Illegal Alien Charged with Capital Murder in Gruesome Beheading of Texas Motel Manager

Cuban illegal alien Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, 37, was charged with capital murder following the gruesome beheading of Dallas, Texas, motel manager Chandra Nagamallaiah, 50, according to local Fox News affiliate KDFW News.
The murder occurred outside the Downtown Suites motel in the Old East Dallas neighborhood of the city at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Cobos-Martinez is in police custody.

On Thursday, the Dallas Police Department released an arrest affidavit that contains very graphic details. Cobos-Martinez attacked Nagamallaiah with a machete. After Nagamallaiah’s head had been severed, Cobos-Martinez kicked it into the parking lot, then picked it up and tossed it into a dumpster.
The affidavit, obtained by CBS News, said that both the suspect and the victim were employed by Downtown Suites.
According to CBS:
A witness, who is another motel employee, told police that she was cleaning a room with Cobos-Martinez when Nagamallaiah came to tell them not to use a washing machine that was broken.
The witness told police that Cobos-Martinez became upset with Nagamallaiah for having the witness “translate the communication instead of speaking to [Cobos-Martinez] directly.”
Police say video evidence then showed Cobos-Martinez leave the room, pull out a machete and start attacking Nagamallaiah. The victim ran screaming, still under attack, toward the motel office where his wife and son were located.
A witness, who requested to remain anonymous, told CBS Texas he saw the entire incident play out.
“He chased him from 108 all the way to the office. The man was trying to get into the office to tell his family,” the witness said.
Nagamallaiah’s wife and son tried to intervene several times, police said, but Cobos-Martinez pushed them away and continued the attack. Cobos-Martinez then took Nagamallaiah’s cell phone and key card from his pockets before again resuming the attack until Nagamallaiah’s head “was removed from his body,” police said.

I suppose that explains why Cobos-Martinez was charged with capital murder.
Multiple federal sources told Fox News’ Bill Melugin, that despite having an active deportation order, Cobos-Martinez “was released from ICE custody by the Biden administration” into the interior of the U.S. on January 13, one week before Trump’s inauguration, because there was “no significant likelihood of removal in the forseeable future.”
Melugin explained that officials “didn’t believe they could enforce his deportation order and remove him because Cuba doesn’t cooperate.”
Cobos-Martinez has had multiple encounters with law enforcement in the U.S. (as per Fox News).

Forever timeouts for him and any one related to him, A lot of this crap infects whole families.
You aren’t going to believe this, possibly you will. About 15 years ago the state of Texas forbid psychiatric facilities to use time outs for children and adolescents as a form of behavior modification. You had to ASK the acting out child to take a time out, if they refused, you had to continue to ask them to take one but could not enforce any behavior modification if they refused imagine how that worked out
It was considered abusive to enforce common sense consequences
Only the insane worked those units after that
A social worker sent to the scene could have prevented this.
A properly employed .357 Magnum against the perpetrator would provide a more immediate resolution.
I live outside Dallas and read about this story earlier in the week. But I have to come to this website to find out the killer was an illegal.

I am a Dallas resident and did not know about the murder until I read the article.
The motel is across the street/samuel blvd from the samuel grand grand golf course.
I used play golf at samuel grand back in the late 1980’s , a reasonably good municipal golf course. The course was usually slow play on saturdays, so I used to walk across samuel blvd to get water at a convenience store. There was always a 10+ minute wait after the first hole on the east course.
fwiw, in the late 1980’s the south side of the course is where the neighborhood gets sketchy. I rarely go into that area, so it mostly has gone further downhill since the 1980’s

I was surprised to learn that the national sport of Cuba is actually baseball, and soccer doesn’t have much of a following there at all, compared with most Hispanic cultures. But when you do’t have your Louisville Slugger with you, I guess you have to improvise.
Cuba doesn’t cooperate? Just deport illegal Cubans to Guantanamo and put them outside the gates.

Or quit worrying about the location of the deportation. The emphasis on ‘you are no longer permitted to live within the USA’. Obviously attempt to send them back where they came from but just about anywhere else works, especially given the alternative.
