Now come the revelations that our top commander in Afghanistan, General John Allen, got in on the action too, and that the FBI agent who chose to investigate the otherwise innocuous emails that kick started this episode of Real Housewives of the Pentagon is a graduate of the Anthony Weiner School of Tweeting.
So doesn’t now seem like an absolutely perfect time to nominate for secretary of state a woman who has repeatedly shown her antipathy for America’s closest ally in the Mideast (as well as an ability to peddle lies on national televison), and for secretary of defense a man who famously likened America’s soldiers in Vietnam to raping, thieving, murdering Genghis Khans?

This is a bit off topic but I was thinking about what the anti-authoritarian message of Star Wars was to the late 70s and early 80s and I have a question. Popular fantasies say a lot about our fears for the future. So who exactly are those hordes of the undead the fans of today’s zombie movies want to mow down? I asked a young neighbor and he said he’d think about it.
If we put these people into positions of power we will have enough zeros in the WH to show every one how large our national debt is. Obama can hold a “16” all the way to the left – the far left.
I have this vision: Petraeus is subpoenaed by Congress, insists on testifying live on camera to the whole nation, and spills his guts about Benghazi so that he can leave Washington with a clear conscience and we’ll finally know what the hell happened and who was responsible.

Petraeus is being set up as a fall guy because he couldn’t keep his fly up, but at least he and Paula are still alive.
