Call it the War on Women’s Eyes.

I think Andrew Kaczynski has it right:

No, actually, I know he is right:

Ms. Warren reacts to the news that ___________________

(You fill in the blank…!!!)

I can just imagine a conversation where Elizabeth Warren criticizes Winston Churchill for being drunk.

LukeHandCool in reply to LukeHandCool. | April 17, 2012 at 3:25 pm

And when she criticized Scott Brown for posing semi-naked in his youth, if he had any Churchillean wit, he would’ve said “… but I can always put my clothes back on.”

For the humour-impaired Progressives:

Yesterday Dan Quayle addressed the Summit of the Americas in Colombia and spoke about the conflict between the United Kingdom and Argentina over the Falklands. Quayle seemed to tilt toward Argentina by calling the islands the “Malvinas” rather than the Falklands, which Argentina insists is their proper name.
Only Quayle didn’t say Malvinas, he said Maldives–an entirely different group of islands located thousands of miles from the Falklands in the Indian Ocean.

The PunchLine: it was Barack Obama not Dan Quayle

Elizabeth Warren = scary. And, it’t more her ideas, rather than eyes, that make her that way!

Umm, you’ll have to trust me, but that is a flattering pose for Hilary.

I think it was that Newsweek cover of Michele that torpedoed her presidential aspirations. I don’t think she recovered from it.

No I think it was her awful candidacy that did it. I’m still amazed at what an empty suit she is. She was great at spouting platitudes though! Fooled the tea party people.

i’m neither a warren fan nor a bachmann hater but c’mon…this is an unfair comparison. warren is caught making a facial expression in a candid shot whereas bachmann’s posing for a portrait. compare the newsweek cover to any other photo of bachmann…that’s just how she looks.

I disagree El Polacko. Michele Bachmann is a very very attractive- almost beautiful & looks largely natural. She is streets ahead of any 54 year old Hollywood cosmetically /surgically interventioned thing.

There is that photo of her campaigning in SC in a rust dress & white bead necklace. Just perfection.

Also her son is distinctly handsome. The other 4 managed to evade the LSM -perhaps because they were also attractive & successful.

Michele Bachmann is a religious zealot, and also….well, kinda batty.

The picture says something about her beyond just the image, which is what photo editors look for. She’s got that thousand-yard stare.

The picture of Warren just shows her in the middle of….well, can’t really say. She looks like she might be about to sneeze.

Warren still has sanpaku eyes, which I don’t think can be blamed on being a candid shot.
