Rush Babes intended consequence

Rush Babes intended consequence

Rush Limbaugh launched a Facebook Page called Rush Babes for America, intended to show that more women support him than support the National Organization for Women.

And sure enough, Rush Babes already has more followers than the NOW page, and NOW is griping.

The impetus for Rush Babes was news that NOW had joined with Media Matters in a new boycott Rush campaign specifically designed to drive him off the airwaves.  This always has been a Media Matters driven and coordinated campaign, using George Soros’ money to try to stifle opposing viewpoints.

Rush Babes also has other intended consequences, like this:

Well if it is ticking off the NOW hags that’s good enough for me. I will gladly join the Rush Babes.

One of my fav Rush riffs is the redubbing of NOW to NAG – National Association of Gals. Their heads just about exploded over that one.

I love me some Rush Babes. I’m married to one.

Allllll good.

The Collective can see signs compassing them about that their day is over.

Fantastic! Every time they try to take out Rush, he comes back bigger and stronger then they ever could imagine.

Not a fan of Rush, but NOW is just scum, they are blatant hypocrites. Never defended Hillary much, never defended Sarah at all. “”National organization of Women”?? What a joke!
I want to join Rush’s twitter feed, can someone write directions on how to do this? Sorry, but I still don’t understand how to “tweet”? Thanks in advance

Rush Babes: We are legion! (To hijack a phrase)

Proud to be a Rush Babe!

I love how he infuriates them.

Love it! As a woman, I am tired of being “spoken for” by the NOW nags!!

I listen to Rush and read the Professor.

The irony being that from NOW’s perspective, you clearly do not know your rightful place as a woman – and your refusal to know where you belong is more than their fragile egos, obsessed with dominating others as fragile egos typically are, can bear.

I mean, how dare you refuse to live according to the comfort of the matriarchy.

I left my job as a CPA 15 years ago to stay at home and have kids… I think that would do them in for sure!

Sounds like somebody should have used that stimulus money to get laid.

Rush Limbaugh.
The truth teller in front of our faces for 20 years.
Duh.

Good! Very good! Let them simmer in their own stew of envy and resentment.

Give ’em hell, Rush! 🙂

I have to to start an fb page just that so I can like him.

Still gagging, banging my forehead on my desk re #RushBabe. #StopRush

I was going to suggest something harder, but someone beat me to the tweet:
Try the pavement. It’s harder than your IKEA desk

As usual, the lefto-maniacs hide behind bluff and bluster: “Conservatives are fighting a war against women!” But as soon as their bluff is called, they collapse into whiny heaps. For some reason, an enormous amount of women seem to identify with Rush and his philosophy than with the women’s auxiliary of the Communist Party.

Which is why I disagree with the Professor about invoking the power of boycott, a la Media Matters and the general Soros fifth column. If Coca-Cola and other corporations had received a million messages blasting their withdrawal of support for ALEC, they might have reconsidered.

There should be some parallel on the conservative side to Media Matters, with the significant difference that it wouldn’t be astroturfing by a few vociferous social media users who apparently don’t have real jobs [although I suspect many are doing it on Government time]. It would be real people, one at a time.

This is the ultimate lesson of #RushBabe.
Maybe we can get more idiots self-inducing concussions.

Rush Babes – 1 NAGS – 0.

The power of Rush will never die.

I’m glad you linked to a 10-minute segment of Rush’s show. You have to include the background and the reasoning behind the sound bites, when you are quoting Rush.

Did anybody think to ask how many of those Rush Babes are former members of, or supporters of, NOW?

You see, here he goes again being incorrigible. Rush BABES? Should have used a more dignified moniker. Like Ladies Organization for Limbaugh (L.O.L.)

From the linked Politico piece:

“I don’t think conservative women want to associate themselves with his hate. I don’t think they would want to associate themselves with his bullying,” O’Neill told me this morning. “I don’t think conservative women would want to associate themselves with his vitriolic attacks.”

Stunningly tone-deaf projection. Rush’s point is that many women, and not just conservative ones, see that it is NOW that is vitriolic, that Now is the one ‘bullying’. In fact, many women dont want to be associated with NOW.

Rush babes? Ick. He’s an arrogant blowhard.

I’m a proud Rush Babe, too, and anyone who thinks he’s an “arrogant blowhard” has never bothered to listen to him. Rush Limbaugh is nothing like his press. Nothing. You are exactly who Alinsky had in mind when he came up with his rules. The fact that Alinksy’s rules work on people like you only makes people like you pathetic. No matter how many of you there are, you’re still pathetic.
