CBP: Illegal From Weed Farm Where Minor Girls Worked Had Convictions for Attempted Rape, Child Molestation

The Democrat Outrage Machine remains in overdrive in the aftermath of the immigration sweep that was conducted at a California weed farm last week, where unaccompanied, illegal immigrant minors were being exploited for child labor purposes alongside other illegal immigrants, some of whom have criminal convictions.
Among the over 300 who were arrested is an as-yet unnamed illegal immigrant who the Customs and Border Protection agency says was previously convicted of grave offenses involving minors:
BP Commissioner Rodney Scott posted a photo of the unnamed migrant on X.
“This illegal alien was apprehended at the CA marijuana facility,” he said.
“Turns out he had been sentenced to 7 yrs for kidnapping & attempted rape, w/ a prior conviction for attempted child molestation.
And this felon was working at the same farm as 10 kids – one being 14 yrs old.”

After being disgusted yet relieved that this convicted illegal is now off the streets, my first thought was that, again, these are the types of sickos with whom Democrats are standing shoulder to shoulder over the safety and security of the American people.
We saw it, for instance, with alleged human smuggler, suspected MS-13 gang member, and accused domestic abuser Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who Democratic members of the House and Senate rushed to visit El Salvador to beg for his release so he could return to America.
We also saw it with the eight violent criminal illegal immigrants whom the Trump administration sought to deport to South Sudan because their home countries didn’t want them back.
Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), for instance, was furious once federal officials got the go-ahead to resume with the deportations, calling it “disgusting” and vowing to “keep fighting” on behalf of who she referred to as mere “immigrants” like Burma-born Nyo Myint, a vile individual who did unspeakable things to a victim who did not have the capability to resist:
Nyo Myint, an illegal alien from Burma, was arrested by ICE on February 19, 2025. Myint has been convicted of first-degree sexual assault involving a victim mentally and physically incapable of resisting; sentenced to 12 years confinement. Myint has also charged with aggravated assault-nonfamily strongarm.
The Trump administration just dropped 8 immigrants — who they were previously holding in a shipping container in Djibouti — into war torn South Sudan.

We’re seeing it, too, with Alligator Alcatraz in Florida, where some pretty hardened illegal immigrant criminals are being held as Democrats complain about air conditioning and allegedly large mosquitoes:
Lazaro Rodriguez Santana, a Cuban national, was convicted in Texas of sexual assault and failure to register as a sex offender. Honduran national Jose Fortin was convicted of second-degree murder in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Furthermore, authorities say Oscar “Satan” Sanchez of Honduras is an MS-13 gang member who faced convictions for resisting arrest, conspiracy to commit murder and assault in New York, as well as RICO offenses.
Guatemalan national Luis Donald Corado was convicted of burglary, forced entry, and voyeurism in Miami. Specifically, Corado’s case involved him looking into a woman’s window, according to the Florida official’s office.

Eddy Lopez Jemot of Cuba was convicted of murder, arson, and assault. He was arrested for “cutting the throat of an elderly woman” in Key Largo, Florida, and then lit her residence on fire with hopes of hiding the evidence.

These arrestees and detainees are the types of scum Democrats are worried about, prioritizing them over American citizens who can sleep better at night knowing that these violent criminal illegals are not only in federal custody but will soon be deported back to their home countries.
When people go to the ballot box in the 2026 midterm elections, they need to keep things like this in mind and vote accordingly.

The owners of this weed farm are the employer, if not directly, then indirectly. Criminalize failure to use E-Verify, and this problem practically solves itself.
I think the rationale for not criminalizing the hiring of illegals is that this will pss off the donor class. But if ICE forceable removes their illegal work force, and hurts the employer’s bottom line, won’t this also pss off the donor class?

Meh. They still gotta fill out an I-9 Employment Eligibility form on each employee and make a good faith effort to determine the validity of the documents the employees submit. If we just use failure to use the free E Verify service as a factor in determining culpability at trial and in sentencing that’s gonna be enough. Especially if property and equipment start being seized as part of a criminal enterprise.
The real key is what you described. There’s no overwhelming commitment to conduct employment raids and hold management and owners directly accountable and a good portion of the resistance to doing so is politically connected industries pressuring Congress and the Executive not to do it. Often with sob stories and fear mongering that if we arrest illegals (always described as hardworking, honest) then the ‘crops will rot’ or ‘construction will halt’. It’s utter crap and until there’s enough pressure from average Citizens it won’t change …despite the election of DJT.
Forget to add that many States, 22 at last count, mandate use of E-Verify to some degree. A handful including Alabama require every employer no matter the size to use it. Some have size thresholds from GA at 11 employees to Utah at 150 employees. About half of the 22 only require it for public employment. A few County Gov’t have made E-VERIFY mandatory as well. The point being that you don’t have to wait on DC and Congress to act, you can pressure your State and County to make E-VERIFY mandatory for every employer. It’s available at no cost so there’s not a substantial burden to them especially given the existing responsibility to submit accurate I-9 filings.
So I read three times that this dude was sentenced to 7 years.
What I want to know is… how many did he actually SERVE?

Yup. I’ve read many such stories over the years: sentenced to xyz in prison; present tense.
So why are these felons out on the street? is the obvious question that never seems to have a good explanation.
