J.B. Pritzker: ‘These Republicans Cannot Know a Moment of Peace’

“Never before in my life have I called for mass protests, for mobilization, for disruption. But I am now.”

Oh, look. The Illinois governor demanded typical leftist behavior: mass protests and disruption.

Billionaire J.B. Pritzker said:

Never before in my life have I called for mass protests, for mobilization, for disruption. But I am now. These Republicans cannot know a moment of peace. They have to understand that we will fight their cruelty with every megaphone and microphone that we have. We must castigate them on the soapbox and then punish them at the ballot box.

Pritzker bellowed his demands at the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s McIntyre-Shaheen 100 Club Dinner. Why was he there? Who knows.

People like Pritzker know exactly how leftists will react when they absorb their words.

The Democrats can twist their phrasing as much as they want but after decades of listening to them and watching their minions react…we know. We know what they want.

We know what they want to happen.

Pritzker is a terrible person who has managed to make Illinois worse.

Totes not corrupt that Pritzker signed a law forcing lawsuits against the state to be filed in Cook and Sangamon County!

The abortion loving governor even tried to target pregnancy crisis centers.

Let’s not forget that Pritzker prefers to help illegal aliens more than the poor and homeless of Illinois. Illinois is known as the “abortion capital of the Midwest.”

Unfortunately, the Illinois Supreme Court upheld Pritzker’s law banning “assault weapons.” Not shocked, though.

Don’t forget the hell Pritzker put the people of Illinois through during COVID. I still laugh that this guy was all about health.

Comments

I’m generally against taxes directed again billionaires because they are billionaires but I’ll make a giant exception for the Pritzker family. Tax them back to the stone age. Better yet ban him from all chinese buffets.

Sh*tlibs are cancer.

Perhaps instead of being at war with pensioners and the American Economy and creating Bond Crises we should be trying to fix inflation as promised in the campaign https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVNGyxkkESU and win?

All we have to do to win a great historic victory over the Democrats and keep them crushed for generations is literally keep promises on inflation.

War on pensioners? Pensioners collect a pension in a set amount. If you mean folks with 401K/IRA invested in assets with higher market risk/variability in price the question is why didn’t they choose to move into fixed annuity to transfer market risk and collect a steady income.stream?

Bond crisis? Bond yields are a reflection of the confidence in repayment of principle and interest. Bonds viewed as more risky carry a higher return. Not sure what you are referring to here. One way to increase the perception about US govt bond repayment would be to CUT current spending, balance the budget and pay off the $36 Trillion+ Federal debt created by all those who wanted ‘big gov’t’ No whining from those folks now that consequences have come for decades of over spending they were warned about but failed to heed and kicking the can down the road.

WTF are you talking about Danny Boy?

“The annual inflation rate in the US eased for a second consecutive month to 2.4% in March 2025, the lowest since September, down from 2.8% in February, and below forecasts of 2.6%. Prices for gasoline (-9.8% vs -3.1%) and fuel oil (-7.6% vs -5.1%) fell more while natural gas prices soared (9.4% vs 6%). Inflation also slowed for shelter (4% vs 4.2%), used cars and trucks (0.6% vs 0.8%), and transportation (3.1% vs 6%) while prices were unchanged for new vehicles (vs -0.3%)

    Useless Democrat.

It’s obvious you have a steady source of reliable income. If you were living on your retirement income, you’d not make such a statement.

WindyHill in reply to Danny. | April 29, 2025 at 12:07 pm

Who is at war with pensioners?

We have a National Debt of more than $36 Trillion. It is not sustainable. President Trump is taking steps to rectify that, and his actions are, predictably, causing short-term instability here. This, too, shall pass.

Step on up prog c*nts, you’ll find peace

FAFO you totalitarian Democrats. Keep pushing and now calling for violence against anyone who dares disagree with you. Maybe he needs to spend the night in jail over this?

Sounds like incitement to me

Suburban Farm Guy | April 28, 2025 at 1:59 pm

I still can’t believe how we just calmly absorb all these threats and calls for Civil War 2.0 every day. Apparently there’s nothing they can’t get away with.

Given that they have effectively taken over the courts, they know that they will never be held to account. At least, not peaceably…

henrybowman in reply to Suburban Farm Guy. | April 28, 2025 at 4:39 pm

While Fort Sumter still stands, anyway.

inspectorudy in reply to Suburban Farm Guy. | April 28, 2025 at 5:20 pm

The lethargy of the American public is at its peak. Civil war? Not with the comatose public. Only on these forums and in Congress is there much fire. Most anti-Trump protesters are paid for and couldn’t care less what they are protesting against. China has the ability to cause massive chaos with their deeply embedded cybertraps in every branch of our lives, like water, electricity, communications, air traffic, etc. We have been asleep for years while they have slowly invaded all of our service’s computer systems. That will finally trigger a civil war, but the enemy isn’t here. I do think there will be riots where both sides go at it with weapons, but it will not be widespread. Mostly in large Dem cities, where the police will not intervene. We are a spoiled country that has given up almost everything the WWII men and women fought for. The good news is that most other countries are the same way or worse.

