Elizabeth Warren surges in Wisconsin Democratic straw poll

Elizabeth Warren repeatedly says she “is” not running for President.

Wink, wink.

For someone who “is” not running, and who takes only single digits in national polling (because she “is” not running), Warren made a pretty good showing in a presidential straw poll at the Democratic state convention in Wisconsin, as reported by WisPolitics.com:

In the presidential race, 185 delegates favored Clinton, while Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren was next with 81 votes. Vice President Joe Biden was well back in third place with 18 votes.

What do delegates matter?

It’s not like some of the critical early states are caucuses, or something. Where some candidate who motivates the base can turn out a disproportionate number of attendees and surge past the presumptive nominee who has a Democratic machine behind her.  That would never work.

Elizabeth Warren “is” not running, so no need for Billary to worry.

Wink, wink.
