Accepting money in return for a non-disclosure agreement and then blatantly and repeatedly violating that agreement is despicable to me. Whether a crime has been committed is up to prosecutors to charge. The validity of the NDA is also something that can be challenged in court. But blatantly violating a bargain when you understand the terms and have accepted money is despicable.
