Ok, y’all, this is our *last* event before the election and we’d love for you to join us. It’s not often that so many from the awesome LI team are all in one place at one time. We’ll be discussing the upcoming election, what life might look like in a post-election America, and we’ll take your questions.

Our panelists include Professor Jacobson, Legal Insurrection Foundation researchers Samantha Mandeles and Leah Baldacci, and Legal Insurrection ace bloggers David Gerstman, Mike LaChance, and Leslie Eastman, and weekend editor, Fuzzy Slippers.
We will have a brief roundtable discussion followed by a period of Q&A where we’ll be answering your questions live. While we still can’t get out and about, we’re thrilled to be able to chat with you real time on the internet until we can get out to meet you face to face again.

I voted yesterday which probably seals the deal for the epic Trump landslide. It’s over. Sorry if this takes the suspense out of the next few days. But we can still talk about it Sunday.

Although I would be surprised if Trump won in CA, I wouldn’t be shocked. I completely expect Trump to have a big impact on House elections. Single-party rule is NOT going over well here.

Your blog has been taken over by leftist political ads. (E.g., “Trump lied about COVID We must defeat him!”)
I’ve been clicking on every one that comes up, since (as I understand it) clicking moves money from their pocket into yours. I suggest all LI readers do the same.
I guess those ads are a take it or get nothing deal.
The ad I liked was where Biden promises to move Reply away from up- and down-ticks at this site.
And, I’m lying.
The voters might be flipping Nevada and California but the political machines will make sure that the fraud will compensate.
Keep in mind that famous map from 2016 showing the vote by counties throughout the US. It was about 90% red by square mile. Same is true in CA and you can see the multiple high-energy pro-Trump rallies throughout the state. Five time in Beverly Hills alone. All organized locally.
I’m feeling very optimistic. They can’t steal it if it isn’t close. McCarthy and Lewandowski have been very clear about playing the bare-knuckle ground game this time and I believe it.
A possible topic for consideration: how many of the draconian, dictatorial governors and mayors are up for election Tuesday? Or, idiot mayors like Wheeler, who, I understand has a challenge from someone even more silly?
My ballot arrived somewhere in the USA on Oct 28 and I am hoping for more tracking information tomorrow. It has to make it to a tiny town in Vermont.
