Election Interference: DOJ/FBI Carpet-Bombed Subpoenas An Attempt To Freeze Political Opposition In Runup To Midterms
If Trumpworld and conservative world and Republican world legitimately were deserving of carpet bombed subpoenas regarding January 6, it would have been done a year ago, not now in the runup to the 2022 midterms. It’s reminiscent of the 2013-2014 prosecutorial attempt to freeze the Wisconsin conservative movement.
In recent days, the U.S. Department of Justice has served upwards of 40 subpoenas on people affiliated with Donald Trump’s 2020 campaign, many of whom continue to associate with or support him.
The reports were first aired by Steven Bannon, and confirmed at least in part by attorney Harmeet Dhillon:
2/2 were served w/extremely broad subpoenas, or warrant for phone/device. Our clients @america1stwomen are among those targeted for their peaceful, First-Amendment-protected, speech about 2020 election. These bullying tactics are designed to target & intimidate Trump supporters.
— Harmeet K. Dhillon (@pnjaban) September 10, 2022
The NY Times and other mainstream media have confirmed (with glee) the large number of subpoenas, including phone seizures:
Justice Department officials have seized the phones of two top advisers to former President Donald J. Trump and blanketed his aides with about 40 subpoenas in a substantial escalation of the investigation into his efforts to subvert the 2020 election, people familiar with the inquiry said on Monday.
The seizure of the phones, coupled with a widening effort to obtain information from those around Mr. Trump after the 2020 election, represent some of the most aggressive steps the department has taken thus far in its criminal investigation into the actions that led to the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the Capitol by a pro-Trump mob.
The subpoenas themselves are extraordinarily broad, seeking communications with dozens of people. So one subpoena to one person actually implicates dozens of people. Redstate published one of the subpoenas, along with the threatening cover letter:
Here’s what was demanded per Nick Arama at RedState:
Assume, for the sake of argument only, that such subpoenas were proper and necessary to investigate alleged crimes associated with the January 6, 2021, Capitol Hill riot. That’s a big assumption, but it proves the point, which is why now, some 18 months later?
If these subpoenas were so necessary to the investigation, why did DOJ/FBI wait a year and half until we are in the thick of the runup to the midterms?
These subpoenas are a big freeze not only on Trumpworld, but conservative and Republican worlds. When people know that dozens are being subpoenaed by the feds regarding hundreds of people or entities, people stop talking to each other and engaging in perfectly lawful political activity out of fear that they will be next. Lawful political communication with the wrong person could find you on the receiving end of a DOJ subpoena and FBI home visit, or as just happend to Mike Lindell and others, being confronted on the street or in public by FBI agents.
It’s a way to shut down a political movement without having to arrest, indict, or prosecute anyone.
We have seen this tactic before, in the 2013-2014 “John Doe” investigation in Wisconsin where a Democrat prosecutor froze almost the entire Wisconsin conservative movement through subpoenas and police raids to obtain documents and electronics. We covered the John Doe investigation tactics and impact extensively, including in this summary post, Exposed: How Prosecutors targeted Scott Walker and conservatives.
(note: Michael Lutz in this interview from late April 2015 committed suicide in late July 2015).
The Wisconsin Supreme Court eventually shut down the investigation, and later legislation changed the law to stop future abuses, but not before the damage was done. I discused the tactics and impact in this interview:
What happened in the John Doe abuses in Wisconsin was a trial run for what DOJ/FBI are doing now. It’s an attempt to freeze the political movement opposing the Biden administration and Democrats.
What DOJ and FBI are doing in the runup to the 2022 midterms is not legitimate. It’s election interference. If Trumpworld and conservative world and Republican world legitimately were deserving of carpet-bombed subpoenas, it would have been done a year ago, not now.

Where are the motions to quash these subpoenas?
יח לִפְנֵי-שֶׁבֶר גָּאוֹן; וְלִפְנֵי כִשָּׁלוֹן, גֹּבַהּ רוּחַ. 18 Pride goeth before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.
It’s not religious, just common sense. It won’t be easy to clean the mess and overcome the suffering, but the brainiacs and authoritarians are in for a surprise. As they dig the hole deeper. Watch who will be the insurrectionists when they are voted out.
Hope the GOP exercises common sense while getting to the truth of the progressive onslaught against American democracy.
The official subpoena demands: “any draft legislation, proposed legislation, or model legislation.” This included all their communique on the subject, e.g., “any social media postings.”

Everybody loves the moment in the movie “Jack Reacher” when Tom Cruise says the line, “Remember, you asked for this.”
