Michelle Obama: “What the President is doing is patently false, morally wrong, and yes, racist”

No matter how you slice it, it’s a complete fabrication and a bad look, fake concerned face and all. And they know it.

https://twitter.com/tomselliott/status/1313484941527838720

And I was just start to miss the eight years of the Obama administration where everyone was a Racist™…

Instead of trotting out former President Obama, who was arguably one of THE most divisive presidents in American history, Democrats filmed former First Lady Michelle Obama spearing Trump on his handling of riots driven by Black Lives Matter and antifa. Naturally, she blamed Trump and called him a racist.

Full text of clip:

“They’re stoking fears about black and brown Americans, lying about how minorities will destroy the suburbs, whipping up violence and intimidation, and they’re pinning it all on what’s been an overwhelmingly peaceful movement for racial solidarity, it’s true. Research backs it up. Only a tiny fraction of demonstrations have had any violence at all. So what the president is doing is once again patently false, it’s morally wrong, and yes, it is racist. But that doesn’t mean it won’t work. Because this is a difficult time, a confusing time, and when people hear these lies and crazy conspiracies repeated over and over again, they don’t know what to think. With everything going on in their lives, they don’t have time to fact check falsehoods being spread throughout the internet and even reasonable people might get scared. And the one thing this president is really, really good at, is using fear and confusion, and spreading lies to win.”

The second part is arguably worse than calling Trump a racist. She suggests everyone is too dumb and busy to separate fact from fiction. And it’s that exact belief that cost Democrats in 2016 and will cost them again. Not to mention her suggestion that a president who *just* told the public not to be afraid of the coronavirus wields fear to garner power.

No matter how you slice it, it’s a complete fabrication and a bad look, fake concerned face and all. And they know it.

We’ve covered the riots, destruction, and violence at great length. You can find that coverage here and here.

She’s not very good at this. Maybe she should just stick to annoying her neighbors on Da Vinyard.

When people on the left have no valid arguments to support their position, they resort to name calling: Racist, Nazi, white supremacist, murderer, etc.

These slurs have lost their meaning, because Democrats and other leftists have constantly used them as synonyms for both Republicans and conservatives.

Heckle: That’s quite a load of ad hominems.

Jeckle: What’s that? most attention-losing voters would ask.

Heckle: It’s when you attack your opponent personally, rather than the substance of his/her argument. It’s an instance of misdirection, and it’s usually regarded as improper and indecent, not to mention unsportsman/woman-like, and desperate.

Jeckle: I see. But does it work?

    Heckle: All too well, unfortunately.

Jeckle: How so, given all the negative things you said about it?

Heckle: Those negative things used to be frowned on. Now, they’re championed. Too many low-information/value voters, I guess.

    Jeckle: Whose fault is that?

Heckle: Michelle, who represents the fallback sentiment of all the Dem-Lefties voting for Biden et al, would say, it’s Trump’s fault, who else’s?

    Jeckle: Got it.

    Heckle: Do you?

Jeckle: Yeah, like you said, quite a load of ad hominems.

Heckle: In a way, yeah, in a way. And indecent, improper, and desperate.

Jeckle: For sure, a sorcerer’s misdirection, right?

Heckle: Exactly right, Jeck, exactly right!

Heckle & Jeckle: Be sure to vote!

Absolutely – every time one of these tools is wrecked in a discussion, they go there. “SJW never admit they’re wrong, they double down.”

f*ing c**t.
its true so don’t bother complaining about my language.

Shut up and go away, grifter.

You would think that Democrats would be able to find better writers. They dominate all of the creative industries, at least at the big publishing houses and film studios.

Are they really that desperate that they had to bring out Michelle to lie for them?

Good.

What do you expect from someone who hasn’t gone on a taxpayer funded ski trip with her mom, daughters, and their entourage in almost 4 years?

JusticeDelivered in reply to RichieD.. | October 6, 2020 at 7:13 pm

Michelle’s grand trips, fit for a queen, were always a sore spot for me.

Her building businesses on the back of the presidency were unseemly, most certainly, both were a good indication of her lack of character.

