UN Report: “sexual violence occurred during the 7 October attacks in multiple locations … including rape and gang rape”

UN Report: “sexual violence occurred during the 7 October attacks in multiple locations … including rape and gang rape”

Even the United Nations, which is extremely hostile to Israel, now admits to the mass sexual abuse by Palestinians on October 7 and beyond: “With respect to hostages, the mission team found clear and convincing information that some have been subjected to various forms of conflict-related sexual violence including rape and sexualized torture and sexualized cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment and it also has reasonable grounds to believe that such violence may be ongoing.”

Nearly five months after the October 7 massacre, the United Nations, which is always hostile to Israel, on Monday finally admitted the mass rapes and sexual atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists against innocent Israelis.

A report compiled by a UN delegation that visited the scene of massacre in southern Israel, found evidence of “sexual violence, abduction of hostages and corpses, the public display of captives, both dead and alive, the mutilation of corpses, including decapitation, and the looting and destruction of civilian property.”

According to the 23-page UN report released on Monday, “a significant number of the recovered bodies had suffered destructive burn damage, which made the identification of potential crimes of sexual violence impossible.”

The visiting UN “mission team found that several fully naked or partially naked bodies from the waist down were recovered – mostly women – with hands tied and shot multiple times, often in the head. Although circumstantial, such a pattern of undressing and restraining of victims may be indicative of some forms of sexual violence.”

Around the site of the the Nova music festival, the UN “team also found a pattern of bound naked or partially naked bodies from the waist down, in some cases tied to structures including trees and poles.”

UN: Hostages still being subjected to rape and torture

The UN investigators also admitted that Israeli hostages, which include women and children, still languishing in Hamas captivity are currently being subjected to rape and torture. “With respect to hostages, the mission team found clear and convincing information that some have been subjected to various forms of conflict-related sexual violence including rape and sexualized torture and sexualized cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment and it also has reasonable grounds to believe that such violence may be ongoing,” the report said.

Gaza ‘civilians’ joined Hamas in committing Oct. 7 atrocities, UN team admits

The UN team acknowledged that Gaza ‘civilians’ joined Palestinian terrorists in committing horrific atrocities on Israelis. Those who breached the “Gaza perimeter fence at multiple points” on October 7 included Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists “other armed elements and armed and unarmed civilians,” the report said.

The Hamas-led attackers also had “detailed prior knowledge of the targets selected,” the UN found, suggesting large-scale involvement of Gazans with Israeli work-permits. (View the 23-page UN document here.)

The Associated Press reported the UN finding:

The U.N. envoy focusing on sexual violence in conflict said in a new report Monday that there are “reasonable grounds” to believe Hamas committed rape, “sexualized torture,” and other cruel and inhumane treatment of women during its surprise attack in southern Israel on Oct. 7.

There are also “reasonable grounds to believe that such violence may be ongoing,” said Pramila Patten, who visited Israel and the West Bank from Jan. 29 to Feb. 14 with a nine-member technical team.

Based on first-hand accounts of released hostages, she said the team “found clear and convincing information” that some women and children during their captivity were subjected to the same conflict-related sexual violence including rape and “sexualized torture.”

Based on the information it gathered, Patten said, “there are reasonable grounds to believe that conflict-related sexual violence occurred during the 7 October attacks in multiple locations across Gaza periphery, including rape and gang rape, in at least three locations.” (…)

Across various locations, she said, the team found “that several fully naked or partially naked bodies from the waist down were recovered – mostly women – with hands tied and shot multiple times, often in the head.”

While this is circumstantial, she said the pattern of undressing and restraining victims “may be indicative of some forms of sexual violence.”

At the Nova music festival and its surroundings, Patten said, “there are reasonable grounds to believe that multiple incidents of sexual violence took place with victims being subjected to rape and/or gang rape and then killed or killed while being raped.”

From the Report:

12. Based on the information gathered by the mission team from multiple and independent sources, there are reasonable grounds to believe that conflict-related sexual violence occurred during the 7 October attacks in multiple locations across Gaza periphery, including rape and gang rape, in at least three locations. Across the various locations of the 7 October attacks, the mission team found that several fully naked or partially naked bodies from the waist down were recovered – mostly women – with hands tied and shot multiple times, often in the head. Although circumstantial, such a pattern of undressing and restraining of victims may be indicative of some forms of sexual violence.