Like the Old Testament account of the King’s right hand man, out to “get” his competitiion, insisted the king have a nice big gallows guilt on which to hang his nemisis.
Well, it happened that almost overnight the Right Hand Man’s evil deeds were outed, along with his lies about hus targeted foe. That evil guy got hanged on the very gallows he had encouraged the king to build for his falsely accused enemy.
ANY Republican supporting the FBI at this point is not a constitutional conservative
The whole “Back the Blue” movement was a Pynchonion waste of energy.
There is no collective “blue,” only individual tribes, and some of those actually have mavericks.
Election Interference by the DOJ/FBI.
Question for Professor Jacobson: What should either those being subpoenaed, or the right in general, do about this?
The fact recipients are requested not to disclose the subpoena or their compliance with it, on pain of interference with enforcement of the law strikes rather an alarming note.
Keep silent, and do as you’re told, or else face charges.
Incredibly arrogant, isn’t it?
That’s why “warrant canaries” were invented. They’re very valuable, but you have to set them up BEFORE you need them.
Do you know whether removing the “warrant canary” public disclaimer following receipt of a national security letter or similar government request has been successfully prosecuted as effectively giving notice to the subject of the letter? Do such letters ever specifically address and prohibit removal of such disclaimers?
How can this be remotely Constitutional? There must be case law on that to the effect that such a provision could only pass muster if under the most dire, exigent circumstances, e.g. with a violent felon under investigation about to flee or commit another crime.
It is “Constitutional” but is often abused and exercised as an intimidation tactic.
Properly done ( yes, I know abuse is not the “proper” use), a subpoena can only be truly enforced in secrecy when meeting the extremely high bar of the usual risks ( impeding investigation, destruction of evidence, flight and so forth) TO A LEVEL THAT TRUMPS THE 1st AMENDMENT RIGHT.
That’s first like the “highest of high” and second subject to an individual trier of fact and their decision.
Prosecutors know this and will put the language in there knowing 98% of the people don’t have the knowledge or the resources to challenge it or even want to.
Personally I do not believe what I have seen on these would pass legal muster by a fair judge- but no one has tested it yet
Those corrupt FBI agents need to be indicted if there is ever going to be any hope of cleaning up the Bureau.
I believe that we need a Federal Department of Internal Affairs with the full power to investigate and prosecute misbehavior by federal agencies and agents. The inspector generals are nothing more than toothless bureaucrats who are extremely limited (as in basically no real authority at all).
Well, of course. Correct a corrupt government law enforcement agency by creating a new, uncorrupt law enforcement agency. Why didn’t… every bureaucrat in history… think of that?
Internal Affairs = whitewash.
Unless you staff it with people who were screwed over. It seems Biden’s DOJ is trying to expand the list of potential hires for such an agency.
Come to think of it, isn’t that what Biden did by appointing Garland? The Dems, and doubtless Garland himself, believe Garland was screwed over. Look at what he’s able to accomplish now.
There is not picking apart this level of corruption one-by-one. The entire operation needs to be shut down. This is organized crime at the highest level possible (unless God is also involved.)
“Those corrupt FBI agents…” are 100% of the employees of the FBI. And you can throw in the ATF and the DEA. And about 90% of the DoJ.
They should shut down “federal law enforcement,” all of it. And make the various departments turn in their firearms and sell any ammunition they’re holding on the open market.
They need far more than that.
Nice opening picture: (L to R) The Kenyan Lightbringer, The Nudge, and The Hologram (last two aka Dumb and Dumber).
Anyone shows up at your door with some worthless piece of paper making demands, tell them to go eff off and die and get off your porch, then close the door. They break the door down…the Castle Law goes into affect. Enough people do that and they might start thinking twice about the unconstitutional orders they are receiving from those three above.
1. A court won’t see it that way.
2. You first.
It’s nothing more than we routinely ask of servicemembers to defend our freedom.
It’s unthinkable of us to show the same courage we demand of them?
All I know is that there are WAY more of us than there are of them, and the older I get, the less I feel I have to lose doing the right thing.
So what? Stand a Post or get out of the way so others can. Polite civil disobedience is acceptable.
I am not an anarchist or rabble-rouser…more of a “leave me the hay alone and all is fine” type. I pay my taxes not to be harassed by the idiots in government, which is populated by those most likely stuffed in a locker in High School because they annoyed everyone around them. If someone other than my local Sheriff – whom I know – shows up, I have no obligation to give them any quarter, I have done nothing other than espouse my opinion on a bunch a losers and grifters and cheats, basically the entire Democrat party…the same morons and evil reprobates who wreck everything they touch then “call it good.”
