Hillary: What I really meant was that businesses do create jobs

Hillary: What I really meant was that businesses do create jobs

Clintonian-level spinning.

http://youtu.be/EwtkorQKGFE

Remember when Hillary, just a few days ago, said that Businesses Don’t Create Jobs, Gubmint does:

“Don’t let anybody tell you that it’s corporations and businesses that create jobs”

That was then. This is now.

Via Buzzfeed:

When Hillary Clinton fumbled a line at a rally last Friday — “Don’t let anybody tell you that corporations and businesses create jobs” — the comment caused a minor outrage among political observers. Republicans said she’d been pandering to liberals. Democrats wondered if she’d been trying too hard to channel Elizabeth Warren, the populist senator who also spoke at the event.

On Monday, Clinton went out of her way to correct the comment at a rally for Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, the Democrat up for reelection in this Hudson Valley district.

Clinton said in her speech that corporations that outsource jobs or move profits overseas should not be granted tax breaks. The clarification made clear that the remark was a botched line — not new messaging from Clinton, who has honed a new stump speech during a series of rallies ahead the election next month.

“The Republican alternative is a discredited economic theory that will hurt middle class families,” Clinton said. “So-called trickle-down economics has failed.”
“I short-handed this point the other day, so let me be absolutely clear about what I’ve been saying for a couple of decades.”

“Our economy grows when businesses and entrepreneurs create good-paying jobs here in America and workers and families are empowered to build from the bottom up and the middle out — not when we hand out tax breaks for corporations that outsource jobs or stash their profits overseas.”

A Clinton aide pointed to the remarks at the Maloney event as clarification to she had meant to say in her speech last week.

She’s “ready” to be President Clinton, or President Kerry.

Yeah, no.

She’s a lying sack of excrement.

What she really wants to say is whatever will get her elected. Then she can continue the business of destroying the U.S.A.

Just give the hag plenty of rope and keep the cameras running 24 X 7. She’s gaffe-tastic.

Don’t let anybody tell you that Hillary Clinton is a decent human being.

She’s just suffering from PTSD from all those missions her husband sent her on that were too dangerous for the U.S. military.

This corrupt fool is as great as a contrivance as President Ebola. With even less talent.

It’s going to be fun watching her get humiliated again.

I’m always amazed at those people who “have it made” but who don’t ever seem satisfied. I know I should not be surprised but I still am.

This woman has survived numerous scandals that would have destroyed the average person yet seems to be unable to kick back and sip a margarita on a Caribbean beach. I guess the phrase “looks like I made it” never crosses her brain cells.

You’d think the Queen of Walmart might think twice before demonizing the private sector.

Wal-Mart knew who Hill-larry was all along.

They just used each other, like her and her “husband” have for decades.

Anybody who wants to know Ol’ Walleyes can know her. Just the one incident on the tarmac at Andrews, looking the survivors of Benghazi in their eyes and lying to them over the caskets of the dead tells you all you ever need to know about her.

When she doubled-down and attacked the First Amendment solely as a matter of sustaining those lies, she left no doubt about how she reveres the Constitution.

She can never be allowed to come to high elective office in the U.S.

I remember the Good Ole Days when Hillary, we were assured, was The Smartest Woman In The World.

Gaffe-a-minute from this cabbage-head. For $225,000, you might think she’d have worked on the speech long enough to be able to pretend her fee isn’t just Democratic donors funneling payoffs to her.

“The Republican alternative is a discredited economic theory that will hurt middle class families,” Clinton said. “So-called trickle-down economics has failed.”

Discredited by whom? How does one discredit something that doesn’t exist?

Yep, there go the Progs projecting again. Look at what has happened during the past six years of the Obama “recovery.” Lower income and middle income earners are taking home LESS than they were went Bobo took office. The only people who have gained under his Wall Street Friendly regime are, well, Wall Street types. Go figure.

“I always say the exact opposite of what I mean and think the first time, that’s just to get your attention and once I’ve done that – then I tell you REALLY what I mean.” “Really”.

Blurts like this often give a picture of the real politician under the surface rhetoric. Hillary simply said what she meant, she does not believe that the private sector creates jobs. That leaves the question for her, who does create jobs? Government? Government consumes resources, it may facilitate productivity but it adds none. Bill Clinton was a poll follower, modifying his views as the polls dictated. But Hillary is much more “progressive” and ideological, remember how she tried to handle health care during Bill’s first term? It is difficult to hide your real views repeatedly, so there will be more slips like this along the way.

There’s a lefty line that goes: “The government is us” — therefore whatever the government does is just we the people acting in an organized, selfless fashion; whereas individuals working on their own initiative are probably being greedy or irresponsible. In the lefty view, government-directed job-creation is necessarily superior to anything the private sector does on its own.

In the Wisconsin drama, Democrats have been styling government employees as the very definition — the heart and soul — of “working people.” In Dem-world, getting paid with what the government forcibly extracts from other people’s pockets (and paying people that way) is much nobler than the grubby business of creating goods and services and then hoping the public will find them useful enough to buy them willingly.

She also said that her husband gave working Americans a pay raise. In other words, it isn’t really the businesses that pay them either. And whatever the business owner is allowed to keep is a “handout” from the government.

“Don’t let anybody tell you that corporations and businesses create jobs” cuz we are going to make damn sure that are no new jobs via affirmative action, minimum wage laws, highest corp tax rate in the world, Obamacare tax & regulations, EPA regulations, FICA, MICA, unemployment insurance, etc. etc. etc.

“And thank you Republicans for creating this law:

Ahhhhhhh, love seeing the Hildabeast have to walk-back a sound-bite due to back-lash.

Too late! The genie has left the bottle.

Why does this article use a picture of Hillary that’s at least 20 years old?

That black and white photo is from when she was first lady either in DC or in Arkansas. It’s not a contemporary photo.

Is this something from the campaign or is it something dug up by someone here?

I’ve noticed she’s lost most all her wrinkles in recent photos but this photo is just a out right lie.

I didn’t watch the actual clip of her saying this till this morning and… man, she is no public speaker. You can see the wheels in her head creaking around and around as she tries to remember the buckets of BS she’s supposed to be delivering.

Hillary: FOCUS, Honeybuns…It is on Viral Video. It will live forever, Dearie. It will be aired by us knuckle’draggin’Rube Repubs somewhere around 7-billion times in 2016. Promise.

Questions, Lady Bubba?

Killary didn’t make a mistake, a flub. She meant exactly what she said, thinks.
