Who are the 37%?

Who are the 37%?

who like Obama using executive orders to go around Congress? “The Enablers”

A number of readers emailed me about this Kelly File segment last night.

Turley is a dyed in the wool lefty and sycophantic Obama cheerleader – till now.

Media lefties are jumping off the Good Ship Obama more and more these days.

37%’ers? Low info people and the elites that keep them, low info.

Check out this gem from the Barry past:

It’s not the 37% that surprises me. 37% is a hardcore coalition of Democratic support that will back just about anything a Democratic president pushes that is partisan and intended to deal with those obnoxious racist Republicans.

It’s the fact that no one outside that 37% core could be found to support this. It should be 70% or 80% in favor given the environment we’re in. Where’d they go?

The 37% who approve of the growing number of impeachable offenses are the undocumented felons ordered by Eric Holder to answer the poll.

Please find me ONE of “the undocumented felons ordered by Eric Holder to answer the poll”.

If people like you are as divorced from reality as you appear to be, it would be a good thing if you were as powerless as you claim you are. I guess you belong in one of dem FEMA concentration camps Beck used to talk about.

I said “undocumented” to protect people like yourself Rational(?).

Who in the right (or Left) mind would “Approve” of Obama bypassing our elected representatives to do his own ‘thing’?

“Undocumented Felons” Now Acorn folks would never encourage illegal voting would they?

Perhaps like Sean Penn you would like to live in a banana republic, Rational, where you don’t have to think and one person decides everything.

      I deserve better.

“Powerless”? Hahahahaha. Sandra Fluke and Wendy Davis are powerless people just the people in a banana republics are powerless.

Actually, he started slamming Obama at least a couple of years ago. He’s written about Obama’s unconstitutional acts a number of times on his blog, WaPo, and at USA Today.

Here he is on Obama’s unlawful “recess” appointments in Feb 2012:

http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/news/opinion/forum/story/2012-02-14/recess-appointments-cordray-nomination/53094876/1

Here he is on CSPAN slamming Obama’s illegal use of drones back in 2011:

http://citizenwells.wordpress.com/2011/12/22/jonathan-turley-obama-stated-that-he-can-have-any-american-citizen-killed-anywhere-cspan-interview-video-professor-turley-legal-scholar/

While not specifically about Obama (that I recall) he wrote a fantastic piece in WaPo last year talking about how the federal bureaucracy is out of control and unaccountable.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/the-rise-of-the-fourth-branch-of-government/2013/05/24/c7faaad0-c2ed-11e2-9fe2-6ee52d0eb7c1_story.html

He rarely uses the sarcasm and ad hominem character attacks that make so much of the left leaning commentary unreadable. He relies on reason and constitutional interpretation to make his arguments. He’s not afraid to call out Obama and Democrats. I don’t always agree with him, but he’s pretty consistent about applying his principles (or at least he has been the past couple of years).

Mitt Romney once said that “47% will never vote for me”. Now 37% have opted to cast their last vote…for their guy.

It appears that 50% of Congress are included in that 37%.

Some asked why such the long face after Obama’s re-election. Well, not because we look like a horse, or resemble John Kerry…but because we realized we’ve reached, and surpassed, the tipping point.

The concrete has been poured, curing every day. Obama’s too damn lazy to insist on a 3rd term. Hillary, not so much.

Obama’s too damn lazy to insist on a 3rd term. Hillary, not so much.

Not sure laziness has much to do with it. With Sheila Jackson Lee and the other acolytes writing his executive orders for him, all he needs is his pen. And his golf clubs.

    That doesn’t sound too strenuous.

Something has changed in America, and it is a disappointing change.

This used to be “The Land of the Free, and the Home of the Brave.”

This country used to be a paradigm of democracy and of individual Freedom. This used to be the Nation where criticizing the President was some sort of national sport that could be practiced freely and openly. This used to be the Nation where no one human being was allowed to be above the Law, especially not the President.

What happened here?
How did this change happen?
When did the number of pusillanimous servant wannabes grow so much?

WAKE UP PEOPLE !!!!!!

Who are the 37%?

Those must be the same dead Democrats that miraculously voted for Obama multiple times in 2008 and 2012.

So when did Obama create the US Sovereignty Commission? I don’t think he did. But Mississippi created one in order to illegally monopolize power for white supremacists.