Remember when she and Barry has the presidential plane fly low over Manhatten scaring all the 9/11 shell-shocked Manhattenites?

From 9/11 To COVID-19: Nineteen Years Of Permanent “Emergency”

“Today, of course, we have countless websites, models, and news stories devoted to reminding the public that it must constantly fear covid-19 infection. Were there a color-coded alert system for the current crisis, we can be quite confident it would be set each day to “high” or “severe.” As with the 9/11 panic, this all serves to encourage unquestioning obedience to government authorities and to send the message there is no time for political debate, dissent, or even due process. Our “leaders” keep us safe and we must defer to their judgment completely.

The media itself remains an accomplice in this. Then, as now, media pundits and “journalists” side reflexively with officials promoting fear and obedience to the state.

        Living with the Aftermath
It takes many years for a society to recover from fits of panic and paranoia such as these. Nineteen years after 9/11, the federal government still has the power to spy on law-abiding Americans with impunity. It still has the power to simply assassinate American citizens—including children—without any due process. American police have been militarized with “surplus” military hardware from various failed and failing wars. The taxpayers will still be paying interest on the trillions of dollars spent on disastrous wars in Iraq and Afghanistan decades from now. Thousands of American troops died for nothing in conflicts that have done nothing to make any American safer…..”

Geez, did your husband help promote the Russian Collusion? Spearing Lies and fear? Projecting again, just like the DNC likes to do.

Who did your research? Maybe BLM

“Patently false, morally wrong, and yes, RACIST.” Michelle describes her husband pretty well.

Michelle O, wow what can we say? Before we go high we get high reading our own clippings. The reason she is not and will not be a candidate is that she would meltdown if she received one tenth the hyperbolic vitriol she regularly spews.

You know, I would have never even considered Trump as a racist, but MO has opened my eyes. If she says he is, then he must be. Thank you MO, I don’t know how I could manage to make it through the day without you telling me how to think.

The Friendly Grizzly | October 6, 2020 at 6:23 pm

Shut up, woman. You bore me.

2smartforlibs | October 6, 2020 at 6:26 pm

From the woman who’s entire life has been patently false, morally wrong, and racist.

“So what the president is doing is once again patently false, it’s morally wrong, and yes, it is racist.” I wish she would specify exactly what President Trump is doing that is “false,” “morally wrong” and/or “racist.” Exactly what??

“an overwhelmingly peaceful movement for racial solidarity, it’s true. Research backs it up.” What is the running count of riots in Portland now, somewhere over 140 nights of violent riots, right? “Overwhelmingly peaceful”? At least I have some facts to back it up when I call the former First Lady a liar!

The people don’t have time to fact check the lies — that is why Biden and the media and Michelle O can all still assert that Trump called the white supremacists in Charlottesville “good people.” Liars!!

GatorGuy in reply to Geologist. | October 6, 2020 at 7:51 pm

    You said it, Geo.

And you’d know this as well as, in fact, probably, much more intimately than most:

We need grounds for support! Argue, damn it, don’t just claim!

Of course, no argument is used when the speaker has no wish to debate the merits of his/her claim, which activity requires premises to be examined by the opponent.

The goal, then, is clear and certain: the speaker dismisses any contest, because the speaker dismisses, does not recognize the opponent.

This is how neo-Marxist totalitarians act. There is, in reality, no dialogue; only harsh lecture and censure, and critical theory adduced. Your position is, you are, non-existent — irrelevant, put politely — but non-existent.

Two incompatible, intellectual frameworks, or paradigms; oil and water, at best; mortal enemies, at worst.

    Watch your 6, America.

Big Mike must not be all that proud of America anymore, now that they are no longer in the WH.

Stir up a race war. Otherwise it’s boring on the Vineyard.

In the dictionary, under Affirmative Action, there are photos of Barack and Michelle. Also references to lying mooch.

It’s great to have a First Lady without a Y-chromosome again.

As with Hillary, there is nothing there. No Bill, no Hill. No Kenyan, no nappyheadedho.