Half or more of the courts are corrupt. So is the justice system (certainly in part). Assuming otherwise is playing Russian Roulette with your life. Assuming the laws matter to those who believe they are our betters (they are not) is foolish.
– Harassing political opponents at the Drive-Thru is acceptable to you?
– Stomping on people’s Constitutional 1A Right when they oppose the seditious and treasonous party is acceptable to you?
– Leaving private citizens, who may or may not have been at the Capital on Jan 6th, to rot in jail without provocation (it was – at worst – trespassing. Big whup.)
None of what the Dem’s is doing is legal nor with any probable cause. In fact, it’s as corrupt as one can get, and exactly how the Nazi’s started.
Somebody will, eventually, be willing to “go first.”
Bivens actions ought to be abounding.
Why would these people, high up MAGA people have “one” phone?
I would assume burner phones would be common… and lots of them
Because, unlike Antifa, we’re not REALLY committed domestic terrorists. We’re just businessmen. We’re just committed domestic terrorists strictly for tax purposes.
Wake up, friend, you oppose the Obiden Junta and you’re a domestic terrorist, or haven’t you got the word yet?
The suggestion was made to communicate using book code, but Trump only watches TV.
They 1 really want to stay in power,
2 will do anything to make that happen
3 are sure they are going to succeed
One more time, it is the GOPe that is allowing this to happen. Make them pay at a minimum in response to this. Make sure the GOPe hand picked marxists lose in every primary.
I predict morticians will have to wipe the surprise off the faces of many journalists and RINOs, should the new Civil War start in earnest.
The journalists and their Democratic allies will start any civil war so they can seize total executive power and suspend Habeas under Martial law.
This is rare indeed.
I agree 100%
Aside from the aforementioned freezing problem, this looks a lot like an effort to gather up any evidence of 2020 election fraud and hide it behind a “continuing investigation” wall, presumably to be destroyed at a later date. Somebody out there might have real evidence and is waiting to reveal it at a more politically opportune time, best to get control of it now. Why else ask for evidence of fraud in an election whose official narrative is there wasn’t any fraud?
Couldn’t agree with that more
They can’t arrest us all. They are desperate to protect their creaky empire and don’t even hide their intentions anymore. They are preparing to make us so desperate for food, shelter and safety and are even calling us terrorists. Something wicked this way cometh and it has already emerged from the dark mist. Evil is staring us straight in the face.
But these are people prepared to unleash waves of violence. And there will nobody capable of holding anyone to account. Our “free press” checked out decades ago. This is what they are desperately setting up as their wobbly house of cards is discovered to have no democratic foundation. Dem wit da guns make da rules.
Time is running out for all sides. We need to stand our ground. Gut check. Those who are still confused and wobbly and haven’t picked a side, go hide in the basement. None of us are safe but there is strength in numbers. If we refuse to cooperate, they can’t arrest us all.
Spot on.
They can’t arrest everyone, and they won’t try. What they can do is arrest leaders, particularly journalists, podcasters, and website owners, and fire the rest from their jobs in big corporations.
I have strongly suspected for a long time that what you describe is definitely part of this- just not sure how much
That’s exactly what they were looking for a MAL.
That should be “at MAL”.
When a person or organization can say or do nearly anything without fear of criticism or even questions, truth and trust suffer greatly. The US media, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Democrat Party, along with Social Media outlets lean so far left as to almost fall over
At this point, no sane adult should be buying any of this. But this is lawfare which is too slow to deal with it. There are now less than 60 days to act. It’s not about how this will end up in court. The process itself is the weapon.
Something worth thinking about. Take a look at how many people (like Giuliani) who were heroes during 9/11 have now been smeared as traitors of the highest order for participating in a conspiracy to overthrow the government. All without one iota of evidence. And yet the “polling” shows that Americans are split on this? No doubt that there plenty of “educated” zombies among us lecturing us and torturing us with their incessant virtue signalling. But I cannot not and do not believe most Americans are that shallow. We just don’t speak to pollsters anymore. We are laying low where we have no choice and engaged where we can. It is just becoming very difficult to be engaged at any level. We are being overwhelmed with serious bullshit.
It all boils down to “will they steal another election”? This is one we cannot afford to lose. If their intentions are to resort to violence in November, it’s their decision. But get ready for it.
