Student Protesters at Syracuse University Release Laundry List of Demands

“Mandatory diversity training”

I am not exaggerating when I call this a laundry list. There are thirty-four specific demands. I can’t include them all here, but I’ll cite a few for your enjoyment.

From Syracuse.com:

3. Mandatory diversity training

From the demands: “Institute a clause in new faculty and staff contracts that requires mandatory diversity training, as well as work to make new diversity hires. Current faculty and staff who are not tenured must attend updated diversity trainings which encompass all facets of identity.”

#NotAgainSU struck an earlier demand calling for training status of tenured faculty to be publicly posted online. During last semester’s protests, Syverud had noted legal and privacy requirements would make this challenging. In their new demands, #NotAgainSU acknowledges this and the limitations of mandates on tenured faculty…

12. $1 million for culture and diversity curriculum

From the demands: “Agrees to the allocation of a minimum of $1 million for the creation of a unified, required curriculum that educates the campus on diversity issues, specifically anti-racism.”

#NotAgainSU recently increased its request for funding to help with the aforementioned first-year seminar to a total of $5 million, up from $1 million…

22. Publicize identities of students responsible for bias-related incidents

From the demands: “The identity of those found responsible for committing a bias-related incident since Fall 2019 must be shared with the campus community to ensure campus safety.”…

23. Disarm DPS

From the demands: “Department of Public Safety Peace Officers will not be armed.”

Does their laundry list include free laundry service? Because clean laundry is a human right. We could probably cure homelessness if everybody just had clean underwear.

So the domestic terrorists want millions in pay offs, the hiring of more SJW for “diversity”
Leftist gestapo squads, lists of people the gestapo has identified for punishment to be made public for punishment, plus i am guessing free education for the terrorists which includes diplomas with no work. I think the Domestic terrorists need to be expelled and their records marked.

Gestapo is exactly right….bias response is not due process and they want published names of “offenders” to their sham trials, so they can publicly excorciate these people in the name of “safety”.

What a sick joke these people are becoming.

The correct response would be, “NO!”.

The inmates want to run the asylum. That’s always true. The problem is magnified when the people in charge don’t have the backbone to stand up to the protesters.

Put a few on probation and send letters to their parents that they will lose their financial support if they violate their probation. If you’re not willing to show them who is in charge, then step aside and let someone take over who can stand up to them.

What, No BDS/anti Israel stuff?
What a lame student manifesto!

How much are the “protesters” willing to pay in tuition increases for their wokeness? Life lesson: Nothing is free. Things cost someone something.

Expel these miscreants, problem solved.
