Mia Love Joins CNN as Commentator
She promises a “different, principled and unleashed perspective.”
Former Rep. Mia Love (R-UT) has joined CNN as a political commentator. She lost her re-election bid in November. From The Washington Times:
Former U.S. Rep. Mia Love of Utah tweeted Monday that she’ll offer a “different, principled and unleashed perspective” on the cable news network.
The announcement references her fiery concession speech, where she blasted Republicans for failing to truly embrace minority voters.
She also pushed back on President Donald Trump’s quip that “She gave me no love, and she lost.”
CNN tweeted that it was “thrilled” to welcome Love and newly retired Democratic Rep. Luis Gutierrez of Illinois to the network.
Love was first elected in 2014 and served two terms in a suburban Salt Lake City district before her narrow loss.

Shocking!
I think I sent her campaign some money once. This disappoints me because I feel like I was played.
I suppose a “different, principled and unleashed [sic] perspective will be OK . . . as long as it’s fake. CNN has a reputation to maintain.
Like all other House Republicans, Mia will become a “Jeff Zucker stooge” if she wants to keep her job. Mia will represent black Republicans just as Ana Navarro represents obese Republicans.
Understand, folks, that Mia Love, like Nikki Haley, is a MittRomneyClientTM. Expect full-throated support of every Romney utterance and stutter-step – and passive-aggressive, if not aggressive-aggressive, criticism of everything POTUS.
That is, if you even watch CNN, which I do not.
She really had promise to be an actual conservative. You don’t have to like Trump as a person, but as the president from your party you need to at least pay lip service and support his politics. Another RINO out of Congress.
she ran as Tea Party, got to DC and instantly went full RINO.
now she’s a Current Narrative Netw*rk hack.
birds of a feather, and all that.
she can run her mouth all she wants, but she’s got nothing to say i will listen to.
good riddance to bad rubbish.
