40,548 in health benefits, benefit plan contributions and deferred compensation, according to the 2024 filing.

In 2023, the year that the nonprofit awarded $133,698 in grants, Armstrong brought in a salary of $170,726, plus $44,300 in other “compensation from the organization and related organizations,” according to that year’s filing.

The year before reflects the same pattern, with Armstrong bringing in $175,000 in compensation, plus an estimated $33,126 in other compensation, while the organization gave just $161,325 in grants, per the 2022 filing.

According to filings ranging from 2019 to 2024, in six years Armstrong made $936,395 as executive director of the Wayfinder Foundation, plus an additional $201,313 in health benefits and other compensation. Meanwhile, during her time in leadership, the Wayfinder Foundation disbursed approximately $700,052 in grants.

In the same time span, the foundation reported $5,246,387 in revenue. The group has counted Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation as a donor. According to a 2023 Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation tax filing, the group donated $20,000 to Wayfinder “to conduct activities to educate and support Black communities.”

The Walton Family Foundation, which makes charitable donations on behalf of the family behind Walmart’s founding, is also a major donor. According to 2018-2024 tax filings by the Walton Family Foundation, it donated $2,340,000 to the Wayfinder Foundation during that time period.

I guess I can get rich by opening daycare centers and running a nonprofit.

A start.

Not just the FACE Act but these words in the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof………….”

OK. When do they let her go? Or have they already?

Perhaps, but, she still needs to be put through the legal wringer. At a minimum, the process is part of the punishment. And, hopefully, conviction and jail time will follow.

This hopefully will put a spotlight on the shady financial practices of her non-profit

Not sure if any laws have been broken but to take in almost a million in salary vs 700k spent in grants is appalling. I would not be surprised if the money disbursed was largely to other scammers. Maybe there is a crime here perhaps DOJ should take a look.

It would be a good idea for shareholders from Wall Mart and other donors to put pressure on the foundations to make better choices. Obviously, the Walton children and other foundation board members are independent of the company but public ridicule and harm to company/family legacy are still of importance.

We’ve heard a lot about what other agencies are doing, but what about the IRS? I hope the President has utilized them often.

Probably take a little longer for her to be released because its not a District Judge involved. Lets hope, that little bit longer is measured in years!

If Nekima is in the can, how will she get to her job? (s)

Lemon now claims he had nothing to do with it, he was just following the protesters and reporting on what they were doing.

I didn’t even know they were going to this church until we followed them. We were there chronicling protests.
    […]
Once the protest started in the church, we did an act of journalism, which was report on it and talk to the people who are involved, which included the pastor, members of the church and members of the organization. That’s it.

That’s his story. Whether it holds up, we shall see.

Until they arrest Don Lemon, I am forced to assume that there’s a magic number your net worth can hit where authorities simply ignore your crimes. That, or he’s a fed

Ordained minister, eh? Wonder if she has a congregation that noisy people are free to invade? Or does she do her preaching from a barstool?

She’s like the Rev. Jesse Jackson who never pastored a church in his life. She came storming in to confront Easterwood who was not there, so instead she confronts the lead pastor about her hot button issue.

Having no concern for child trafficking, Catholic clergy abuse, or the opioid crisis that is killing millions of our citizens, but rather her concern was with ICE arresting illegal alien murderers, rapists and child molesters.

Regarding, “the feds also arrested Chauntyll Allen, who has sat on the St. Paul School Board since 2020.”, The school board’s loss is undoubtedly everyone’s gain.

These two witches have already tried to start a defense against the charges. They claim that they came into the church, peacefully sat down and didn’t disrupt the service. Do not believe your lying eyes of the videos and the interview with Don LeMon. They may even try to claim that the videos and interview are AI generated by the government and that that they did’n do nuffin.
