Trump Orders Federal Agencies to Remove Records of Employees’ Covid Vaccination Status

The Trump administration is turning the last page on another destructive and ineffective Biden-era policy. Despite this move, the damage from the Biden-era mandate cannot be completely undone.

The Trump administration is turning the last page on another destructive and ineffective Biden-era policy, instructing federal agencies to remove employees’ Covid vaccine status from their records.

This wide-reaching policy shift comes via new guidance from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management issued new guidance on Friday directing all federal agencies to eliminate any record of an employee’s COVID-19 vaccination status, prior noncompliance with vaccine mandates, or requests for exemptions from such mandates.

“Things got out of hand during the pandemic, and federal workers were fired, punished, or sidelined for simply making a personal medical decision,” OPM Director Scott Kupor said in a statement. “That should never have happened.”

All agencies have one month to comply with the memo.

In a memo to heads and acting heads of departments and agencies Friday, Kupor announced that, effective immediately, agencies are barred from using a person’s vaccine history or exemption requests in any employment-related decision, including hiring, promotion, discipline or termination.

Unless an employee affirmatively opts out within 90 days, all vaccine-related information must be permanently removed from both physical and electronic personnel files.

Agencies must certify compliance with the memo by Sept. 8, according to the memo.

The senseless Biden-era COVID-19 mandate forced 8000 U.S. military personnel to abruptly end their careers. And while President Donald Trump and his team work diligently to erase all the failure and the destruction wrought by the senile inanity and his auto-pen, not all of the harm can be undone.

The military reinstatement program for those who experienced vaccine-refusal separations follows a January 2025 executive order that allows troops discharged solely for vaccine refusal to return with their prior rank, and possibly with back pay.

As of today, the number of reenlistments remains quite low, based on available data.

  • Army: Only three active duty soldiers have re-enlisted.
  • Navy: Ten sailors have reenlisted following separation over vaccine refusal, with around 100 expressing some level of interest.
  • Marine Corps and Air Force: I could find no confirmed documented reenlistments for vaccine-refusal separations under the updated policy.

And these numbers don’t include service academy students who were not allowed to graduate or be commissioned for their vaccine refusal.

Not only did our country lose the talents and skills of over 8000 individuals in our armed services, but COVID is now an endemic disease.  The vaccines failed to “stop the spread”. Furthermore, as new studies become available to the public, there is mounting evidence that they were less safe than advertised…especially to the population of young and healthy men and women who were booted out because of the Biden mandate.

“ Unless an employee affirmatively opts out within 90 days, all vaccine-related information must be permanently removed…”

So they can opt out to stay in?

I would be willing to bet that the reason there are few military re-enlistments is because the separated personnel do not want to be a part of an organization that would act in such a manner, nor want to be subject to the orders of higher ranks who supported such actions. It’s called “loss of confidence”, and it applies to a private’s opinion of a battalion commander just as much as to the SecNav’s opinion of a carrier captain.

Especially if those in the command structure that over saw these dismissals are still in place then obviously people aren’t going to rejoin! 🤬

the vaxxx mark left on the arm ( or records) is the same as the

nazis who had the jews wear the armbands

Since it wasn’t really a vaccine, they shouldn’t need to keep records.

This is a move that NEEDED to be made. The Fed government tracks practically everything an employee does, and refusing ‘the shot’ was the mark of Cain that lived in the records like a land mine. It was used to deny promotions, stop bonuses, and provided a convenient loyalty indicator for the Biden regime to use in supposedly ‘neutral’ personnel decisions for the last four years.

I’m concerned that something similar should be done for veterans served by the Veterans Administration. I’m a vet, and have refused the shot during my annual VA physicals. I was told that the fact that I refused the shot would be reported (apparently through the electronic system) and could affect what support a veteran receives. Supposedly that was ordered under the Biden administration.

Actually, there is still ANOTHER King Biden measure that needs removed: The mandate for healthcare workers.

Why Trump has refused to not only eliminate this, but to pursue getting laws passed to prevent this from ever happening again, I don’t know, but I’m PISSED AS HELL over it.

I’ve been an RN since 1986. I was FORCED out of my graduate program in nursing DESPITE being a high-honors student. I have NO INTENTION on returning to nursing after how I was treated during the whole covid BS plandemic. Why should I?

Oh? Excessively long waits in the hospitals now? Piss-poor care received for your healthcare needs? Not enough staff in the healthcare settings? More people dying as a result (not to mention from the damn shots themselves!)? Gee…I WONDER why that is?!?!

And the military just can’t understand why everyone who was kicked out doesn’t want to come back!? Hmmm…that’s a toughy.

Looks like we screwed ourselves royally..

Conspiracy theory: Will this obfuscate the statistics that prove vaccine injury?