Lot of truth there
Honestly, this is really a good thing when looked at objectively.
First, it shows the real truth that the left is in no way confident they will get away with the effort to steal 22 and 24 ( these are not the actions of confident people)
Second, this clearly shows any critical thinking objective human what the left really is and has end desires to do
Third, if this doesn’t wake up the sheeple and motivate them to act and “move with a purpose” then nothing will and we get what we deserve.
Agreed. The plan here seems designed to:
1. Obscure and delay the scope of the ‘get Trump’ effort across multiple fronts
2. Disrupt Trump world and the populist right in general shortly before the midterms
3. Act as a sort of spoiling attack towards the r base and populist right movers and shakers
4. Intimidate and dissuade folks from commenting, writing articles, funding, campaigning for populist right issues or candidates
5. Add another series of cuts to DJT trying to get them add up to the proverbial death by a thousand cuts in the feint hope of killing off DJT’s viability as a candidate
IMO they are scared their narrative is going to collapse and their dirty laundry re the lengths they went to across the spectrum of media, CT system, bureaucracy, IC to resist, defeat, destroy DJT (which for some reason they view as essential to defeating the broader populist right) is going to come out in full detail for the public to view. IOW, a kitchen sink approach fueled by desperation.
We shouldn’t be demoralized. We should view it for what it is, the beginning death throes of a corruption coalition. Go vote. Go campaign. Don’t be afraid.
I would move your #1 to #5 and reorder but I see it the same way.
I clearly see FEAR. (They are clearly NOT CONFIDENT they are going to win either legitimately or by stealing)
That’s really a good thing and an advantage we must continue to push.
When the vampire opens its eyes and screams while grabbing the stake- that’s not the time to run but to HIT IT AGAIN HARDER
Absolutely. They are not acting confident at all. They are acting like desperate men who still believe that they can eek out a win if they try hard enough, and are getting more desperate all the time, and their inhibitions to using extreme tactics are continually dissolving – but they will not ever give up. In a way, they are acting similar to Putin in his Ukraine war. One wonders, how long before the Democrats go “nuclear” on us. Maybe they will do it when Putin uses actual nukes in Ukraine.
@ Mew
You>>>One wonders, how long before the Democrats go “nuclear” on us. Maybe they will do it when Putin uses actual nukes in Ukraine.
I don’t think they can (If they could use overwhelming force I believe they already would be doing it) and THATS what gives them the real sense of urgency.
They NEVER had a “plan B” and when Trump fought back and the sheeple didn’t “fall in line” like good drones- they shot their wad.
They literally have nothing else. They are trying to use fear because they dont have the ability to fight.
We need to keep pouring it on.
I believe they’ve cheated before, and lost. I believe it explains why Hillary was apoplectic over her loss to Trump. She wasn’t sure she was going to be elected, she knew the election was already in the bag. Imagine how she must have felt to know the election was rigged, but she still lost. She wasn’t angry about the vote. She was angry at the incompetence-the cheating was bungled. Hence, the new, improved cheating of the 2020 elections.
And if we do well in the Midterms, the Democrats will become truly desperate. They are not only going to charge Trump with everything they can, but they will also jail him without bond before trial on grounds that he presents an “insurrection risk”, because it is impossible to campaign from solitary confinement in jail.
Wouldn’t stop the rest of us from campaigning on his behalf.
You know what you can’t hide? When your EBT card wont buy a pound of hamburger. Im hearing more and more people complaining and laying the blame right at Brandon’s feet
Ty Phil,,, I have not been feeling at all optimistic. I believe the election has already been stolen. I will vote.. I said that before.. It is my duty…. More than anything I want to be wrong about this.
They are also trying to intimidate people from giving contributions to our candidates. All contributions are a public record.
unfortunately most Americans, especially women, are that shallow. And of course the Democrats will steal everything. We’re past the point of a political solution.
If true, we now reside in the United Banana Republics of North America
Let’s subpoena the FBI, Garland, Joe, Ho and Obummer, Dominion etc and explain this video
https://www.facebook.com/marty.smith.587/videos/578721287269183/?notif_id=1663245392354497¬if_t=video_processed&ref=notif
FYI: This is cell phone video of raw DVR footage of election coverage 11/4/20 when 19,958 votes were transferred from Trump to Biden
What’s there to explain? It’s a TV station, not some official communication. How are the FBI, the Attorney General, presidents past and president, or the operator of certain voting machines, responsible for an error made by one TV station, and its subsequent correction? Ask the TV station what happened; but it doesn’t have to answer you, because it is not responsible to you and is entitled to report whatever it damn well likes.
