Palestinian TV broadcasts deceptively edited video

On July 30, 2016, I wrote about a Pallywood video which was going viral, for all the wrong reasons, VIDEO: Disgusting Palestinian child exploitation for the cameras

A Palestinian father, in front of a professional Palestinian videographer, pushed his young child towards Israeli Border Police, yelled at the son to throw rocks (which he did in a childish way), and then taunted the police to shoot the child so that the cameras could capture the killing.

Palestinian child pushed towards soldier video screen shot throwing rock

Here is the original full video:

(Note: Initial reports indicated the child was 3-years old, but now reports are that the child is 4.)

As if that weren’t bad enough, Palestinian television then promoted the video, but left out a crucial piece where the border policeman and the child exchange a “high five” — which is contrary to the image promoted of a hostile interaction between the police and the child. It was a moment in which the father’s attempt to taunt the police into harming the child was met with humanity.

PalMedia Watch captured the broadcast:

How sick is this?

Not only do Palestinians stage a confrontation between a young child and police, the father participates and then Palestinian TV promotes it in edited form.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu commented on the video, pointing out that instilling such hate in children and exploiting children in this way reflects the core problem in the Israeli-Palestinian dispute:

I’ve just watched a video that shook me to the core of my being. In just a few seconds, it shows why our conflict persists.

So here is a short snippet:

“Shoot him! Shoot him! Here he is. Go, go. Shoot him!”

A Palestinian father holds up his 4-year-old son. He pleads with Israeli border police to kill his own child. He shouts, “Shoot this little boy!” His boy.

He pushes his young son forward toward the soldiers and screams, “Kill him! Shoot him!”
The boy pauses. He is scared. Any child would be.

He turns back, looking at his father for guidance.

With his shirt tightly tucked into his bright red shorts, the boy ambles forward towards the soldiers. One of them extends his hand in friendship. The boy gives him a high-five.

It’s hard to make a four-year-old hate.

Imagine your own child at that age. Think of his smile. Imagine her laugh. Picture the unrestrained joy and innocence that only a child possesses.

Encouraging someone to murder a child – let alone your own child – is probably the most inhumane thing a person can do.
What did this child do to deserve this? The answer is: nothing. He is innocent.

He should be in a playground. He should be in the sun, laughing with other children.

Sadly, this father’s crime is not an isolated example. In Gaza, Hamas runs summer camps that teach children to value death over life – suicide kindergarten camps.

The Palestinian Ministry of Education in Ramallah recently organized an event for students to honor terrorists who murdered three civilians.

Two weeks ago, the Palestinian Authority’s official newspaper praised teenage terrorists and wrote that “death as a martyr is the path to excellence and greatness.” That’s a direct quote.

Palestinian and Israeli children deserve better. They deserve to live. They deserve to live in peace.

Children are not cannon fodder. They are the most precious things in the world. They’re the most precious things we have.

I’m sure Palestinian parents, many of them, are as outraged as I am at this video.

And today I appeal to every father and mother around the world. I ask you to join me in calling for an end to this abuse of children.

The Palestinian leadership must stop encouraging children to kill. They must stop encouraging Palestinian parents to call for the death of their own children.

It’s horrendous!

Peace begins with respect. If parents don’t respect their own children’s lives, how will they respect the lives of their neighbors?

We must love all children. They should never be pushed to violence or hate.

Join me in educating all children for peace.

No,if public opinion starts to trend that way they’ll censor anything that reflects poorly on the Palestinians as ‘hate speech’

    progs are gonna prog

Pally TV did the kid a favor by editing out the high five. If the “citizenry” ever got wind of it that kid’s life wouldn’t be worth a cent.

Pally nationalism is a genuine abortion.

Bibi – a real leader. May he be protected, and may he reach many with this message.

The Palestinian leaders have always been the worst enemy of the Palestinian peoples. Fatah, seeking legitimacy, came to terms with their people and neighbors. The other factions have not.

That said, I wonder why the “apartheid” argument has not lead to the mass abortion of the native Israelis and seizure of their state a la South Africa or the so-called “Arab Spring”.

Fatah did not come to terms with anyone. They merely pretended to, and not even convincingly, and the whole world pretended to believe it. Most of the terrorism is not coming from Hamas, it’s coming from Fatah.

This will fall on deaf ears as the sad truth is the left hates Jew’s more than they love Palestinians.

At the Entrance to the Green Zone in Iraq – fathers would put their babies in Car Seats in the middle of the road. When American convoys stopped – IED cars would hit them from side streets.

YES. Fathers would blow their own children into tiny baby bits to kill Americans.

the Viet Cong would use babies as triggers for booby traps. I do not know if the babies were alive or if the trappers were their mothers.

It’s sad to see people so twisted by their own foolish beliefs that they would do this to an innocent child. How many more generations of Palestinians are willing to marinate their children in their own stupid and self-destructive hatred? It’s pathetic.
