The general election takes place November 4.
But it might be over for Cuomo. Maybe an independent run?

He won,” Cuomo added in a unexpected concession from his watch party in Manhattan.Cuomo also signaled that he may not be fully behind his independent bid in the November general election.”The challenges we face are real and they deserve real consideration and I want to give some thought about the best way to help address them, the best way to help the party, but most of all, the best way to help the city,” Cuomo said.