The real, internal polls must show President Donald Trump with a truly remarkable approval among Black voters.

I feel like after 2016, the pollsters have figured out the jig is up and so they’ve abandoned any attempt to be honest or accurate. They are a cog in the media narrative to generate clicks. That’s the only explanation I have for what I’m seeing this year.

I believe what I see after the election, until then it’s all garbage.

Internal polling on both sides is probably more accurate, but they will never share that. If they are ahead, they wouldn’t tell the opposition where to go campaign. If they are behind, they wouldn’t publish the weakness.

There is even LESS enthusiasm for Joe than there was for Hillary, so objectively it doesn’t follow that Trump loses this election. People who would NEVER vote for Trump acknowledge Joe is “not there.” But like I said, I only believe it after it actually happens. After it does happen, everyone will say they knew it all along.

Another Voice in reply to Leslie Eastman. | October 6, 2020 at 9:20 pm

I agree, that’s what I’m seeing. It would be very interesting to see what the exit polls reveal after the election to see where and who the black voter cast their vote.

Christopher B | October 6, 2020 at 7:13 pm

It says something that even the Democrats recognized Mr ‘the police acted stupidly’ and ‘My son would look like (Trayvon)’, and whose wingman ran the DOJ that found ‘hands up don’t shoot’ was a lie would have 0 credibility to criticize how Trump is handling the race riots organized by their supporters.

What a grotesque, racist slob.

Mooch has been a race baiter since her college thesis if you can get anything out of that piece of trash

According to leftists, everything that they disagree with is racist. That word has lost all meaning.

Who?

…years to go before she’s Hillary; but she might even exceed Hillary given her relative youth.

Opening up this web page and looking at that photo on top is like picking up the toilet lid and seeing that someone took a dump and forgot to flush.

What is it with politicians (or their families) that makes it so difficult for them to simply walk away and enjoy the fruits of their service? B&M should be enjoying their children, soaking up the rays in Hawaii or hobnobbing in Martha’s Vineyard. No.. . . . they stay around like week old fish stinking up everything they touch. As someone already commented. . . go away – just go away!

No matter how you slice it, it’s a complete fabrication and a bad look, fake concerned face and all. And they know it works sufficiently often that they turn to it without remorse.

It’s a good thing the Obamas’ race card is laminated.

Grrr8 American | October 6, 2020 at 10:25 pm

Seems to me that this is a desperate attempt to:

1) Create a perception that BLM is not part of the base of the Democrat Party, and that anyone who points out that they are risks being slapped with the WD-40 of Progressives, accusation of being a “racist,” and

2) Shore up the Black vote, a critical mass of which their internal polling is showing is slipping off the plantation, and

3) Shore up the Black vote, because they’re now realizing that they f-d up strategy wise, ignoring the Hispanic vote this election cycle … a critical mass of which their internal polling is showing is enthusiastically slipping off the plantation.

Interesting comment about Hispanics. In NJ decades ago homes were built by whites. Now it is 100% Hispanics/Mexicans. I got friendly with an Hispanic general contractor doing a complete replacement of a house next door and learned that the workmen typically get around $250 per day. That is middle class wages, not the welfare class the Dems tailor their policies toward.

It’s true that the vast majority of BLM demonstrations have been peaceful. It’s also irrelevant. No number of peaceful demonstrations can wipe away the violent ones that have caused billions of dollars in damage and destroyed many lives. And those are the public face of the BLM/Antifa movement (there is no longer any visible distinction between them) and of the Democratic Party.

Empiricism is a key element of the Anglo-American Enlightenment. It is wholly inconsistent with Demo rat Party ideology.

Projecting much?

SMH

My God man, where is the GOP,the RINO’s or simply the decent folks who’d normally head the words of Edmund Burke!

The DNC have become the modern vessel of “große Lüge” (The Big Lie”) and neither the GOP, RINOS, media or simply the “good men” are standing in unison against it! Grubber admitted, even joked about, how the Obama administration lie about health care! Russia has been shown to be a hoax perpetrated on the American public and it reaches into the Oval office! When will someone, anyone, outside of conservative media echo chambers stand up against this manipulation?

