For nearly two years, the White House coronavirus advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci has appeared at least weekly, of not daily, on news and opinions shows touting the latest Science related to covid.
Yet, in the wake of a stunning poll that revealed the American public has moved on from the pandemic, the Biden administration is completely reversing course on mask-pushing and vaccine-mandating. It has unveiled a new COVID-19 preparedness and management plan that focuses on detection followed by early treatment.
“…Biden will not accept just ‘living with COVID’ any more than we accept living with cancer, Alzheimer’s or AIDS,” the report states. “Because of our work, we are no longer going to let COVID-19 dictate how we live.”
…The plan adds a focus on guarding against COVID-19 and treating the virus, including a “test to treat” program that would allow people to receive antiviral treatment pills immediately after testing positive, and developing a game plan for any new variants.
I will simply note that many infectious disease experts and medical doctors have been clamoring for more focus on early treatment options since the start of the pandemic in 2020. Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) hosted an informative and vital “Second Opinion” panel that emphasized this pillar of pandemic response.
These expert opinions appear to have been throttled by Fauci and those connected to him, as well as media and Big Tech officials who wanted to promote the agenda he was pushing. However, in the wake of the abysmal polling, Fauci has disappeared.
Many of us have noticed.
In his speech to the 2022 CPAC in Orange County, Fla., over the weekend, former CIA analyst and radio host Buck Sexton called for a “housecleaning of the bureaucracy” within the federal government, including health care establishment that imposed Draconian rules and restrictions on Americans during the coronavirus pandemic.

He may be gone, but he is not forgotten, especially by those of us who have been collecting all the receipts.
Ohio congressman Jim Jordan (R) indicates an investigation into Fauci is a priority if they regain a majority in November’s midterms.
The first investigation suggested by Jordan, the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, was into “all the lies [and] the misinformation, the disinformation” from Dr. Anthony Facui and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hopefully, there will be a fully transparent investigation that will lead to justice for everyone harmed or killed by Fauci’s decisions and those who will be suffering from the consequences of pandemic hysteria for years to come.

If history is anything to go by, it won’t matter what the investigations turn up. The democrat-controlled DOJ will simply refuse to press charges and the media will report “vindication” and say that no wrong-doing was found, regardless of the actual facts.
Here’s hoping that he dedicated his body to science and has been accepted into a mortuary training or cadaver dog program.

I’d be willing to bet cash the people behind the current administration are looking around for a good replacement puppet, some good-looking doctor who they can put behind a lectern to read the teleprompter with whatever they want to say today. Probably a minority or female, or better, both. Then once the puppet is set up for a promotion, the rumors will start. About Fauci’s health, his financial ties, his marriage, how he is chafing at his long and distinguished career and looking for a retirement villa somewhere. Then, if he doesn’t take the hint, will come the meeting with the ultimatum: “Walk away or be pushed under the bus.”
Then a press conference with the new puppet, and all the press will again sing praises to our dear leader and his wisdom.

I’m all for investigations when the Republicans re-take the House as long as they’re not the typical never-ending investigations that serve mainly to identify evidence of wrong-doing, seize it, and keep it under wraps behind the excuse of “investigative integrity,” never to see the light of day. And at the end of the day, any referrals for prosecution will wither on the vine waiting for this Justice Department to decide they’re not going to pursue criminal charges.

Leslie got it right from the very beginning, back when the truth about the Wuhan lab/Vancouver lab/US NIH etc.. was already being reported and before the lock downs and masking even started.
I’m no scientist no less a psyentist but I too got it right simply by applying logic and remembering that most of the facts usually appear right after these events happen. I have learned to pay attention to those early details and formulate a logical conclusion to work with going forward. In this case, the truth once again proved to be worse than we dared imagine.
Paying attention during the early confusion and daring to report on the obvious before the truth is captured and replaced by a false narrative usually gets you to the right answer early. You don’t need an air-tight legal case before expressing an opinion based on the obvious.
I hear you Phil. But rationality is answered by the “experts” who replace rationality with “agenda.” That’s when you get branded a “non-expert” (at best) or a “denier.” Now you can be safely ignored because the masses prefer the opinion of experts, because a realization of their deviation from common sense, science, historical precedent, the law, etc. requires the sort of independent thought (such as you apply), which asks too much of too many.
