NY Times new Editorial Board member sure had some really racist tweets

But they were about White People, so the NY Times is keeping her

Remember back in February 2018 when The New York Times hired Quinn Norton, but quickly let her go after people exposed old tweets that included slurs against gay people and retweets with racist terms?

I guess only those slurs were bad because The New York Times editorial board hired Sarah Jeong who has a history of racist tweets against white people. The newspaper even sent out a memo that defends its hiring of Jeong!

As you can imagine, the Twitter mob is in full force and has been exposing Jeong’s old tweets.

According to Jeong, white people are “only fit to live underground like groveling goblins.” She also finds so much joy “out of being cruel to old white men.”

I abhor Twitter mobs and digging up old tweets to attack people. It’s the hypocrisy The New York Times just displayed that boils my blood.

In February, The New York Times hired and let go journalist and essayist Quinn Norton due to “her slurs on Twitter and her friendship with Andrew Auernheimer, who gained infamy as an internet troll going by the name ‘weev.’ Mr. Auernheimer now works for The Daily Stormer, a neo-Nazi website.” Here’s what editor James Bennett said about Norton:

“Despite our review of Quinn Norton’s work and our conversations with her previous employers, this was new information to us. Based on it, we’ve decided to go our separate ways.”

Here’s how the Times responded to the Twitter mob on Jeong’s tweets. The Grey Lady wrote that those who hired Jeong put the write through an intense vetting process and reviewed her social media posts. Maybe the Norton fiasco inspired them to add this to their vetting process:

Oh, so since white men supposedly harassed Jeong this justifies her racist tweets and hatred of white people. Now that she’s been called out, Jeong has admitted what she did was wrong.

Some sound advice for Jeong:

Racism is racism. Harassment or anything of the sort never justifies your racist behavior. Why is it not okay to have racist views towards blacks or Asians, but totally okay with having racist views towards white people? Why is it not okay to hate Muslims, but okay to hate Jews and Christians?

Guess what. ALL racism is bad and sucks. ALL hatred towards any religion sucks.

I am more surprised that a writer can’t spell “Twitter.”

Sarah Jeong: “Twitter made me do it…”

I just now realized how easy I have it. I detest most people no matter their race, sexual preferences, political views, etc.
damn I have it easy when default position is to not care or like someone. #MakesLifeEasier….

It’s just open racism now. I’m glad to see the Democrats have returned to their roots.

ALL racism is bad and sucks. ALL hatred towards any religion sucks.

These are hardly equivalent. The second statement is ridiculous.

The Left pulled a similar switcheroo on us before, with its “multicultural” B.S., pretending that it’s the same as “multiracial” … which it very obviously is not.

What about the 80% of stereotypical racism that is true? Yeah, some racism is bad, but there is a factual basis for a lot of it, and to deny that is to deny reality and admit to unicorns existing. What is called profiling these days used to be called “good policing.” The use of bodycams is starting to make many of those charges of profiling go poof. Anyone notice the complete non-existence of Al Sharpton recently? He is about a year away from “who?” status. Ditto with culture. I have yet to hear a good reason for the existence of rap, which honestly is just a way to keep Bitches and Hos in their place. Pretty much anything that is PC is in fact just flat out dishonest and unreal. And that is why it is disappearing faster than it artrived. Truth wins in the end, always.

I would argue that what is true is not racist.

For obvious reasons, people with deficiencies have trouble dealing with owning their deficiencies. So they push for those issues to be glossed over.

Anyone on the wrong side of the Bell Curve generally does not want to own their reality.

Those who have a high predisposition to commit crimes do not want to have to face up to that reality.

Some people continue to deny that inbreeding is a liability.

All of these and more would like us to believe that acknowledging these issues is not politically correct.

I don’t think that these people’s condition can be improved by ignoring reality. Salving their egos is not in their or society’s interest.

Prohibition creates its own music. In Mexico they are called corridos. In America it is rap.

Sarah Jeong also doxxed shen zen tech girl Naomi Wu while working for vice magazine. She tried to bring up past conspiracies during an interview that they both had agreed not to do before the interview or the article. They also agreed not to post any of Wu’s private info, specifically about her love life and the possibility that the person she was with who is a foreigner was helping her and supporting her push for women’s freedom in the Chinese tech industry. Something like that is lauded in the US but in China it gets you suicided sometimes. Wu fought back by doxxing wired in one of her YouTube open source builder videos.
Jeong has shown she will use what ever she has to to get ahead. The NYTimes knows exactly what they’re getting, just one more racist hired gun.

“Racism is America’s defining sickness,” according to the NYT on Roseanne Barr being fired.
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/30/opinion/roseanne-political-correctness.html

Oh wait, it only matters if whitey engages in racism. Gosh darn it, you’re hired!

But is she willing to sleep with her sources?

