I checked Facebook today and one of my old high school classmates posted,
“Wouldn’t it be nice if you could push a button that said, ‘I voted already,’ which would block all political posts by your friends?”
I like her, but a bunch of my old lefty classmates, who post tons of lefty, pro-Obama, anti-GOP/conservative/tea party/Romney stuff all posted innocent-sounding “Yeah, that would be nice!” types of replies to her post.
Oh puhleeze!
So I just whipped that little production together in about two minutes (Bollywood actors are wonderful to work with) and replied, just like the other phonies,
“Oh, yeah, I agree, too! But that wouldn’t stop the Bollywood propoganda videos from sneaking through. Oh look! Here’s one now!”

When I get an earworm, I get rid of it by singing Ave Maria. You may have to vocalize first though.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I’ve been unfriended several times, and no, it didn’t hurt my feelings. I am becoming more maniacal… only 2 days left to be unfriended, how high can I get my count of former “friends?”
Now I want to go vote immediately and get some Chicken Curry on the way.
