Biden Border Crisis: Asylum Seekers Given Court Dates Into 2035

Here at LI we’ve been covering the Biden border crisis and the complete mess surrounding the expiration of Title 42. A federal judge blocked the Biden admin’s catch and release plan, requiring the administration to provide court dates for asylum seekers released into the U.S.

Reports are now surfacing that these court dates are already being set for years from now, just days after the expiration of Title 42.

Indeed, the New York Post is reporting that some court dates are as far out as 2035.

Migrants processed into the US as asylum seekers are being given immigration court dates more than a decade away.

In Brownsville, migrants who arrived in the US Thursday showed The Post their paperwork with designated court dates set as late as 2032 and 2035 in Chicago and Florida.

Now they have been admitted to the county and given a court date, the migrants can receive a work permit and legally live and work in the US until their case comes up.

Others who had immigration court hearings set for August 2023 in a Maryland immigration court and March 2027 at a Dallas immigration court.

Two people heading to New York City had dates listed for 2025.

Backlogs at immigration courts currently stand at 2.1 million cases waiting to be heard.

Meanwhile, pretty much anyone, including terrorists, can flood across our southern border.

On Wednesday, as reported by the Daily Wire, Florida governor Ron DeSantis signed into law “the most ambitious anti-illegal immigration laws in the country, fighting back against reckless federal government policies and ensuring the Florida taxpayers are not footing the bill for illegal immigration.”

The law does the following:

  • Requires employers to use E-Verify to check the employment eligibility of employees, and fines employers who fail to use E-Verify $1,000 per day.
  • Suspends licenses of any employer who knowingly employs illegal aliens, and makes using a fake ID to gain employment a felony.
  • Enhances penalties for human smuggling, including making knowingly transporting five or more illegal aliens or a single illegal alien minor a second-degree felony subject to a $10,000 fine and up to 15 years in prison.
  • Provides $12 million to continue the Unauthorized Alien Transport Program to relocate illegal immigrants to sanctuary jurisdictions.
  • Bans local governments and NGOs from issuing identification documents to illegal aliens and invalidates all out-of-state driver licenses issued exclusively to illegal aliens.
  • Requires hospitals to collect and report healthcare costs for illegal aliens.

Hopefully, other red state governors will follow suit as Biden’s border crisis becomes a full-blown national disaster.

No hiring of illegal labor.

That is the correct response to this manufactured crisis. No point trying to herd cats, got for the strategic choke points. No jobs, no reason to be here.

Criminalize employment of foreign nationals who are in the US in violation of Federal Immigration law. Revoking licenses is a start. No public assistance. Any private assistance is enabling the law breaking and should be prosecuted as such.

Next seize all company assets as fruit of the crime and liquidate them. Bulldoze the property and salt the effing earth. Prosecute every manager of the company from line supervisor to CEO to Board member. Prison time. In a very public manner. Then loudly declare, “Who’s next?”

Perform hooker sting style operations on those hiring illegals hanging out in front of Home Depot or on construction sites.

Then offer those unemployable illegals a free one-way ticket back home. Or to Brussels. Or a gravel farm in Arizona where they can work for 6 months to pay off the cost of their crap and be sent back anyway.

Ten years and how many more anchor babies?

Deporting the Parents doesn’t impact the Citizenship status of the ‘anchor baby’. The Parents can choose to bring the child with them or place that child with a trusted relative in the US.

We separate children from Parents every day. By and large folks don’t have the option of bringing children with them to Prison. Military members are routinely separated from their families. It isn’t uncommon and our policies should reflect that instead of allowing our compassion to turned against us.

Regardless of where the kid was born, he’s a minor in the care of his illegal parents. We shouldn’t separate them – send the entire family home.

The world turned upside down. King Joseph and his royal court need to be dethroned. The unnecessary human suffering caused by this man is hard to fathom. He may now be an incoherent blob, but he’s spent his career bathed in deception, corruption and pretend caring, as he became wealthy at the public trough. This time he will be exposed, It should include both his infamous record and showing his lies from the start, the true Biden. If he wins, it will not be due to an honest election. No way.

When you think of all the gotaways, even if it’s a fraction, it will lead to harm. Who knows when some of these bad actors will lash out. No concern for affected Americans, Thanks, King Joe, for ruining a system beyond repair. It’s almost as if he sold himself to the highest anti-American bidders.

Shame on Biden and on anyone that would vote for him going forward.

What are the odds that there will be any attempt to make these foreign invaders show up by 2035?, or even that there will be a court system for them to report to?

At that point, why even bother? Just save the paper.

I just love having treasonous bastards running our country.

It just gets better and better.. Seems that they are trying to just throw their hands in the air altogether with a program called Parole with Conditions. A bunch of states got together and filed some kind of suit to vacate this policy. IN my mind it is more lawfare,, I was hoping that some one would actually protect the border.

Here is their complaint.. have at it.. HT Steven Miller

“Provides $12 million to continue the Unauthorized Alien Transport Program to relocate illegal immigrants to sanctuary jurisdictions.”

Good for my FL home, and I don’t mind spending some of my taxes to ship out illegals.

The problem is: we’re still letting millions of illegal aliens into the country. Who can prevent them from migrating out to red states once they’ve “relocated?”

We’re all going to pay for this — in numerous ways. Higher taxes, less access to medical care for citizens, overwhelming of welfare systems, depression of wages especially for the working poor. It’s not looking good.

Just the amount of time they will have been in the country at that point will have the immigration judge just waive them in… not to mention the 7 kids by that point

If Biden keeps this up, he may be in the running for the next Gov of Calif. He has real potential.

By 2035 they wil have voted in 3 Presidential elections.

RepublicanRJL | May 15, 2023 at 8:30 am

Have them all go back to their home country and, well, we’ll call them when we’re ready for their trials.

Biden is doing irreparable harm to our once great nation.

Let us hope that those court dates don’t conflict with surgeries or vehicle launches for our future neurosurgeons and rocket scientists.

This farcical laxity towards illegal alien entry is all by the vile Dumb-o-crats’ conscious design and intent. They want this result and they are doing everything in their power to achieve it.

“Catch-and-release” of illegal aliens into the interior of the U.S. with a laughable, unenforceable command to appear in court at a date far in the future, is tantamount to the U.S. having no immigration controls, whatsoever.

I’m curious — does anyone know of any other country on Earth that practices this insane and self-destructive “catch-and-release” policy vis-a-vis illegal aliens? Is the U.S. the only country that practices this stupidity?

A poke in the eye of the judge who directed court dates.

“You want court dates? We got your court dates?”

“Asylum”

“My country’s economy sucks” is not grounds for asylum. Bus to south of the border leaves next week,
