African Illegal Immigrant Wanted in Senegal for ‘Terroristic Activities’ Arrested in New York

Two weeks of freedom on American soil.

Authorities arrested an African illegal immigrant in New York because he’s wanted in Senegal for “terroristic activities.”

The Border Patrol released him on October 3 after he illegally crossed the border into Arizona.

Agents gave the man “a notice to appear as a noncitizen present without admission or parole.” They gave him documentation to report to Enforcement and Removal Operations New York City.

A Border Patrol source told FOX’s Bill Melugin: “If BP checks come up negative then they assume he’s clear, if derogatory info is developed through another source like an attaché or biometrics info, that shows up later, then it gets loaded into a shared database. BP doesn’t have the luxury of sitting on these folks for weeks.”

ICE received notification on October 10 that Senegal wants the man “for criminal conspiracy in relation to a terrorist organization; destruction, degradation and damages in relation to a terrorist organization; acts or preparatory acts aimed at compromising public safety or causing serious political troubles; direct provocation of an armed crowd; and holding arms without prior administrative authorization.”

ICE arrested him in New York City on October 17.

“Noncitizens who are engaged in or suspected of supporting terrorism are a direct threat to our country’s national security and will be expeditiously removed from the United States,” said ERO New York City Field Office Director Kenneth Genalo. “ERO New York City will use every tool at our disposal to keep American citizens and residents safe from those who erroneously believe they can exploit our immigration laws to escape justice in other countries. We remain committed to working with our law enforcement partners to ensure individuals who commit unspeakable acts of violence are held accountable.”

Two weeks of freedom.

How many more terrorists or terrorist supporters have crossed the border? DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admitted there were 600,000 “gotaways” at the border in Fiscal Year 2023.

Gotaways are those people spotted by authorities, but they didn’t or couldn’t apprehend them.

If you look at pictures of people at the border, you will notice many of them are single adult males.

Senator Marshall: I’m concerned about the ones who got away. Give me a number, how many?

Mayorkas: About 600,000 or so

Senator Marshall: One of them, an African Illegal and known terrorist, was captured in New York. What is your response to that?

Mayorkas: One down, 599,999 to go.

It is zero down. The 600,000 you referred to are “gotaways” and no information was collected on them. Hence, no information from foreign countries will ever be coming in on the 600K. So it is “Zero down, still 600,000 to go.”

So to the knowledge of Mayorkas, they have caught only this one, and no other such terror suspects have been successfully caught within the US? Does Mayorkas even care, to give such a flip answer?

Whatever. They caught one out of how many illegal aliens wanted for terrorism crimes in another country? If one person who is a known terrorist was allowed into the country and made it all the way north to New York City then you can bet there are many more spread across the country that border officials don’t know about and can’t (or won’t) do anything about.

The Border Patrol released him on October 3 after he illegally crossed the border into Arizona.

He’s not an “immigrant” of any sort. He’s an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

That was a long swim across the Atlantic to get to Mexico. He should probably be on the Senegal Olympic Swimming Team.

It is amazing that NO ONE seems to want to write about the people and groups who are obviously bankrolling and orchestrating these third world illegals to move them from around the world to the US border. They are not making it here on their own. Not even the Central and South Americans are making it to the border without help and logistics from others.

Those people and organizations helping these aliens to come to the US border and invade us are ENEMIES of America. The Americans among them are traitors and the non-Americans are enemies. They all deserve to be jailed or taken out if they are outside of the US.

But I cannot recall a single column by anyone detailing the people and groups behind this invasion … and it is not as if their financial and logistical contributions are a big secret. These are people and groups that need to be shut down, jailed, and liquidated when outside of our jurisdiction. Period.

And Traitor Joe and his junta are all traitors who are ultimately behind orchestrating this invasion of America. TRAITORS.

Senegal is not just gold, refined petroleum, phosphoric acid, fish, and ground nuts.

What a load of horse shit. “Background checks” on people coming from 3rd world countries? What fu*king background check? What data sources are available and reliable? Bullshit. Close the motherfu*cking border you stupid treasonous cu*ts.

Whoever in ICE did not ignore the claim by Senegal is in deep kimchee with his/her bosses.

I think it was Epoch Times which has extensively documented who is flooding us with illegals. UN is knee deep in it. Biden Admin and more.

In a just world, Mayorkas, and his boss, would be in prison guilty of treason against the USA, awaiting the appropriate punishment.

This is an example of why the presumption must shift to the screening coming back with a wealth of positive information about the person in order for them to enter the USA. The current standard is if no info comes back then they let them in. Given that the places these folks are coming from ain’t exactly on the cutting edge of technology nor without a large degree of sloth, inefficiency and plain old corruption in their bureaucracy the bar must be higher. The burden must be placed on the applicant to prove they are a decent, hardworking, law abiding, non radicalized person who’s values comport with living a productive existence in a multicultural, multiethnic, multi religious Nation. Otherwise ..nope.

What does Senegal consider “terroristic activities?” Was it plotting violence, telling the truth about Hamas violence, or exposing Senegalese government corruption?
