According to a report in The Daily Mail, Julian Castro will announce his presidential candidacy on January 12.

From TDM:

Ex-San Antonio mayor Julián Castro is teasing a ‘special announcement’ next weekend in his hometown having to do with his ‘2020 presidential plans.’

The former Obama administration official who launched an exploratory committee last month is expected to enter the Democratic competition for the Oval Office.

Castro is the first of the major Democratic contenders to take the leap — other power players such as Texas rival and ex-Rep. Beto O’Rourke are still building out their operations.

Correctly named

The more the merrier, as they will push further and further left….

The next two years will be entertaining.

He couldn’t run HUD without controversy. He was a weak mayor in a major city. He’s a F*ing moron. The only problem is there are a lot of morons who will support him.

Another Marxist punk raised on the knees of America-hating radicals.

He got caught with his hand in the HUD cookie-jar so Jugears made him the HUD Secretary… makes sense in the land of Dhimmocrats.

He better go get some Spanish tapes otherwise Beta will cut him off at the knees.

Please. Dead man walking right there.

This campaign season is going to look like a slow-walked unloading of the Ringling Brothers’ clown car.

Castro is a non-entity. His time as “mayor” of San Antonio qualifies him for nothing – S.A. is run by the City Manager and the City Council (and their campaign contributors).

For the record: I’ve lived in San Antonio for thirty-one years.

Castro is the first of the major Democratic contenders…

MAJOR?

For someone of his stature and experience to consider himself qualified is a factor in his judgment. Thumbs down.

This reminds one of the clown-car troupe of the GOP nominees in 2016, only redder.

As I recall, the GOP served up governors of States who had experience, and success, in dealing with our current economic problems, US Senators, and the current President in 2016.

who?

is this the guy who attacked the MAGA hat kid at the burger stand?

A 2 1/2-hour announcement? Can you imagine his State of the Union addresses?

Will he or his identical twin brother get a facial tattoo, so we can tell them apart? Remember when one publicly pretended to be the other?

Empty resume. Mayor of San Antonio had a city manager, so the Mayor didn’t do that much. What a putz.

The Democratic Party knows it cannot run a Christian Caucasian America supporting candidate for the White House.
The only question remains is whether Baracky Obammunist managed to get enough illegal alien voters across the border during his 8 year ‘Fundamental Transformation’ to tip the electoral balance of power.

He really needs a $40 donation.

Why? Because that way he can buy two rolls of quarters, one for each pants pocket, so he won’t blow away in a gentle breeze since he’s such a lightweight.

Julian who?

For the presidential election of 2016, nearly 1800 people—real or imaginary—filed statements of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission. Some were pretty silly, like Emperor Palpatine of the Concerned Citizens Party of Connecticut, and there were obvious fakes like Juan Nate Higgers Uberdriver Alfaro MDCCLXXVI, ostensibly a Republican. Most weren’t quite so frivolous, but were still inconsequential.

This guy Castro is just starting early.

It’s going to be a crowded field of Marxist’s all running to become Premier.

So for democrats the most valuable trait their candidates can demonstrate is absolute hatred of the United States and it’s citizens

Bring on the nuts spewing hatred for the US…….. the debates should be a blast seeing who can out-tax and hate the US and its traditions more than the other candidates.

If name recognition is a big factor, then Castro is the perfect candidate for the progressive left. Just gotta hope that it strikes the appropriate note with the Sane.

Castro must have finally learnt enough Spanish.