I’m not sure I buy her “I was parroting the racist tweets I receive all the time” excuse.
She made A LOT of these “satirical” tweets over a long period of time.
But the Times, and WaPo have come to her defense, so this will be quickly forgotten by the MSM…

here vox.com excuses her by redefining “white people” to mean the white people who aren’t their allies, or something. And that it’s OK because that’s the way the radical left talks, so she’s excused.

Let’s try that with “black people” or “asians”, that’ll fly right?

This is delicious. Just keep bashing the NY Times with it over and over and over.

Michelle Malkin has probably see a hundred times more racist tweets, but it’s ok because she’s conservative.

She looks Asian.

Didn’t Harvard claim that Asians are really white.

So then, she hates herself ?

So the Old Gray Lady now can use the slogan “All The Slurs That Are Unfit To Print.”…

Not really a surprise, they are hard left now, and we all know that it is impossible to set a bar low enough they won’t try crawling under.

Is it just intellectual dishonesty or a true mental disorder which keeps them from seeing reality and truth?

That’s IT? 2 tweets, only one of which is actually racist?

I’m not even a semi-public figure and I’ve been called much viler things more often.

“Dumbass f**king white people marking up the internet with their opinions like dogs pissing on fire hydrants,” she tweeted in 2014.

“oh man it’s kind of sick how much joy I get from being cruel to old white men.”

NYT’s Jeong is or was a rabid diversitist (i.e. denial of individual dignity) and female chauvinist pig.

The test for any liberal new hire is to take their tweets and change the polarity of the victim in their tweets. Take this chick, I left the “N” out to be PC, and put in the word black where white is used by her. Imagine how long the job interview would have lasted! They wouldn’t have gotten to her oldest and most vile tweets because she would have been escorted out of the building by then. I am so used to a double standard in ethics that I would be lost without it!

It is not r5eally a problem that Jeong has been openly racist in the past and may still be that way today. At least her readers will know exactly what she is. And, by its actions, we now know, if we did not know before, that the NYT is comfortable with her viewpoint. So, we can now look at all of the Times reporting and opinion pieces through the filter of rabid anti-Caucasian bias.

It is nice when the masks come off and everyone stands exposed for exactly who they are.

I believe she won’t be a writer but a voice behind the scenes on the Editorial Board. In other words, her views will color the editorial page generally.

We caught the NY Times, and their editorials can now be appropriately rebutted by mentioning this nutcase’s past documented self expression.

I think that she and the NYTimes deserve one another. Haters gonna hate, newspapers gonna despise President Trump.
Neither one has any shame, nope, or sense of ethics. That disappeared a long time ago. She can editorialize till the cows come home for all I care.

Finally! An alternative to Stormfront!

So since I am part Hispanic does that mean I can tweet racist things too? Then again I am also German so I guess I can only tweet racist things about myself.

I read she is from South Korea. If so, my white uncle died so she did not have to learn to speak North Korean. Wonder what she thinks of that.

She seems nice. Is she one of those LBFM’s I’ve heard about? Or would it be LYFM?

If anyone took the NY Times seriously prior to this filthy, racist pig being hired, they sure can’t now.

I read some of Jeong’s tweets. She slings those obscenities around like a real pro. Clearly this woman has a sensitivity towards language worthy of any foul mouthed rapper.. I can see why the NYT was so eager to hire her.

I’m not terribly surprised, but I’m genuinely shocked.

I hope they are inundated with complaints:
[email protected]
800-698-4637 (go to directories, offices- you will be able to speak with someone who can pass the message along. The woman I spoke with was polite, so hopefully, they will get it.

It’s not like the left is going to hold themselves to the same rules they expect everyone else to live by. As if. The NYT is just throwing red-meat to their readers: Jeong and her hate-whitey shtick fits in perfectly with the NYT mission statement.

Jeong is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was editor of Harvard Journal of Law & Gender.

The New York Times has hired her as the lead writer on … technology? Yet her background seems to be in law and gender studies, and there’s precious little evidence that she knows much of anything about technology.

Except, perhaps, for how it should be used and created: it should be moderated, it should be controlled, and presumably those hired to create it should be subject to strict quotas and be surveilled for non-conforming political attidues and opinions?

So, NYT is probably getting what it wants: someone who may not know all that much about technology itself (let alone how its actually created) but who knows plenty about how it should (“must”) be controlled and who should actively control it. And not getting what it doesn’t want.

Her book doesn’t seem to currently be available from Amazon.

Best Twitter response was something close to:

It’s unwise to use identify politics to get white people to identify as members of the white race.

They managed to find an Asian lesbian. That was a precious enough combination — must have been socially rejected her whole life, building up the kind of cold hardened anger they were looking for — that they were willing to overlook everything else.

She’s (so far) missed a great product endorsement opportunity: Wite-Out.