Did you see the FOX poll “Should Obama declare martial law now or wait until the end of his term?”.

I would imagine the 37% include those who have watched President Obama try to work with congress only to be constantly thwarted on even the most routine matters by those who wanted to ensure President Obama was a 1-termer.

When you have senior leadership giving press statements in which they declare their utmost pressing urgent goal was “to make President Obama a one-term president”…not domestic policy, not foreign policy, not infrastructure repair, not jobs….but total focus on thwarting the president

Then of course…there will be those who agree with him using whatever power he has to accomplish the business of the executive office.

That ol’ totalitarian, authoritarian urge is always just below the surface with you Collectivists.

You must really love being lied to.

      vivibee601 in reply to Ragspierre. | February 14, 2014 at 1:28 pm

Your response makes no sense whatsoever. I’m not a “collectivist”. I am, however, proud to be a Liberal. I do not agree with everything the president has done most notably pad his administration with Goldman Sach’s and other such wolves in the henhouse.

Other liberals will probably agree that the most frustrating thing of all was his insistence on “reaching across the aisle” placing republicans in key positions instead of democrats and the whole “team of rivals” crap concept when it was clear that “across the aisle” had no intent to work with him. The president is late to that realization.

The most outlandish thing to watch is conservatives hand wringing and twisting themselves into knots trying to convince others that the Reagan praising president is anything other than a right leaning centrist. Socialist? Bwah ha ha ha ha!

        Ragspierre in reply to vivibee601. | February 14, 2014 at 1:43 pm

If you weren’t illiterate, in addition to being simple, you’d understand the allusion to Collectivism.

You’d also understand that Obamanomics is not socialist, but fascist.

Plus, you’d get that opposing Obama MEANS working for jobs, sound foreign policy, good domestic policy, and simple respect for the rule of law.

        If…

          vivibee601 in reply to Ragspierre. | February 14, 2014 at 2:10 pm

Really don’t care about your groupthink or groupspeak. It isn’t even original or creative. Nevertheless, I’ve debunked your crappy talking points about all liberals always believing everything the president says and does.

The politically mature understand that because the president has to answer to a lot of groups in America, he isn’t always going to do things that please us. However the political philosophy and general approach to governing matters. Allusions to snarky little tomes and collectivism do not.

Ragspierre in reply to Ragspierre. | February 14, 2014 at 2:30 pm

          HA!

          “I win, because…debunked…!!!”

So typical. So stupid. So pathetic.

Your lil’ Child/God is the desolation of confusion for your Collective, and you’re all wee-weed up ’cause he hasn’t screwed America WORSE! LOVE THAT…!!!

Care to make a prediction on 2014?

      vivibee601 in reply to Ragspierre. | February 14, 2014 at 2:51 pm

Do you have anything other than Ad Hominem?

        Ragspierre in reply to vivibee601. | February 14, 2014 at 3:05 pm

“I’ve debunked your crappy talking points about all liberals always believing everything the president says and does.”

Noting your stupid is not “ad hominem”, dear.

But that statement is a straw man. See, nobody said that ALL liberals (Collectivists) ALWAYS believe EVERYTHING the president says. (You kind of have to believe everything he does, however.)

        Poor thing…

The point here is that YOU support this outlaw. Because you are, at your base, a supporter of totalitarian and authoritarian BIG GOVERNMENT. Oh, and an enemy of the rule of law, starting with the Constitution.

Who are they? I think I know.

My oldest daughter, who we homeschool, is in 11th grade and is also taking college classes at the local community college. Part of her assignments include going to a blog that the professor uses and commenting on questions the professor poses as well as replying to other student’s comments.

In her government class, based on the questions and answers from other students, I’m not sure that any of them actually know how our government is supposed to work. One question was, “Who should be allowed to declare war”. Everyone but my kid answered the Supreme Court. WTF is that???

After reading a lot of the answers, and even the questions from the professor, I have not much hope for that generation. They have got to be the dumbest bunch of morons I’ve ever seen!

Another thing I noticed is that every task given to her has a liberal tilt. In English 101 her first assignment was to watch Bowling for Columbine and write an essay explaining how it show our society the need for further gun control.

The 37% are the Republicans in Congress who roll over and let the Dems do what they want.
