Biden Lies About His Past and Georgia’s Voting Law to Justify Getting Rid of the Filibuster

“I will defend the right to vote [and] our democracy against all enemies: foreign and yes, domestic.”

I am so sick of Biden.

Biden traveled to Georgia with Harris to promote the voting rights bill because apparently, people cannot vote in America or something. I also love how they’re promoting something nowhere near the top of the list of concerns for us regular people.

The left has complained and moaned about Georgia’s voting laws since last year. They’ve tied themselves into knots twisting the law to fit their narrative despite other states having the restrictions they hate so much.

CNN’s Jake Tapper pointed out something Biden forgot.

Anyway, if you disagree, Biden implied you’re a domestic enemy.

Did Biden even read the law? Certain people are allowed to hand out water and food to people in voting lines.

It’s IN THE LAW.

Biden also wants to make America a pure democracy, which is awful.

This means Biden finally came out to abolish the filibuster.

Biden came out against eliminating the filibuster in 2005 and 2019.

Biden forgets that George Wallace was a Democrat and Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. Besides that, it’s dangerous to say those who oppose the bill side with racists.

Then again these people have no problem tearing down people who don’t get the vaccine but are okay murdering an unborn human being.

Biden once again lies about taking part in the Civil Rights Movement.

Biden also calls Harris “President Harris.” This is not the first time he called or implied she is the president. Who is the man behind the curtain!?

Gates McGavick, a communications director for the GOP, listed out all the lies Biden told during his speech. Way too many.

I expect WaPo’s Glenn Kessler to fact-check all these lies and give Biden a ton of Pinocchios.

Here is the full video. I have it starting when Biden and Harris take the stage.

“The Bible teaches us to feed the hungry and give water to the thirsty. The new Georgia law actually makes it illegal.”

The Bible also teaches us that it’s evil to abort fetuses, for children to see the nakedness of their parents, and not to keep one’s promises. Shall we enforce all those too, Joe?

Biden is increasingly erratic and sounding hateful, unprovoked. He could have had his say without sounding like a danger, demonizing people over political views. He is escalating and making things worse. It’s not Republicans, but our President that punches down against the people he is pledged to represent. He is becoming a true disgrace, along with his other shortcomings.

Arrested again. How many times now?

In the deep South, and certainly in other parts of the country, four words aptly portray how everyday Americans feel about Joe Biden:

    …That Boy Ain’t Right

Becoming? The old pedophile was a true disgrace long before he was illegitimately installed into that office.

It’s his disease. Anyone who has been around a family member who’s gone through what Biden is going through will recognize this. People with dementia are very irritable, angry. It becomes increasingly difficult for them to modulate, temper their emotional outbursts. And lest be honest, it’s not like Joe Biden had a lot to work with BEFORE he found himself in the grips of profound cognitive decline.

Sadly, this is 100% true. Another sign is his inability to speak in complete sentences. His speeches now amount to series of strung together phrases and sentence fragments.

He has said President Harris so many times I wonder if he has been told he won’t last long and to just keep trying as long as he can until Harris takes over?

Biden lies to justify getting rid of filibuster.

What we need is a filibuster on his lying. His brain’s already been filibustered.

Anyone here live in Georgia? What’s the mood in the state?

    How ’bout them Dawgs!

    amwick in reply to Doc-Wahala. | January 12, 2022 at 8:15 am

I became a legal resident of GA in September. Ga is mostly red.. except for the blighted city of Atlanta. The mood, as I see in my friends and neighbors, is exasperation.

    TargaGTS in reply to Doc-Wahala. | January 12, 2022 at 8:28 am

Depends where you live. In rural Georgia and most suburbs, it’s frustration and anger. In the city, it’s ignorance….which is often bliss. I live in an upscale neighborhood in a city that immediately adjoins the Atlanta (Sandy Springs). These are the places where the white Biden voter lives. However, Biden isn’t popular here…just like he wasn’t before the election. And yet, Biden did 400K votes better than Clinton did 4-years before.

The fact of the matter is voting irregularities aside, this state has demographically changed in PROFOUND ways since it hosted the Olympics in 1996. There are exurb high schools that were 99% white in 2000 that are now majority Hispanic…just in 20-years. The state wasn’t close enough to steal just five years ago. Now, it is.

Tsquared in reply to TargaGTS. | January 12, 2022 at 9:22 pm

Don’t forget that the ballot boxes were stuffed with Biden votes and the same ballots were counted over and over. Biden didn’t win GA it was a stolen election by corrupt polling officials.

A key element in this anti-democratic rhetoric is the Democrats want to be able to manipulate mail-in voting. The truth about the actions the Red States took in ensuring election integrity is actually pro-democratic.

Mail-in voting is even worse in terms of vote fraud than absentee voting.

With absentee voting, a person at least has to request a ballot. But, as we saw in too many places in the 2020 election, ballots and duplicate ballots were mailed out to everyone with mail-in voting.

With loose absentee voting rules, a county is vulnerable to vote fraud. With mail-in voting, a county is begging for unabated vote fraud.

Glad you had the link to the hill, went over there and riles up the libs just before they try to go to sleep.

You almost have to feel sorry for the dementia-ridden, retarded old pedophile … almost.

