It will be easy — and likely correct — to assert that this is another Islamic terrorist attack.
But I think it is more than that.
This is what we see in Syria.
A very up close and personal bloodletting and then triumphal braggadocio.
Like the Syrian rebel fighter who ate his enemy’s heart on video. And the very personal violence visited on captives from both sides.
Except that it happened in South London.
The BBC reported sources had told them the men were shouting “Allahu Akbar” as they carried out the attack and had filmed carrying it out.
One witness, called James, told LBC radio: “We saw clearly two knives, meat cleavers, they were big kitchen knives like you would use in a butcher’s, they were hacking at this poor guy, we thought they were trying to remove organs from him.”
“These two guys were crazed, they were not there, they were just animals. They then dragged him from the pavement and dumped his body in the middle of the road.
“They took 20 minutes to arrive, the police – the armed response.”

Phew! Good thing that the people there were unarmed. I am sure that no one could have stopped that knife assault with a gun. No siree. And that goes for the police too, given the 20 MINUTE response time. If I lived there, I wouldn’t be particularly comforted by this. And note that the weapon was a KNIFE.
The criminal stated “…in our land…”. Well, it isn’t exactly your land is it?
Maybe he was right: he said “you people will never be safe, your country doesn’t care about you”.
Sounds a bit on the mark.
It amazes me that these guys did this and then just kind of hung out at the scene of the crime to give their manifesto to anyone that would listen. Try that in Texas… if the police did have a 20 minute response time the perps would be dead for 19 minutes before the police got there.
Just more satisfied “customers” of Britain’s immigration service.

The horde is inside the gate. I wonder what the British intend to do. Unlike Serbia, but not Norway or France, the corruption of their society was elective. Their representatives decided their fate. They established policies to invite immigration which exceeded the rate of assimilation. Of course, their choice to normalize abortion, and other dysfunctional behaviors, only served to hurt their democratic argument.

Policies which promote dissociation of risk cause corruption. This is a problem for both the “benefactor,” beneficiary, and everyone in a society.

Reading the Brit press, the Muslims are saying this is not Islam. This has nothing to do with Islam.They don’t condemn the killers; they just say this is not Islam. Well, sorry, guys, blood, slaughter, terror is the history of Islam. They claim the ummah until people begin to strike back at them, then they turn individual and say it has nothing to do with them personally. Cowards.
The problem is two-fold. First, Muslims are directed by their Koran to spread their religion by the sword. Second, Islam is often realized through left-wing ideology, which implies marginalization and evisceration of competing interests. It is especially virulent in its Caliphate or imperial form, which imposes its will on other nations (or tribes). Together, Islam and atheism, have been responsible for more dead people in the streets and in the toilets than any other religion or philosophy, which reached an apogee in the 20th century.
That said, a philosophy (or religion) creates a disposition, but does not guarantee an outcome. This is especially true of atheism, which is unprincipled, and therefore highly inconsistent. A singular, and I would argue childish, rejection of a divine God is not a sufficient basis to develop a common morality. Its consequences are exacerbated when substituting mortal gods.
Most of the comment sections I’m reading are in politically correct hysterics, calling this ‘blowback’ against the ‘far right.’ Begging for death.

1987 some British and German acquaintances accused me of being a lot of bad things – homofobic, racist etc. Because I used to claim, the islamic “friends” they supported with money, favours and usually sex – will take the favours, say thx and then kill them.
Which is now happening regularly since 15 years at least.
I don’t mind, that’s the natural way things develop – except that I’m forced to pay taxes to finance the armies of Islam defenders, Islamic hate preachers, lawyers, polititians, Islamic killers, rapers, robbers and other fridom & rights fighters. Each penny hurts.

Prediction – This happens soon in the US and it happens in or around Detroit, MI, which has a huge Middle Eastern population in its suburbs and is PC-related overly tolerant of Islam. Perfect for radicalization of Islamic homeys.

There is a parallel between Labour’s open door policy for immigrants from poor, backward countries and the continual push for Amnesty by Democrats here. Poor and ignorant people are more compliant and apt to vote for “stuff” rather than ideas (see also: “Obama voter” and “low-information voter”). The Left would rather win by destroying their country than by supplying real solutions and ideas.

Mexican drug cartels also love beheading those that resist them, including the police. The cartels have been found reaching into Oregon and certainly Chicago, not just the border towns.
Obama’s response is to open the borders and reward illegals with welfare and Medicaid, while trying to restrict American’s rights to gun ownership. Even Mexicans that are not in the drug trade, bring the Mexican culture with them. That includes the corruption, not just the food and music.
Remember, Obama will not be paying for them. You pay for him and for them. Therefore his policies.

Let the mass deportations begin. Immigrated to Britain? Born in Britain? Second generation British Muslim? It doesn’t matter. Deport them all. When Muslims are in sufficient numbers in any society, they start killing. Return them to wherever their parents/grandparents came from, take away their passports and citizenship. No country can continue to exist with such barbarians in their midst.
Dzokhar Tsarnaev said if you hurt one Muslim you hurt all, and he could say that because Muslims believe in the ummah. Well, the corollary to that is when one Muslim kills all kill. Using that logic, let the deportations begin. Our laws should not be used to protect savages.

Re: Syria: stop trying to make me care, people. Yes, I watched each and every video on RacAnarchy’s website. It was dreadful. It was also predictable (he didn’t have any skin in that game, did he?). The various Islamic countries involved in various states of unrest have been in a constant race to the bottom to see who could be the most awful for the most protracted length of time for at least the last 60 years, and it’s been encouraged by the Arab press and whatever passes for its cultural elite because it was all in retribution for the Great Disaster (Israel’s creation). So…whatever. Let’s not go kicking ourselves in the ass to go fix another unfixable portion of the sandbox, please.
