Wednesday, MSNBC reported that Virginia’s Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax retained the attorneys who represented Justice Kavanaugh.
MSNBC just reported that Justin Fairfax has just hired Brett Kavanaugh's lawyers for handling the sexual misconduct allegations.

Wednesday, Tyson, who is alleging Fairfax committed sexual assault in 2004, released a detailed and graphic statement outlining her allegations. “What began as consensual kissing quickly turned into a sexual assault,” she said.
NBC reported Fairfax said, “f*ck that bitch,” in a meeting discussing the accusations.
Tuesday, retained the attorneys who represented Kavanaugh accuser, Christin Blasey Form.

On a related note, CNN is reporting that the editor of Northam’s medical yearbook in 1984 said that all photos are personally submitted by the student in an envelope.
Who remembers that every envelope was personally submitted from so long ago??
I would. I was a yearbook editor. I know the provenance of every photo over several years.
This is such a mess. I just wish it was a mess with consequences. I don’t see any consequences for Democrats because the media don’t care, (D) voters don’t care, the (D) party doesn’t care and the (R) party in that state is run by idiots.
Even if all Three Stooges are forced out or resign, the state would get a (R) Gov. for the remainder of this term. Whoopdy freaking doo. Does anyone believe Va. will turn into a full-blown red state in three years? No.
The (D) party of today is just as rabid and leftist as any socialist party in the world. They will not change, the only thing that can stop them is to wipe them out politically. Then you look at the (R) party, nationally, and say – yeah, good luck with that, pansies.

Fox News contributor Dan Bongino had candidate Northam’s yearbook page photo last October and did nothing with it. If he had it then it was common knowledge throughout the media. Same with Dr. Tyson’s accusation vs Fairfax.

Lord Fairfax has been slandered, defamed and libeled by a wanton seductress and predatory opportunist.
Ask yourself, in the exact same situation, what would Jesse Jackson have done? Mmmhmm.

I would think that all of you LI lawyers would be getting a little irritated that there only seems to be a couple of law firms that get all of the really juicy (and profitable, high visibility and high profile) cases.
I am tired of the insanity. Time for me to take up a hobby other than reading about how messed up everything has become.
This is making lawyers who specialize in these issues highly sought after – the very credible Black professor who divulged the disgusting conduct of Black Virginia Democrat (divulging specific time place and identity of her abuser)retains the firm that represented the Kavanaugh accuser; the accused Black abuser retains the firm that represented Kavanaugh – what a potential boon!
It’s the next best thing to a lawyer relief act legislation – I’d love to be able to write the Law School description of the focus on this new course – like I’d be privileged to write the course description for the risks of representing yourself as a protected minority for your professional and economic benefit based on the angles of your facial bones.
