VIDEO TESTIMONY: Planned Parenthood harvests brain from baby who survived abortion

VIDEO TESTIMONY: Planned Parenthood harvests brain from baby who survived abortion

“Life isn’t a mistake”

Today the Center for Medical Progress released another video containing damning testimony about the Planned Parenthood body parts-for-profit scandal. The 10 minute video contains more testimony from Holly O’Donnell, a former StemExpress procurement tech whose previous testimony threw into full relief just how far Planned Parenthood was willing to sink to turn a profit.

The newly released footage features details about how Planned Parenthood customizes the procedure to ensure that late-term abortions produce intact fetal remains—which are much more valuable than the sum of parts taken piece by piece. It also includes outside images (which are graphic and heartbreaking, so be prepared) showing what a 19-20 week fetus looks like outside the womb.

Watch the whole thing. (Things get incredibly graphic at the 6 minute mark.)

LifeNews describes what Holly saw:

“‘I want to see something kind of cool,’” O’Donnell says her supervisor asked her. “And she just taps the heart, and it starts beating. And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”

The San Jose Planned Parenthood does abortions up to 20 weeks of pregnancy. Referring to the beating heart of the aborted fetus, O’Donnell remarks, “I don’t know if that constitutes it’s technically dead, or it’s alive.”

The Center for Medical Progress alleges that Planned Parenthood is likely breaking federal laws requiring that appropriate medical care and treatment be given to babies who survive abortions. State and federal law require that the same treatment be given to an infant born-alive after an abortion as to a normally delivered baby (1 U.S.C. 8, CA Health and Safety Code 123435). California law also prohibits any kind of experimentation on a fetus with a discernible heartbeat (CA Health and Safety Code 123440).

Let me poke at this thing and watch its heart beat! Who are these people? It gets worse. At about the 6 minute mark, Holly describes how she was instructed to harvest the brain of the baby whose heart was all-too-recently beating—by cutting through the baby’s face.

What makes this video (and others like it) truly terrifying is the sterile environment Planned Parenthood and StemExpress have created for their combined horror show. According to Holly, she saw an abortion, a heartbeat, and then a pair of surgical scissors slicing through mouth and nose and forehead.

A heartbeat.

The ensuing investigation will of course be damning, but in this moment, what we’re left with is coherent testimony from a visibly shaken woman who admits having played a part in Planned Parenthood’s barbarism. What she describes should horrify you, even outside the scope of what is legal, or ethical, and what is not.

We’ll keep you updated on the investigation.

Why is it that the “racist” white conservatives are the ones fighting against this horrible slaughter of black babies?

Where are the SJW Disparate Impact noise makers?

The silence of some combined with the active defense of others displays the moral vacancy of liberalism/progressivism/democrats. They must be hollow. Or, worse. The more I hear of PP, the more I think about the SS in Germany.

One of the first things I learned in law school…and it wasn’t an “intentional lesson”…

is that you can rationalize anything. All you have to do is embrace false premises, and you can come to some really monstrous conclusions.

We have models in every Collectivist manifestation ever. They only vary in how inhuman they are.

And, every time in American history we’ve made a class of humans extra-constitutional, we’ve created a horror.

I certainly agree that one can rationalize anything. That is what the Nazis did and they came to some really monstrous conclusions. Based on their false premises, they concluded that they were the master race and what they were doing was okay for they were looking at the big picture.

In this case Planned Parenthood considers themselves to be masters of the womb and that, in every way, they are superior to ignorant pro-lifers since they are looking at the big picture and are not being held back by stupid religious beliefs such as sanctity of life. In my opinion, cutting the brain out of a little tiny baby – a living human being – without the benefit of anesthesia is more monstrous than anything the nazis did. I fear the judgment of God cannot be far off.

Ragspierre in reply to userpen. | August 19, 2015 at 4:46 pm

Remember that ALL Collectivist forms start from the basic premise that individual liberties can be made subservient to a “greater good”, and that mankind can be driven to the uplands of a Utopia via enough tinkering and compulsion in the hands of “brights”.

You can read Wilson and his buds for a very good exposition of this (and a lot more). In his era, America paved the way for very dark things that would happen in Europe and Asia a few decades later.

Sanger was very much in that vanguard, and her horrific legacy lives on.

Thanks for the additional info Rags. Two thumbs up!!!!!

Japan is considered a Colectivist Government, and they’re doing pretty good.
And the Catholic Church is a Collectivist institution, you badmouthing them too?
ALL successful democracies are Collectivist to a degree , as is the U.S.

Balance is the key, between the rights of the individual and the rights of the society. But an unbalanced bozo like you doesn’t get that. Which is why you and yours are a danger to US Democracy. Hopefully you’ll be tossed in the dustbin of history. Like other extremists of the past, like the Tea Totalers who favored the abolition of alcohol sales in the U.S. — the political reincarnation of present day Anti Abortionists In the U.S.

We need to keep those fetal tissue donations to medical scientists moving freely. There’s a lot of serious medical ailments that need to be cured..

Sanddog in reply to Ragspierre. | August 19, 2015 at 9:53 pm

jay, we’re not a democracy, hon. We’re a republic that (in theory) operates under the rule of law. If you want to know what that law is, google The US Constitution. Pay particular attention to the Bill of Rights. That is not in any way, shape or form a “collectivist” document. It is a restraining order against government infringement of INDIVIDUAL rights. The focus on individual rights sets us apart from every other country on earth.

To those who claim the Constitution isn’t a suicide pact…a lot of good men put their lives and the lives of their families at great risk to ensure the creation of that document. I doubt they’d agree with your position.

“We need to keep those fetal tissue donations to medical scientists moving freely.”

We need to keep those adult tissue donations to medical scientists moving freely.

