Harris’s Statement on L.A. Riots Shows Why She Lost to Trump

Failed Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris crawled out of her hole to make a statement on the Los Angeles riots.
It’s as…well, just what you expect from Harris.
Los Angeles is my home. And like so many Americans, I am appalled at what we are witnessing on the streets of our city. Deploying the National Guard is a dangerous escalation meant to promote chaos. In addition to the recent ICE raids in Southern California and across our nation, it is part of the Trump Administration’s cruel, calculated agenda to spread panic and division.
This Administration’s actions are not about public safety – they’re about stoking fear. Fear of a community demanding dignity and due process.
Protest is a powerful tool – essential in the fight for justice. And as the LAPD, Mayor, and Governor have noted, demonstrations in defense of our immigrant neighbors have been overwhelmingly peaceful.
I continue to support millions of Americans who are standing up to protect our most fundamental rights and freedoms.

Harris doesn’t condemn the violence. Last time I checked, the riots have not been “overwhelmingly peaceful.”
Instead, it’s the usual. Orange Man Bad.
The rioters set property on fire. They smashed windows at the LAPD headquarters. Burned the American flag. Set fires outside LA City Hall.
Mayor Karen Bass has taken their side and yet you can hear them yell “F*ck Karen Bass.”
Oh, yeah. The rioters took over the 101 freeway.
But, yeah, totally “overwhelmingly peaceful.”
It seems to me the left will accept and promote anything due to their Trump Derangement Syndrome.

I work in DTLA and am in my office now (I come in early to beat the traffic). Much larger than usual LEO presence on the streets this morning. No garbage (human or otherwise) on the 101 so far, fingers crossed that’s still the case by quitting time this afternoon.
If the Ds attempts at stealing the 2024 election (and, yes, they made attempts), there’d be no riots in LA right now. What we would have had is a juiced-up Biden-let-’em-all-in border situation, a neutered ICE, and US troops already deployed in Ukraine.
In other words, a major advancement towards the NWO as conceived by the CFR.

Find some ‘regular’ Democrat pols like congressmen and mayors and governors, then put a mic in front of them and ask do they support Bass, Newsom and the rioters. See if they duck and weave.

The big picture implications of all this fascinate me. I have been mulling the possibility of civil war for a several years now. The cultural divide between the Reds and Blues is (quite seriously) approaching the levels of the 1850’s.
However, there is no nice clean geographic ‘Mason-Dixon’ line that could be drawn. The middle of the country is Red while California and Oregon and Washington state, and New York and Vermont and Maine are Blue.
Still the parallels with the Civil War are amazing. The question of states’ rights vs the power of the Federal government is obvious, and if you step back a little you can make the argument that the illegal aliens are a pretty good parallel with slaves: a culturally unabsorbed group of cheap laborers with lesser rights because of their legally defined status. The Blues want to keep them and exploit them giving them low wages, while providing their sustenance independent of the their earnings. That is: the government provides food, shelter and health care for them just like the slave owners did.
This war, obviously can’t be fought militarily; you can’t occupy the State of California and run a “Reconstruction” government. That much is obvious. However, I cannot imagine how this divide is ever going to be resolved.
I’m very disappointed that I can only give you one upvote. I see this issue almost exactly as you do. I also believe that we have crossed the rubicon and I’d be fully in favor of Trump going all Lincoln on their arses. We have to stop this once and for all. I think the President realizes this and can gauge his political capital just as we do.

Been saying for years that illegals are just the Democrat Party’s new slaves. Just rented. They get out of line they get kicked to the curb and replaced with new ones. They get slave labor and they aren’t responsible for health, food, or lodging. Tax payers however are responsible for most of that stuff. On top of that the Democrats use the illegals issue to con people into voting for them. It’s the best of both worlds for Democrats. Confederates in the afterlife are wishing they had come up with the idea themselves.
As for fighting a civil war it’s not going to be clean (north/south borders) like the first one but it can be done. Leftists are going to have to be dealt with. All of them. Politicians, media, colleges, Hollywood, businesses.
It’s going to be bloody and terrible for everyone, but the only other choice is a breakup of the country and moving people to the side they want to be on.

As far as being hard workers, less than half are hard workers and their children, who are born here, are just as lazy as any other free loaders.
The lack of a geographical demarcations exists at the state level, too. Large sections (predominantly inland) of California are actually Red, with only a handful of heavily-populated coastal Blue zones. The same applies to Oregon, where there’s a (somewhat quixotic) movement for several inland Red counties to peel off and become part of Idaho.
Not exactly. You have only half of the picture. The Democrat political business model is built on Patronage. They want these illegals to gain perpetual power in perpetuity – they same way they made California a 1-party state back in the 1990s. The illegals get to stay only as long as the Rats are in power, then they offer up maximum resistance to slow down their deportation when the GOP is in power. Ultimately, the Democrats want to run on a platform to grant amnesty to all these illegals (to restore peace) so they can become citizens and vote Democrat, and of course, by then they will bring in 10s of millions more. And if the Rats are thwarted, they will launch another global pandemic so all nations will close their borders and nobody can be deported anywhere.
I’m convinced that Kamala Harris is not actually human but something created by ChatGPT. To say that anything she says is logorrhea is putting it mildly. I’m not sure any human being could actually be this dumb.
It’s going to be difficult awarding the Bloviator of the Year Award with Harris & Justice Jackson in the running.