13. At the Nova music festival and its surroundings, there are reasonable grounds to believe that multiple incidents of sexual violence took place with victims being subjected to rape and/or gang rape and then killed or killed while being raped. Credible sources described finding 5 murdered individuals, mostly women, whose bodies were naked from their waist down – and some totally naked – tied with their hands behind their backs, many of whom were shot in the head. On Road 232, credible information based on witness accounts describe an incident of the rape of two women by armed elements. Other reported instances of rape could not be verified in the time allotted. The mission team also found a pattern of bound naked or partially naked bodies from the waist down, in some cases tied to structures including trees and poles, along Road 232. In kibbutz Re’im, the mission team further verified an incident of the rape of a woman outside of a bomb shelter and heard of other allegations of rape that could not yet be verified.

14. The mission team conducted a visit to kibbutz Be’eri and was able to determine that at least two allegations of sexual violence widely repeated in the media, were unfounded due to either new superseding information or inconsistency in the facts gathered. These included a highly publicized allegation of a pregnant woman whose womb had reportedly been ripped open before being killed, with her fetus stabbed while still inside her. Other allegations, including of objects intentionally inserted into female genital organs, could not be verified by the mission team due in part to limited and low-quality imagery.

15. In kibbutz Kfar Aza, while reports of conflict-related sexual violence, including at least one instance of rape, could not be verified, available circumstantial evidence may be indicative of some forms of sexual violence. In this kibbutz, similarly to other locations, female victims were found fully or partially naked to the waist down with their hands tied behind their backs and shot.

16. In the Nahal Oz military base, the mission team reviewed reports of sexual violence including a case of rape and genital mutilation, neither of which could be verified. With respect to the latter instance, while the forensic analysis reviewed injuries to intimate body parts, no discernible pattern could be identified, against either female or male soldiers. However, seven female soldiers were abducted from this base into Gaza.

17. With respect to hostages, the mission team found clear and convincing information that some have been subjected to various forms of conflict-related sexual violence including rape and sexualized torture and sexualized cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment and it also has reasonable grounds to believe that such violence may be ongoing.

Israel: UN covering up Hamas crimes

Israel, which has repeatedly urged top UN officials and agencies to unequivocally condemn the October 7 atrocities, slammed the organization for covering up Hamas’s atrocities despite irrefutable evidence.

After months of delay, the UN was now trying to hush up its own report — albeit watered down — that does not fit its narrative. “Israel in response accused the UN of playing down the report and dragging its feet on looking into the allegations, while trying to silence the accusations,” The Times of Israel reported.

The Reuters reported Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz’s response:

Israel’s foreign minister said on Monday he has recalled the country’s UN ambassador for consultations over alleged attempts by the United Nations to “keep quiet” a report on sexual violence perpetrated by Hamas, an allegation denied by the organization.

“I ordered our ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, to return to Israel for immediate consultations regarding the attempt to keep quiet the serious UN report on the mass rapes committed by Hamas and its helpers on Oct. 7,” Foreign Minister Israel Katz said in a statement.

Katz criticized UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres for not convening the security council to discuss the findings and in order to declare Hamas a terrorist organization.

UN employees took part in Oct. 7 massacre, took hostages

The admission comes amid further evidence that UN employees took part in the October 7 massacre. The Israeli military on Monday released a taped conversation between two employees of the UN Palestinian aid agency UNRWA on October 7 admitting their involvement in murder and kidnapping of Israelis. One of the UN staffers, a Islamic jihad terrorist and UNRWA teacher, boasted of storming Israeli homes and taking at least one female hostage.

Israeli investigation has shown that hundreds of UNRWA staffers are members of Hamas and other Islamic terrorist groups, and several of them participated in the October 7 massacre. Last month, the IDF uncovered a Hamas underground command center right beneath the UNRWA’s Gaza headquarters. The terrorist command center, which also acted as a server farm, was hooked to the UNRWA’s own electricity supply, debunking UN agency’s claim of having no knowledge of the active terrorist base.