So I could have been more articulate-I probably lack standing, so it would be up to an agency with standing
The subpoena would seek information on where the feed came from and the governmental entity responsible would need to be included
The point is
Since the TV station is “reporting” a situation and not an “official source with the authority to speak” – everything on that TV is considered “hearsay” and has virtually zero probative value even if it could be used.
Plus, all they have to say is it was a system error- cause unknown and that would end it.
Probative, no. Basis for an investigation, certainly seems so given the current standards in use by our betters (sarc).
It is much worse than even a broad attempt to intimidate and silence the political opposition. The DOJ/FBI complex (if that’s a term) has clearly targeted all attorneys representing Team Trump in the most vicious, overreaching, unprecedented and un-American way.
From Michael Cohen to Rudy Giuliani to Sydney Powell to Jenna Ellis, and more: the message is being sent loud and clear that if you, as an attorney, represent DJT or his businesses, you will be targeted by criminal proceedings, including being SWATed by armed FBI storming down your door. Unfortunately I’m waiting for the first family dog to be killed, or worse.
Can you even imagine what that must be like to have your door broken down in the predawn by armed agents for the “crime” of giving legal counsel to a President or ex President?
Any communications with your client will be swept up, perused by hostile government prosecutors, and selectively leaked. Your reputation in the legal community will be ruined.
They are directly attacking the right to counsel, without which there is as a practical matter no due process, or rule of law. And the silence of the co opted organized bar (ABA, Civil Liberties Union, State bar associations) is absolutely deafening. Our legal institutions are failing us at the moment their expertise, and courage, are needed the most.
“Our legal institutions are failing us…” Yes, the rule of law has been abolished by the Obiden Junta who intend to remain in power by any and all means available including your freedom, life and property. Unless and until Patriots understand the rule of law is dead and that the only justice comes from the muzzles of their guns this will continue until you have no guns and no means of opposing them.
As Biden and Obama advisor Anita Dunn has said, while extolling the “virtues” of Mao, power comes basically from the barrel of a gun. Explains why they’re so hot to disarm citizens.
The Obiden Junta is executing a well conceived plan to not only intimidate and freeze conservative resistance but they are also sweeping up any and all evidence of their massive electoral frauds. From these seized records and cell phones they will find where this evidence is located and seize it and destroy it.
And yet McConnell remains silent.
The highest elected office holding GOP ‘leader’ has had little or nothing to say about any of the DOJ/FBI Gestapo tactics over the last 18+ months.
Every GOP Senator should be loudly denouncing these unconstitutional tyrannical abuses of power every single day. But, instead, we hear crickets.
The GOP will probably take the House and may take the Senate, but how much difference will it really make? I’m not optimistic with the likes of McConnell and McCarthy in charge. If history is any indication we’ll only see a temporary throttling of our descent into rule by a lawless, extremist, and radical leftwing regime that can no longer be voted out of power.
Hogan
>>>And yet McConnell remains silent.
And THAT is the most telling thing of all (and it aint just the turtle either, its the entire GOPe)
I do see the “very faint glimmer” of possible “hope” with McCarthy but i have very low expectations.
I have now promoted Mitch. He is no longer a RINO in my eyes- he is a full blown Manchurian infiltrator.
Merely taking the House can make a huge difference in a way that the Democrats truly fear. The Rats know we are at the end of an economic cycle and a recession looms. They know a bad recession spells death for the President’s party in 2024. They can only stave off recession by ever escalating reckless federal spending. A GOP House can’t do much else, but it can cut off the spending spree. A GOP House and even a 1 vote majority in the Senate can hold the line much better.

Item 1 – If you have any evidence/proof, or think you have any evidence/proof, that fraud was committed during the 2020 election – you have to hand it over to us.
Is that what this is about then? Shutting up the people who might be able to prove that the DNC and their machine committed fraud to put Biden in the Whitehouse?
We will never be able to conclusively prove that level of fraud because of the secret ballot. The only thing provable is they changed the rules, often illegally, in ways that facilitate fraud.
They changed the rules in a way that should be actionable-the rule changes violated the Constitution’s requirements that the laws governing state elections for president come exclusively from the states’ respective legislatures, and not from their governors, secretaries of state, election commissioner, judges, etc. The electors of every state that violated this requirement should have been rejected, leaving neither candidate with sufficient electoral votes to win, throwing the election to the House of Representatives.