Slow Joe has been plagerizing and lying for 45 plus years. Democrat party, knowing this, has seen fit to nominate and get this fool/tool elected to the most powerful office in the world. This says a lot about the Dems.

This is revisionist history at its worst

Presiden Liden can’t keep his story straight.

Wasn’t MLK a Republican?

henrybowman in reply to Pasadena Phil. | January 12, 2022 at 8:14 am

    Wasn’t Jim Crow I a Democrat policy?

No, he wasn’t. His father was, but he was a Bernie-Sanders-type leftist who rejected both major parties, but in practice campaigned for Democrats as the lesser evil.

Frank Hammond in reply to Milhouse. | January 12, 2022 at 11:46 am

MLK was a Republican until 1960 when he was arrested and Richard Nixon refused to visit him in jail. Many Black Republicans switched to JFK in the 1960 election.

Milhouse in reply to Frank Hammond. | January 12, 2022 at 6:06 pm

No, he was never a Republican. And he was always a socialist. He also didn’t really believe in his pretty speech about the color of one’s character; he supported what is now called “affirmative action” until the percentage of black people employed in every company and at all levels was the same as that in the population. And on top of that, he was a sexist, and he witnessed a rape without making any objection to it.

Frank Hammond in reply to Milhouse. | January 12, 2022 at 10:49 pm

Milhouse – as usual you are wrong – I am older than Joe Biden and remember the 1960 incident very well. You have a future with scopes.

Lucifer Morningstar | January 12, 2022 at 8:45 am

No only does Delaware not allow early voting they also don’t allow “no-excuse absentee ballots” & they also require Voter ID at the polls. So most of the laws that Biden is calling “Jim Crow 2.0” are enshrined in Delaware law. But does that hypocrite mention that? Nope. He’s quite silent on that matter.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to Lucifer Morningstar. | January 12, 2022 at 8:49 am

Forgot to mention. It’s also the law that you must be “mentally competent” to vote in Delaware. So I guess that means those committed to psychiatric hospitals and those adjudged to be mentally incompetent are disenfranchised and cannot vote.

FWIW, that’s how the law works in all but a handful of states. Once you’re adjudicated non compos mentis, you usually can’t (legally) vote anymore. Unfortunately, outside of being found not guilty of a crime by reason of insanity, that adjudication is increasingly rare. The vast majority of people in our mental health hospitals haven’t been adjudicated to be insane.

Having said all that, would I be shocked to learn that in mental health hospitals all across the country robust ballot harvesting schemes take place? No, no I would not.

Delaware is not a key swing state that can be flipped with narrowly-focused vote fraud in a few key precincts. Georgia is. Coincidence?

George Wallace and Bull Conner were lifelong Democrats. Brain Dead Biden must have forgot that in 1972 George Wallace ran in the Presidential Primaries as a Democrat and was ahead in many polls until he was conveniently shot on the campaign trail.

Invokingng MLK is gallingly dishonest. Democrats do everything they can to make sure that the Dream NEVER sees the light of day. Race, or skin color, is everything while content of character is nothing

Just for the sake of argument lets pretend that the d/prog motives are pure. Let’s stipulate that this isn’t a naked power grab to allow fraudulent ballots being counted that were cast in an, at best irregular manner, by voters who may or may not meet eligibility requirements and were handed over for transport to partisan activists.

What we are left with is that the d/prog wish to eliminate our republican system of choosing leaders in favor of a system much closer to direct democracy and to centralize control at the national level which erodes federalism. Let’s also set aside the clearly unconstitutional nature of these policy preferences.

At base the d/prog want majority rule, or so they say. I am not at all confident that they are willing to accept the outcome of an election (s) that express the will of the majority. How deeply committed are they? Will they also renounce the creation of CD based upon factors other than geographic boundaries, political boundaries and population density or will they insist upon the retention of CD drawn to cater to racial profiles? That answer is clearly no.

This effort is a transparent attempt to enshrine the sorts of irregular voting changes used in 2020 to benefit the d/prog. Polls have repeatedly shown massive support, more than 2/3, for voter ID, ban on ballot harvesting and continued State control of elections. All three would be undermined by the d/prog policy preferences. Why don’t they support these majority positions? Simple, it isn’t about majority rule it’s about creating a rule set that establishes a permanent d/prog ruling class.

If the filibuster goes away, the Democrats will be calling to bing it back when the Republicans take control of the Senate!

Milhouse in reply to CaptTee. | January 12, 2022 at 6:09 pm

Once it’s gone it’s gone. By its nature it can never be resurrected.

But the thing is, they’re not worried about that because if they do this to pass their election bill they will never lose control of the senate again, because they will never lose another election. That’s why they feel free to do whatever they like.

It gets worse every day. I’m left with consoling myself with the thought that I don’t live in Ukraine or Afghanistan.

Xi-den is a despicable dotard-marionette, going full-caudillo, per the script being handed to him to recite. The Xi-den handlers/puppeteers/caretakers/chaperones pulling the strings are just as vile and totalitarian.

And, this inflammatory and unhinged slander casting Americans who support election fraud prevention measures as alleged “domestic enemies” is just despicable and irresponsible. We know that Xi-den is vilifying conservatives and other Americans who support common-sense voting measures such as ID checks and other basic safeguards, but, imagine the media reaction if President Trump had talked like this?
