WOW!!! What a signal honor, Prof!!!

Well-earned congratulations…

LI is famous – you’ve made the big times Professor.

Wow, Rush know’s who you are.

OTOH: watching that clip of those three PMSNBC fools meant you also took away 3-minutes, 7-seconds of my time that is now lost forever; but you’re forgiven this once!

With his philosophical predisposition (since it is Politico, I will assume liberal), it is Burns — in degrees — who lacks not only a grasp of the macro but micro issues. If voters do not know details, it is only because their focus is on their primary, personal responsibilities. I would venture to guess that most people do not have time to remain current with political meanderings. They support their families and the other “99%”. That and they are actively deceived by some reporters.

– – –
I wonder if Wright is of the black African variety who conspired (e.g. factions of the Luo tribe) with Muslims and Arabs to gain favor at the expense of their fellow countrymen. That would explain his presence in Israel in support of his masters. Why isn’t he protesting the resurrection of Islamic imperialism throughout Africa, which has resulted in the murder, rape, torture, enslavement, and coerced conversion of other people who look like him? Is it because they are Christian or pagan?

The talking heads at MSNBC don’t quite get it. They are the impediment to preserving individual dignity. Please continue to talk and reveal your true nature; but, remember, you do not represent a majority in this nation and are incapable of coercing compliance as do your counterparts around the world.

I KNEW there was a reason I like Rush. He has great taste in Professors!

Politico’s Alex Burns… He’s right with regard to the average intelligence, savvy and decision making qualities of the American voter. I see it as the public that has been continuously dumbed down since the dawn of political correctness.

Even most professional politicians fail the test of basic civics. Santorum is a prime example by sticking his foot in his mouth almost on a daily basis.

Panetta is another prime example when he stated something to the effect that getting permission of foreign authorities would trump the role of Congress with regard to military action in places like Syria.

The atmosphere has become so polluted with political correctness the the signs of old fashioned common sense have all but disappeared…

The good professor does great work. Nice to see him get some well-deserved recognition!

For what it’s worth, despite initial reservations, I’ve taken to Twitter now as well. We can’t cede new media like we did with the old, and it can be a useful way of connecting.

It’s my meager post-Breitbartian effort to engage a bit more.

I’m under Will_Antonin, if anyone wants to look it up.

A good time to bring out your victory dance, Professor. 🙂

Than was mean of you ’cause I really, really hate the victory dance…..but in honor of the Professor I’ll watch it again just as soon as I pour myself an adult refreshment 😉

Don’t you just hate those slow days when you feel all alone in the world and Rush Limbaugh is tweeting about you?

Guess you won’t need to buy any ads, Professor!

Rush Limbaugh decides to tweet for the first time because of the good Professor!

Congratulations!!

Thomas Sowell said, “What they are more fundamentally trying to protect are the black votes which are essential for Democrats. For that, blacks must be constantly depicted as under siege from whites, so that Democrats can be seen as their rescuers.”

So true, just like the “War on Women” all these victimization used as manufactured outrage to buy votes.

Congrats and well deserved! You’ve hit the Big Time.
Keep at it.

…Amid leftist jubilation in their assault on Rush a humble blogger injects unrelenting somber reality.

Legal Insurrection blog is the Tip of the Spear in Rush Limbaugh becoming Master of the Twitterverse!

Slow day huh

Taxpayer1234 | March 15, 2012 at 9:43 pm

Rush’s first Tweet is a link to LI! Awesome! Congrats, Professor!

And welcome to LI, Rush dittoheads!

If you’ve ever seen the Beatles Anthology, there is that sweet scene where they are interviewing local girls at the Cavern Club who have been fans of the group since they were nobodies but are now on the cusp of superstardom.

The girls are crying and saying things like, “We don’t want to share the Beatles with the world. We want them to stay here in Liverpool.”

Rush dittoheads: We are bigger than those balling Liverpudlian birds. Stupid girls!

Welcome, dittoheads!!

Don’t trust the Iiberals, commies, progressives, socialists and marxists. They are all just opportunists and takers. They penalized producers and promote class envy.

myohmymanatee | March 15, 2012 at 10:45 pm

Congrats! I am a fan of LI.

Awesome!