Was there fraud? Almost certainly. Can it be proven? Doesn’t matter! The matter of “fraud” has been a red herring, distracting attention from the demonstrable and obvious lawlessness that ruled the 2020 election.
@AF
You>>>Is that what this is about then? Shutting up the people who might be able to prove that the DNC and their machine committed fraud to put Biden in the Whitehouse?
Close but let me take you closer- part of it is conversational semantics versus legalese.
Proof and evidence are different and not interchangeable.
They are more like a “ballot” cures and becomes a vote
Evidence becomes “proof” once it is vetted and tried.
The left KNOWS the election was stolen ( they did it) and thus “proof” exists and they always have known this.
They want to know what EVIDENCE these people have which may be used later.
That’s why all the talking heads pick their words carefully and stalled the INVESTIGATIONS because “investigations” yield EVIDENCE which is vetted and tried thus becoming PROOF.
They cut off the “proof” at the roots ( evidence)
Now they realize there is a strong chance they will lose and some of this “evidence’ may wind up becoming proof and then out comes the gallows.
The idea that the seat of the federal government can subpoena citizens of the several states would have made the Founders apoplectic. The reason the Executive branch has US Attorneys throughout the country is a hat tip to federalism. If a New York resident is suspect, then a grand jury of his peers is empaneled in New York. I can’t imagine grand jury duty in Florida would have result in enough brain dead progressives showing up to indict Donald Trump. But in DC…
The Supreme Court should once and for all put a stop to the residents of Washington D.C. having outsized subpoena power over the entire country.
The problem with these brain dead morons running the country and Justice system is this: the only thing these raids have accomplished is to steel our resolve to vote these communist authoritarians out of DC and do everything non-violently possible to remove and defund all the unconstitutional “alphabet” agency’s.
Ye gads, I’d be in jail for a million years if I got a subpoena like this.
Dear Mr. Graves.
The receipt of this letter proves I am under criminal investigation, so therefore I must respectfully refuse to testify by asserting my Fifth Am. right. In addition, all of the documents requested would have been passed to me by email, and since Google archives these things forever and I’m obviously under criminal investigation, your subpoena to Google has obviously captured every document requested and more. As to requests for my text messages, I unfortunately upgraded my phone this year and every one of my texts vanished. I’m as upset about it as you undoubtedly are, so when you get the phone company to produce them, please send me a copy.
Hope you have fun at your party in DC
Love
Georg
Leftists on Twitter have assured me–loudly and angrily–that Jan 6 was an insurrection. Apparently the mighty federal government was going to be overthrown by:
1) Mr Haney (old person pop culture reference; if you don’t know it ask your grandparents). (Leftists insist Trump is a dumb huckster, and then in the next breath will declare he’s an evil genius criminal mastermind.)
2) The My Pillow guy
3) A guy wearing a hat with horns on it.
Yep, dedicated Leftists on Twitter will always lock up in a logic loop if you ask them a pair of questions
1) Revolting against the US is futile because they have F-15s and you just have AR-15s
2) The US was nearly overthrown on 1/6 by a guy in a viking hat.
Pick one.
Someday, when the Capitol and the White House are both crawling with angry citizens with AR-15s, those F-15s are going to look pretty impotent.
Does what is happening right now tells us civilians that the judicial system is comprised as well??? It seems that you can get a fill in the blank subpoena for whatever you might find then just fill in the blanks–then use it to convict me of any crime you think I might have committed—and then I am required to incriminate myself???.
Dems can read the polls on what people think of what they are doing to our country. Just like the last election they are covering their bets.
Anyone else think the FBI should be disbanded and the DOJ cleaned out?
Wondering if this intimidation is working better than they know, in 2020 Trump signs way outnumbered Sundowner signs,. So far I have yet to see a Dr Oz sign in a yard, don’t think anywhere else, yet seeing Fetterman and Shapiro signs popping up slowly. Can it be no Republican voter wants anyone to know their political affiliation?
Well, why wouldn’t they? It worked with the Tea Party and the IRS back in the day.
Indeed, they’re re-running their Tea Party playbook, from what sure looks like suppression, to vote-wrangling, to spoiling operations, to gratuitously mislabeling “those people”, including from the bully pulpit. Hey, Dark Brandon learned from his previous Maximum Leader.
The TEA Party:
— Local representation; federalism in fact.
— Constitutionally limited government, fiscal responsibility, and free markets.
— And the motto that made their name: *T*axed *E*nough *A*lready
This round, we’ll see who learned more and adapted more from that one.
United States of Banana Republic.