The Israeli TV channel i24NEWS reported:

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has unveiled damning evidence against two United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) employees allegedly involved in the Hamas-led assault on October 7.

In the recordings, Mamdouh al-Qali, identified as an Islamic Jihad terrorist employed as an Arabic teacher at an UNRWA school, can be heard declaring, “I’m inside, I’m inside with the Jews.” Another voice, purportedly belonging to Yousef al-Hawajara, a Hamas operative who worked as a teacher at an UNRWA school in Deir al-Balah, is heard stating, “We have female hostages. I captured one.” (…)

According to IDF intelligence, approximately 450 militants, predominantly affiliated with Hamas, hold positions within UNRWA.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant recently identified an additional 12 UNRWA staff members allegedly involved in the October 7 massacre. These revelations have intensified calls for the dismantling of UNRWA, a longstanding demand from Jerusalem.

The UN was an active participant in the Hamas hostage treatment. It should be publishing participant testimony rather than a “report.” If it wanted to be helpful, it could have some of the UN participants provide info on the remaining hostages.

“These revelations have intensified calls for the dismantling of UNRWA”

Not just UNRWA, the UN should be disbanded. American should not be funding the UN, they sure as hell do not promote our best interests.

It’s ok, apologist and pedant rhhardin will be along shortly to dismiss any concerns since rape is just a run of the mill common practice in warfare.

Read the text of the report link, on the vile U.N.’s page:

“Following visit to Israel and the occupied West Bank, UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict, Ms. Pramila Patten, finds sexual violence occurred on 7 October, and against hostages and calls for a fully-fledged investigation. 4 March, 2024.”

My God, these evil reprobates are still referring to the allegedly “occupied” West Bank. Any reference to the fallacious and contrived Islamofascist propaganda conceit of alleged Israeli “occupation” (also invoked by the evil, stupid and vile narcissist-incompetent-dunce, Obama, in his tardy and indifferent remarks after the genocidal massacre, rapes and atrocities) is a sign of contemptible appeasement, dishonesty and dhimmitude.

And water is wet. Duh!

None of this could possibly be true. It’s all propaganda from Israel!

There is NO WAY the “Religion of Piece” and its adherents would ever consider violating women through sexual abuse and torture. Muslims only have sex with virgins, and specifically only those they marry, for crying out loud!

To then accuse them of rape, torture and murder just adds insult to injury! What slander!

The world should be ashamed of itself for letting Israel perpetuate these falsehoods and impugn an entire religion, and then to oppress and kill the pieceful citizens of Gaza.

The horror!

File this one under the heading of “No S*HT Sherlock” … Who gave you the clues, Inspector Gadget?

“Although circumstantial, such a pattern of undressing and restraining of victims may be indicative of some forms of sexual violence.”

Wow. What a solid, unequivocal statement.

I assume these bureaucrats have a special dictionary of waffle words.

“…undressing and restraining of victims may be indicative of some forms of sexual violence.”

Undressing and restraining sounds likee sexual violence already. What, they consented? They were asking for it, being all Jewish like that?

“The UN investigators also admitted that Israeli hostages, which include women and children, still languishing in Hamas captivity are currently being subjected to rape and torture.”

So, Whoopie Goldberg, is this “rape rape”?

Nice to know the UN was able to figure out the horrific terror that was committed on the Jewish population. It seems most of us figured it out, as soon as the videos and pictures started hitting the internet on day one.

So the UN, who employs and gives funding, support and electricity to Hamas, who they refuse to recognize as a terrorist group, has discovered that water is indeed wet. So recording themselves committing a massacre wasn’t evidence enough, but now your little report confirms it? This report accomplishes nothing and is of course too little too late by a group of hateful, over paid and useless bureaucrats that support brutality and violence when it is committed against Jews and prop up, reward and promote dictatorships that oppress their own people. Yeah I know tell me how you really feel. I just wish just one of our presidents had the courage to pull the US out of the UN and any and all monetary support. It is a failed organization that should go the way of the League of Nations.

I can’t tell from all that bureaucro=speak — did the interlopers’ own GoPro videos posted to social media count as evidence, or is that disputed or something?