“Never before in my life have I called for mass protests, for mobilization, for disruption. But I am now.”

The only thing he’s ever meant to call for is another plate of onion rings.

destroycommunism | April 28, 2025 at 2:19 pm

we have retaliatory tariffs to match the rest of the worlds and the dems want us to now do retaliatory violence to match their violence

its a clear and a present danger to our republic what the dems are trying to *act*subtle about but have been plainly clear on the civil war they want

they think their street armies and their comrades stowed away in our military will stop a pro america agenda

sick sick sick they are

I do not think these Communists quite understand what they’re talking about doing. And I know damn well it won’t work out for them the way they think.

The people calling for all this violence won’t be the ones in front. That is reserved for the campus hot heads and the ignorant cannon fodder and other leftists that don’t know what they are hoping for. The only reason why America has no such war now is because the right has to go to work and other normal things. Also these ‘calls to arms’ take place in safe blue zones.

Pepper gel spray can spray up to 20 feet.

What will it take for the Democratic party to even try to work with the duly elected administration? All they do is meaningless stunts like filibuster, sit on steps, file worthless articles of impeachment, and now call for mass disorder. Wouldn’t it be great if they tried to find any common ground? Make any deal they can?

    AF_Chief_Master_Sgt in reply to sisyphus. | April 28, 2025 at 6:17 pm

Only Republicans are willing to foolishly cross the aisle to work with those who are my “esteemed colleague.”

artichoke in reply to sisyphus. | April 28, 2025 at 7:57 pm

They don’t want a deal. They largely shut down Trump 1, then punished his vocal supporters for 4 years. They think that works best for them, and they may be right again. It may take another civil war to dislodge them, but once in a while maybe that’s needed.

Democrats are so invested in their narrative that they are absolutely incapable of even recognizing any other perspective as valid, nor are they capable of communicating with anyone who hold a different opinion than theirs. They are, quite simply, insane.

Evil Otto in reply to sisyphus. | April 29, 2025 at 6:45 am

Nothing. There is no chance the Democrats will try and work with the Trump admin, and that includes temporarily due to a national emergency. Their goal to drive Trump from office and ensure that they never lose power again. It’s not just their politicians, but far too many of their voters are utterly consumed by hatred.

    There is no common ground.

midge.hammer in reply to Evil Otto. | May 3, 2025 at 1:41 pm

They’ll create the national emergency if they can / if they feel they have to. I mean… they have; they will again.

bobinreverse | April 28, 2025 at 3:43 pm

JBelly – MonrCo central time.

“Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest?”

Pritzker shouldn’t write checks with his mouth that his fat body can’t cash.

TheOldZombie | April 28, 2025 at 4:14 pm

“Why was he there?”

Pritzker probably has delusions of running for POTUS in 2028.

As much as these guys keep calling for riots disguised as protests I’m surprised we haven’t seen more stuff going down. Some of the arrests for the Tesla stuff might be deterring people because they think this time around there won’t be kids glove treatment.

2smartforlibs | April 28, 2025 at 4:18 pm

Seems he’s calling for insurrection and making terrorist threats. Time the FBI stepped in

Pritzker’s unfortunate vulnerability is that he owns some highly identifiable real estate.

Should Hyatt Hotels begin experiencing a peculiar string of… ominous… incidents (maybe a few involving a handful of harmless “stage props”), a fair number of travelers might opt to broaden their career options by staying at nearby Holiday Inn Express locations instead.

I worked at the Pentagon shortly after the 1972 Weatherman bombing incident, so I am personally familiar with the psychological effects.

(Toy-curious?)

Surely this is not the first time Pritzker has called for disruption. It’s just the first time he’s so desperate he said it in public. The internal communication channels and trust within the Dem party must be breaking down.

Good. Let it go (back) to hell.

AF_Chief_Master_Sgt | April 28, 2025 at 6:19 pm

Fat body needs to STFU and have another dozen donuts.

If fat ass and Kristie Kreme were in the same room, a civil war would break out over the donuts.

They’d both be fighting for a moment’s attention from Bruce Springsteen. After the Jersey shore was wiped out, Christie clearly cared more about sucking up to Springsteen than handling the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy.

    henrybowman in reply to AF_Chief_Master_Sgt. | April 29, 2025 at 2:58 am

Provided the donuts could survive being inside the Schwartzchild Radius.

Fat Bastard has spoken.

AF_Chief_Master_Sgt | April 28, 2025 at 8:24 pm

Fat Bastard hates half of America. Please eat more fatty foods, do us all a favor, and choke on a bone.

irishgladiator63 | April 28, 2025 at 10:27 pm

Their portraits will hang in a museum reserved for tyrants and traitors…

Does such a museum exist? Who would visit such a place? Is he talking about the Obama presidental library?

Another Kent State might be right around the corner, followed by sober reflection.

Seems to me calling for the start of revolution

Illinois. Enough said, when will the voters there wake up?

rochf in reply to cholobro. | April 29, 2025 at 12:40 pm

If you check, most of Illinois counties voted red, but so long as Cook County and the collar counties vote Democrat, we’re stuck