There’s a name for this. It’s called race bating. She is actually calling for exactly what she is saying isn’t a thing. She’s calling for uprising not voting. She could just as easily be using the same words on a street corner in front of a crowd before they start rioting. This is terrible.

And all from her Ivory Tower on Martha’s Vineyard.

Anybody wonder why BO isn’t campaigning for Biden? Makes you wonder doesn’t it. Bill Clinton has been pretty quiet too.

    GatorGuy in reply to DanJ1. | October 7, 2020 at 2:19 pm

Because of what the DNI has just released about HRC’s intentional, fabricated, misdirecting activity against DJT, before and after his election, as reported to BHO by former CIA Director WB.

The boom has finally swung; it will swing again, and again….

Stock up on the popcorn, there are 4 weeks to go.

Pathetic loathsome creature, who never worked a day in her life.

Michael, at least our President is married to a real and beautiful woman, not a tranny poser like yourself.

21 grams Michell.

on BLM riots: Trump is “pinning [violence] on what’s been an overwhelmingly peaceful movement for racial solidarity; it’s true, research backs it up; only a tiny fraction of demonstrations have had any violence at all … What the president is doing is … racist.”…

apparently she really is that stupid. Is she claiming the groups that are destroying property and businesses aren’t from that group? then where is their denouncing the actions of the “unrelated groups”?

They manage to make negative comments about a group they claim is “white supremist” yet ignore who their leader is…

Like Hillary, she should just shut up..

barbiegirl ny | October 7, 2020 at 4:57 pm

Exactly what has this hate monger and her husband, Scumbag 44, done for the black community in all the time they spent in office? What she’s doing is telling the black community what a bunch of idiots they are, and, I’m sorry to say, SOME are. They’ll continue to believe and vote for the same lying toilet floaters, then wonder why they continue drowning in sewage. THEN they’ll be told it’s all Trump’s fault. Can’t make this schiff up. Trump has done a hell of a lot more for blacks in this country in less than 4 years in office. The Obamas had 8 years to do something substantive for the black community, and they failed miserably–unless you consider pitting races, and conveniently created special interest groups, against one another a success.

In a more general, but still contemporary vein, I thought the following, multi-signatory, open and public letter, hosted by the National Association of Scholars and sent to the Pulitzer Prize Board might take some of the wind out of the former First Lady’s very propped up and dysfunctional sails. A forthcoming reply to the NAS by the Board would be decent and well-deserved.

https://www.nas.org/blogs/article/pulitzer-board-must-revoke-nikole-hannah-jones-prize

“The National Association of Scholars has agreed to host this public letter to the Pulitzer Prize Board[,]” a brief synopsis states. “The letter calls on the Board to rescind the prize it awarded to Nikole Hannah-Jones earlier this year. I am one of the 21 signatories….”

—Peter Wood, President, National Association of Scholars

An overview of the issues concerning the many highly contested claims, groundless assertions, and certifiably false and misleading thesis overall that go to make so much of The 1619 Project is found here —

https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/letter-calls-for-withdrawal-of-1619-project-pulitzer/?utm_source=recirc-desktop&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=right-rail&utm_content=top-stories&utm_term=second

— in a piece posted yesterday and authored by Stanley Kurtz, a noted social anthropologist, serious Critical Theory critic, and signatory of the Letter to the Pulitzer Board.

It’s a challenging time, to say the least, for die-hard Western Civ fans like so many of us, myself included. Maybe the quite depressing moniker of a “post-fact world” was premature, and the worthwhile fight endures. Time will tell.

Anyway, The Pulitzer Board seems to be going the way of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, granter of its namesake’s Peace Prize, in recent years: far adrift from its founder’s vision. We can always hope, insofar as journalism is concerned, for an honorable legacy. Anticipating it seems quite a bit harder these days.

Are we going to have to live from now on with this piece of black trash haranguing the the whole nation? Somebody ought to do something. It’s time to take out the filthy trash.
