ISIS-Affiliated Group Slaughtered Over 40 Catholics in Congo
The dead included nine children.
Al Jazeera reported that ISIS claimed responsibility for the slaughter of over 40 Catholics in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
Witnesses claimed they saw members of the Islamist Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), an ISIS-affiliated terrorist group, during the attack.
Locals said the terrorists attacked the church in Komanda at 1 AM as over 100 people held a prayer vigil. My heart:
The rebels, armed with guns and machetes, attacked the church in the city of Komanda around 1 a.m. while more than 100 people were holding a nighttime prayer vigil, according to local residents. More bodies were found in burned houses nearby.
The U.N. peacekeeping mission in the country, citing official reports, said that 43 people had died, including nine children. The Congolese Army said about 40 had been killed.
Children, mostly between the ages of 12 and 14, were taken hostage, according to the priest at the church, Sainte Anuarite. The parish was holding a celebration for its 25th anniversary when it was attacked.
The church has been asking local authorities for security. No one has answered.
The terrorists also violated the tabernacle, vandalized the Marian shrine, and spilled consecrated Hosts.
The ADF targets all Christians. In February, the ADF decapitated 70 Christians in a Protestant church in Mayba.
Mayba is about 1,673 miles west of Komanda.
But the ADF targets many civilians. The UN mission to the DRC said the ADF “has been linked to more than 80 civilian deaths in attacks over the past three weeks.”
ADF formed in Uganda in the 1990s but after being pushed out, went into the “borderlands between Uganda and Congo.”
The militants pledged allegiance to ISIS in 2019.

Where is the UN in all this violence. UN troops are on the ground supposedly to keep the peace. Time and time again, UN troops report to African countries as “Peace Keepers.” Every time, it appears those troops sit around and watch the violence done. Sometime those UN troops have been the source of violence against helpless civilians. Stop funding the UN and stop the violence.
Excellent. I’ve read a lot by and about Sir Winston, and knew of his thoughts about the scourge of Islam, but that quote pretty much says it all.
I don’t expect to see much concern over this from people around the world that claim to care about innocent victims of aggression since it’s expected behavior for the people who did this. And besides, no Jews, no news.

As I’ve said time and time again, not necessarily here but other places, if Christians do not get off their lazy hind-ends and start defending the faith and themselves there won’t be much of a Christian religion left by the end of this decade and it will be totally extinct by the end of the next. If not sooner. And what I mean by “defending the faith and themselves” is that for every Christian slaughtered by the moslems then two moslems must meet the same fate. For every Christian church burned or defiled two mosques must meet the same fate. Christians need to make it clear to the imams that they will not accept their behavior any longer and that there will be a price they will pay for their barbaric acts and actions against Christians.

I was amused by the recent Maryland case where Muslim and Christian parents joined forces to opt out of unwanted subject matter.
The Christian morons probably believe that they’re friends. They”ll ignore or be unaware of the injunction to believers not to take unbelievers as allies or helpers. Is ignorance or being a moron a better defense?