I hope you become one of the donors and they cut your face open while your heart is still beating.

Little something for JayJerome66 and those that think like him.

“All the powers of government, legislative, executive, judiciary, result to the legislative body. The concentrating these in the same hands is precisely the definition of despotic government. It will be no alleviation that these powers will be exercised by a plurality of hands, and not by a single one. 173 despots would surely be as oppressive as one. Let those who doubt it turn their eyes on the republic of Venice.”

I think Japan is a homogeneous society, not a collectivist government. But I could be wrong and certainly YMMV.

JJ66, Thank you for your post as you make many interesting points:

1)You do not defend PP behavior, you simply attempt to excuse it by generalizing it and stating it is necessary (“Balance is the key”) and then saying others do it (Japan). Stanley Milgram, in the 1950s, studied this transfer of responsibility. You know what PP does is very bad but it is OK – right?

2)You also blame the people here by stating we are “a danger” as well as equivocating the murder of a baby to abolition of alcohol. Bernie Madoff blames his “greedy” victims.

3)You assert a vague, indirect benefit to a vague “society” from the baby organs. Bernie Madoff claims some people benefited from his actions. Also, using your logic and separating a benefit from a cost, you would assert that a $1.00 benefit that costs $100,000 is a good program.

4)You employ an ignorance of history and evil with logical fallacies and vague thinking to attempt to justify and/or excuse the PP evil. In so doing, you both align yourself with the thinking of Nazi SS who conducted “medical research” and you provide a clear example of the thinking that Rags was describing earlier in this comment section.

I sincerely hope you think deeply about your attempts to excuse and justify evil but I fear that you will simply call me a name, equivocate, and then continue to accept the $1.00 benefit regardless of what it costs SOMEBODY ELSE.

        Babies are not people.
        Slaves are not people.
        Jews are not people.

Valerie in reply to userpen. | August 19, 2015 at 10:35 pm

You do not know what the Nazis did.

In the art of rationalization, number crunching always helps. Reduce everything to some sloppy math.

Women get abortions (and men go along with it) because “Well, I thought it through, and the kid’s not going to have a good life – considering how much money I make, blah, blah, blah.”

Pragmatism: it’s killed more people than war.

Hey, abortion “mom,” if you’re so damned good at looking into the future and knowing what’s going to happen, then how’d you wind up with an unintended pregnancy?

platypus in reply to RKae. | August 20, 2015 at 2:42 am

You’re one of those people who ask pesky questions. How annoying you must be to the BSers of the left.

As with the Gosnell trial, the silence from the media will be deafening.

If I were 1) sociopathic and 2) wanted to commit systemic genocide towards poor people, this is exactly how I would architect it.

The goal of KBB/PP’s founder Margaret Sanger (may she roast in hell!) was to eradicate blacks from America. Many in the black community are assiduously helping her.

platypus in reply to Andy. | August 20, 2015 at 2:45 am

We freed the slaves but they voluntarily joined the Matrix. Free will choice – it’s a b!tch.

Vivisection on babies. Well, they’re doing it inside the womb, too. In or outside, it’s all barbaric vivisection. So much for the 5th Amendment.

Kermit Gosnell is in jail convicted of first degree murder for a variation of this very thing. I guess if you’re funded by congress it’s okay. (Full disclosure, did not look at the video.)

As a nurse, I can’t look at the videos because the words already form a horrific imprint on my mind.

Walker Evans in reply to Lady Penguin. | August 19, 2015 at 5:38 pm

Not in the medical professionals but the vivid pictures the words painted made the video unnecessary. As a combat veteran I’ve seen enough of that sort of thing to last several lifetimes. So-called “collateral damage” is horrific; this is much worse.

I would like to correct one notion. The correct analogy between conflict (e.g. war) and abortion is that while a woman may be collateral damage, it is the baby who is the intended victim or target. The abortion industry (e.g. Planned Parenthood) enjoys a near perfect record in its kill rate, with unspecified or classified risk and collateral damage, in its operational theater.

platypus in reply to Owego. | August 20, 2015 at 2:47 am

You should watch it. The gruesomeness is her recitation of her story, not the visuals.

Calling these people monsters is not enough.

Re your earlier comment about organ donation: you hit the nail on the head. Organ donors are kept alive until “harvesting,” too. I.e., brain dead isn’t dead.

Soylent Green is people. Or to borrow the famous Jap-lish game line: All your organ are belong to us.

“Planned Frankensteinhood!”

The legal interpretation of “planning” and its popular perception have assumed dark undertones. As have “choice”, “rites”, “viability”, etc. The leading cause of childhood mortality is “planned” parenthood. As well as indiscriminate killing and institutional torture. The equivalence movements have corrupted people’s better/moral judgment.

Where are the pastors in the black community? When will they condemn the rampant sexual immorality, the young women who make their wombs graveyards for the unborn, the irresponsible young men who breed but don’t father? God is going to bring his judgment down upon us for we have made our children to pass thru fire, we have called good evil and evil good, and we substitute race for righteousness, death for life, hatred for love, and riots fir peace.

How can we ask God’s mercy for ourselves when we have no mercy for the unborn? Where are the pastors in the black community calling for repentance and walking worthy?

One of two named parties, Posterity, to our national contract, The Constitution, was first excised (i.e. elective abortion), then tortured and redistributed for spare parts. This is the original compromise, slavery, but on a progressive form of steroids.

The issue that must be settled is: When and by whose choice does a human life acquire value?

The pro-life response is that human life has intrinsic value throughout its evolution from conception to death. The pro-choice response is that human life has selective and variable value throughout the same period.

The corollary issue is: What are the consequences of debasing human life?

We already know the outcome of the second. History is replete with evidence for its progress, exchanging one human life for the life or welfare of another.
