Trump Health UPDATE: President Trump’s Medical Team ‘Extremely Happy’ With Progress
“Dr. Sean Dooley says Pres. Trump ‘is in exceptionally good spirits’ and told doctors he felt like he ‘could walk out of here today’
President Trump was diagnosed with COVID-19 approximately 72 hours ago, and on Friday, he was moved to Walter Reed in “an abundance of caution,” reports said.
Saturday morning, Trump’s medical team held a presser in which they assured the nation that the president is doing well and the team is “extremely happy” with his progress.
Dr. Sean Conley, the White House physician, does note that days seven through ten will be most critical in determining the likely course of the president’s illness.
As of now, however, the president is in good spirits, walking around, asking the right questions, and very involved in his care and recovery.

So, we have the POTUS exhibiting mild flu-like symptoms. He is given some test for exposure to Covid-19. He tests positive for exposure. Based upon that, his doctors make the diagnosis that he is most likely infected by COVID. They begin therapeutic treatment, which has shown promise in the past, and move him to a controlled medical environment where his condition can be monitored more easily while making quarantine easier as well. Sounds like what we would do for any similar infectious disease. I’m not seeing a big problem at this point.
Why all the questions about oxygen? It had to have been asked 10 times! Is there something out there that says if the president is on oxygen he is not fit for duty?
What I heard throughout was that if he was any normal patient, he probably would have been treated at home but because he is president, they wanted to give him every possible treatment out there based on the “overabundance of caution” theory. I’m sure a lot of Lefties will be harping that there Trump gets special treatment while black folks are left to die.
That oxygen thing struck me, too. I think they are trying to cast the admin as “not transparent” about the president’s condition, but that’s just crazy if he’s not on oxygen now and hasn’t been for at least 24-48 hours, who cares if he was three days ago or whatever? The “get Trump” media is really disgusting over this whole thing, and I do think that it will turn off a lot of people who haven’t made up their minds yet (yes, there are still millions of them! ugh).
Oxygen is a waste product given off by plants. It is responsible for rapid oxygenation (fire) and slow oxygenation (rust), as well as being deadly to anaerobes. And the anti science boob Trump thinks breathing it into our lungs is a good idea!

There were erroneous reports that Boris Johnson, when he was hospitalized with COVID, was on a respirator. Those reports were debunked.
What has been shown is a correlation, FWIW, for COVID patients who go on respirators to subsequently die. Draw your own conclusions.
