It’s hard to keep track of all the lawsuits against former President Trump; a fact that is an unacceptable scandal in its own right. The political persecution of Donald Trump is a national embarrassment and travesty.
One of the cases, this one in New York, deals with fraud allegations that the Democrat hactivist media breathlessly refers to as the “$250 million fraud case.”
Dates have reportedly been set for Trump’s three eldest children: Donald Trump, Jr. (Wednesday, Nov. 1), Eric Trump (Thursday, Nov. 2), and Ivanka Trump (Friday, Nov. 3).
The New York attorney general’s office on Friday revealed in court the dates it expects Donald Trump and his oldest children to testify in the $250 million civil trial against the former president and his company.Kevin Wallace of Attorney General Letitia James’ office told Judge Arthur Engoron and Trump’s lawyers they plan on calling Donald Trump Jr. to the stand on Wednesday, Eric Trump on Thursday, and Ivanka Trump on Friday. Her testimony will be followed by the former president, who Wallace said is expected to be their final witness.Both of Trump’s sons are executives at their father’s company, and Ivanka Trump is a former executive and White House adviser.Ivanka Trump had challenged the AG’s subpoena for her to testify in the case, but Engoron ruled Friday she should take the stand. He gave her time to appeal the ruling.. . . . The AG is suing Trump for allegedly inflating his assets in financial statements to secure more cost-effective loans and insurance policies. The judge has already found that Trump and company officials engaged in “persistent fraud.”Trump has denied any wrongdoing in the case, which he has called a “witch hunt.”

This grossly incompetent “Judge,” who is overturned on Appeal more than almost any Judge in New York State, is a partisan political hack who totally disregards the Court of Appeals decisions against him, and won’t allow a Jury to get anywhere near my “CASE” (brought by a Failed, Trump Hating, Racist Attorney General named Letitia James, whose entire campaign for office was “I WILL GET TRUMP.” She then used this charade to run for Governor, and lost, BADLY!). The New York State legal system has broken down completely, and everybody who is watching this Witch Hunt so agrees. Hopefully, that will soon change. This CRAZED Judge ruled against me before the Trial even started, and said Mar-a-Lago is worth only $18,000,000. Other properties, likewise. This is a Biden Election Interference Scam! There were No Crimes & No Victims, and there is NO JURY ALLOWED. This Radical Trump Hater Must Be Taken Off This Case!
