Police Respond To Domestic Incident At Chicago State Attorney Kim Foxx’s Home

“officers responded to Foxx’s home when her husband, Kelley Foxx, called 911 to report a domestic incident”

Soros-backed Cooks County, IL state’s attorney Kim Foxx made national news when she fumbled the Jussie Smollett race hoax case.

She’s back in the headlines this week after her husband called 911 in response to her physical violence during a domestic dispute.  According to reports, Kim was triggered by something her husband posted to Facebook.  Fox News reports that no arrests were made.

5Chicago reports:

At approximately 10:09 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, officers responded to Foxx’s home when her husband, Kelley Foxx, called 911 to report a domestic incident involving his wife, according to the report.

Kelley informed officers Kimberly, as Kim Foxx is referred to in the police report, got mad “about something that was posted on Facebook that he did,” the document stated.

Then, when Kimberly asked him to leave, he refused, the officer noted. At that point, Kimberly “became physical,” and Kelley said she blocked him from leaving the bathroom, police noted.

Kimberly “grabbed his collar and threw down his video game controller,” the report stated. “He tried to turn on the TV and Kimberly snatched the controller out of his hand and threw the controller.”

The officer wrote that while Kelley explained what happened, Kimberly said “all that is true.” Kelley told police Kimberly slapped him and indicated he was slapped on his left cheek, documents stated. The officer used his flashlight to see Kelley’s cheek and “did not observe any indicators to support his claim of being struck.” Kelley told officers he just wanted “someone to understand what was happening here,” said that Kimberly was “being physically aggressive” and he just wanted it to stop, authorities said.

Kimberly informed police she did put her hands on Kelley, but it was only to “help guide him out of the house,” the officer noted. She also maintained she didn’t slap Kelley, according to the report. When police asked Kimberly whether she felt she was safe in the home with Kelley, she said, ‘I mean he’s not crazy,” the report stated. Both husband and wife informed police they have been together for over 20 years and things have “never been physical.”

Such corrupt scum in our government. I’d ask ‘how it came to this’, but I know how.

The challenge: the way out. I think it will require secession.

I’m with you on secession. I’d be interested how the other country would fare with no taxpayers, only takers.

That’ll teach Kelley to post “This is MAGA Country” to his Facebook page.

You know and I know that if it had been alleged that Kelley had struck Kimberly, that Kelley would be in jail. If he has half a lick of sense, he will document the bejabbers out of all of her statements that she struck him, move out, file for divorce, and move out of state.

The part where he calls the police and they ask her if she feels safe in the home with him made me eyeroll.

    Also:
got mad “about something that was posted on Facebook that he did,”
Kimberly “grabbed his collar and threw down his video game controller,”
“He tried to turn on the TV and Kimberly snatched the controller out of his hand and threw the controller.”

Are both of these people sixteen years old?

I suspect that’s why he called the police. To establish a paper trail although we need to come up with a new term in a digital age..

A friend of mine took the bait during his divorce. His soon to be ex-wife threatened to commit suicide in front of the kids. He tried to take the bottle of pills away from her. She twists away and locks herself in the bathroom. Upshot is when the cops show up there is no bottle of sleeping pills but she does have red marks on her wrist.

Man, did he then get screwed in the divorce.

I knew several female police officers in my reserve units and even they didn’t believe the women when they claimed abuse during a divorce. Unfortunately a female police officer’s instincts isn’t evidence. Document it.

He calls 911 and they ask HER if SHE feels safe with HIM in the house.

Too bad one of the many predators she released or failed to prosecute didn’t show up at her doorstep. It would’ve been a fitting and well-deserved end.

Kimberly looks like she could be lead blocker for the Bears.

Lead (pronounced “leed”) as in some manoover in the game? Or Lead pronounced “led”, as so many football players are thugs and things get interesting at 3AM outside “da cluhhb”?

What happened to, “If there;s an allegation of dimestic violence, somebody gets arrested”? Is that not the law in Illinois?

This dude was playing video games on TV in the bathroom? She should prosecute him as a hoaxster or move to England where fox hunting is outlawed.

Does the police report mention the white guys wearing MAGA hats and shouting racial slurs at her the whole time? They were definitely behind this!

If she gets voted out maybe they could have their own reality TV show.

Kimberly informed police she did put her hands on Kelley, but it was only to “help guide him out of the house,”

This is the first time I have seen “guide” used as a euphemism for “force”.

I don’t know anything about this man, but he made the right call. It’s still “believe all women” to a high degree. Now it’s of record . If she pulls any more stuff, he has a better chance of being believed. I think she slapped him. He didn’t want to hit her back so he called the police.

Are we certain that Kelley isn’t a girl? Really reminds me of the old SNL skit of the Klintons where they portrayed Hillarity as a serial domestic abuser, and Phil Hartmann (RIP) portrayed Bill perfectly as a beaten husband.

Maybe in Chicago domestic violence has been redefined as “mutual combatants,”
