BLM Rioters Damage Homes, Stores in Wisconsin After DA Won’t Charge Cop in Fatal Shooting

Black Lives Matters rioters damaged homes and stores in Wauwatosa, WI, after the district attorney chose not to charge a police officer in a fatal shooting.
Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm said Officer John Mensah will not face charges in the death of Alvin Cole, 17, in February:
“In this case, there is sufficient evidence that Officer Mensah had an actual subjective belief that deadly force was necessary, and that belief was objectively reasonable. I do not believe that the State could disprove self-defense or defense of others in this case, and therefore, could not meet the burden required to charge Officer Mensah.”
“We have a very strong policy of not charging anybody if we don’t believe we can prove it,” Chisholm told FOX6 News.
In making his decision, Chisholm outlined the factors that must be present for police officers in Wisconsin to use deadly force: a weapon, a means of delivering lethal force and displayed intent by the armed individual. According to Chisholm, this case presented all three.
Mensah has three fatal shootings in the past five years. All have been deemed justified.
The Wauwatosa Police Department declared and announced an unlawful assembly around 9 p.m. Officers and members of the National Guard formed “a perimeter around Wauwatosa City Hall.”
Then violence erupted:
Several minutes later, Wauwatosa police tweeted about reports of windows being broken at businesses along North Avenue between Wauwatosa Avenue and Swan Bl.
Around 9:30 p.m., Wauwatosa police tweeted that people in a group are throwing large rocks at law enforcement and buildings, in the area of Swan Bl and North Avenue. “Residents in this area are advised to shelter in their homes, lock their doors, and move away from windows,” according to police.
WPD added that the group of people was ordered to disperse due to the curfew, but has refused, according to police.
The rioters also shined lights into residential homes and honked horns around 11 p.m. Others rode motorcycles across the lawns.
Residents had enough:
One homeowner retrieved his gun.
Another resident attempted to reason with the mob that ruined his yard by telling them that there are many locals who are Democrats that support Black Lives Matter. The man told protesters, “Do you have any idea how many Democrats, how many MPS teachers, union members, other people that support you live on this street?”
The rioters don’t care.

The obvious implication is that “MPS teachers, union members, other people that support you” are A-OK with looting and rioting as long as it happens somewhere else.
That same group is also fine with “diversity” along as it doesn’t move too close.
Wisconsin citizens, run away from the Dem party, support Trump. Demand a SYG law so that the next time blacks riot and are destroying your property and threatening your lives, you can send a clear message with lead. Form neighborhood armed militias.
To be fair, I suspect that the rioters causing damage to private homes are at least is if not more likely to be white.
A report from a week or two ago said 91% were BLM. In any event, people need to defend their property.

Indeed, after the latest round of several nights of street violence here in Roc, it all calmed down when elders of a mourning church “occupied” the protest space with a message, not munitions.
/Seeing Whats Happening
We have a few unafiliated local folks doing on the ground reporting. From the any night’s adventures you can see inventories of few-second clips of “police violence”, and similar inventories of “mob violence.” From the same night you can find unedited, long-form video of someone walking around n through the festivities – seriously, lots of the players look like they just enjoy it n have an excuse – narrating the whole while.
The best one I’ve seen is a black college age-ish kid who’s been building followers of his local reporting for years already – who knew? He caught the footage of the two older white guys being noted, swarmed, n run off by the mob with shouts naming them infiltrators n agents-provocature. (We’ve seen this tactic consistently. Clear video from Portland of actual provacateurs accusing someone inconvenient, to swarm in the wee-wee’d up mob.)
In the event the Roc guys were a Channel 10 reporter n his security guy, who departed, then ran, pursued by black-block dressed led by a guy with a flag … on a 6′ x 2″ dowel. A quarterstaff with a pennant for cover looks way different from a flag with a pole for display. Guess which this was. Of course the operatives won that skirmish: nothing got on Channel 10, and they haven’t tried again.
Other long-form video caught multiple events each of multiple nights of recording itself being shut down: directly swarmed, threatened, cameras knocked, pushed, plus directed chanting “No cameras. No cops; no crime.”
A lot of true believers n real issues are being hijacked into propaganda ops. Maybe don’t fall for it.
Even if it weren’t part of the plan (which it is), the rest of the crowd is a group of enablers and sympathizers that will later justify it and protect the bad actors from justice.