May I say, I believe Rush started using Twitter for the reason he stated – to cover more that he just can’t get on the air in 3 hours, as well as the fact that Michelle Malkin is now advertising on his site. Her new idea, her innovative new business venture, is Twitchy, is a Twitter-based new media site.

Rush didn’t start using Facebook until it was stable (or had descent security protections). Now Twitter seems to have passed his test, met his high threshold of quality. Also, he supports his advertisers, and likes to know first-hand about the business of those who he takes on to utilize his “obscene profit breaks” – to their mutual gain!

Welcome Rush to Twitter – and all the Dittoheads, too!!! You are among friends. 😀

While I agree that MM’s Twitchy site is the reason for Rush or Rush’s staff, to operate on Twitter, this ditto-head will never get into the world of 140 characters and constantly monitoring these absurd text messages.

Old people like me do not understand the appeal of the social networking on Facebook or the replacing of cell phone voice communications with texting. I could never tolerate news that did not at least flush out some basic details of the story.

Facebook posts describing what color your toothbrush you are using is not communication nor are most of the tweets that the professor insists on posting here. Tweets seem to be contests involving clever word combinations peppered with insults.

Twitter does have its uses, most especially as a news aggregator when other systems are under pressure. What you’ll notice when you watch it is that people spread links to whole stories, pictures, etc., using tiny urls.

That said, the reason Rush used a link to the Prof. for his first tweet has to do with the content of the longer article. This was a move to get people’s attention by changing their ideas about what they could find on twitter and via Rush.

Rush has built his notoriety on zingers that would fit in a Twitter line, but the next election is going to turn on whether the content from the links gets through.

Obama 1990 Interview: ‘We’re Going To Reshape Mean Spirited Selfish America’ [Updated]
http://ironicsurrealism.com/2012/03/14/obama-1990-interview-were-going-to-reshape-mean-spirited-america/

Astounding revelation, Obama and his battalion of mean-spirited leftists moonbats mobilize with generous attacks against those that disagree…

…as a way of fundamentally transforming America to be less mean-spirited and more generous.

Liberalism is always self-justifying.

Rush was right in christening his Twitter account with a link to you amazing post. Congrats!

Ok I was sorta interested in twitter when MM started advertizing on Rush, but now it looks as if Rush is the only person on earth who could get me to sign -up! I now have a new twitter account.;)

That’s so cool that Rush sees this blog. Good job Prof!

Count on the Democrats and their surrogates to take off after big businesses like crazy between now and the election. Dems are having serious trouble raising campaign funds and DoJ has targeted Apple for possible action.

The message is clear, pay up if you know what’s best for you.

Can’t say I much blame businesses, as their primary responsibility is to protect their share price for investors and if that means public excoriation of conservatives, that’s what it means. Democrats are evil.

This is probably the best stuff from Romney to date:

As gas prices have risen over the past few weeks, energy has become a prominent topic on the campaign trail. Friday, Romney launched a new attack line against Obama, saying: “He keeps talking about alternative energy; the real thing we need is an alternative president.

The rollout time for something like these alternative energy projects, if they might actually work, is two decades at a minimum, therefore this the kind of stuff that a President uses for his legacy, not as a campaign prop. If Obama thinks he will get any credit in the next ten years, he is a fool.

Another case of do as I say and not as I do ….

President Barack Obama wants companies like Google and Facebook to reform their privacy practices.

But that’s not stopping his reelection campaign from tapping the rich data Internet companies hold on millions of potential voters.

Obama for America has already invested millions of dollars in sophisticated Internet messaging, marketing and fundraising efforts that rely on personal data sometimes offered up voluntarily — like posts on a Facebook page— but sometimes not.

And according to a campaign official and former Obama staffer, the campaign’s Chicago-based headquarters has built a centralized digital database of information about millions of potential Obama voters.

It all means Obama is finding it easier than ever to merge offline data, such as voter files and information purchased from data brokers, with online information to target people with messages that may appeal to their personal tastes. Privacy advocates say it’s just the sort of digital snooping that his new privacy project is supposed to discourage.

….wanna know why gas prices are rising?
in 2008 Steven Chu, before 0bama was elected said this:
“We have to figure out a way to boost the prices of gas to the level of Europe.”

so he was questioned about that….. in this video…
because he is now 0bama’s secretary of energy.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRuvsvFpYwU

>.>
he says their goal…
meaning his and that of the 0bama administration primary goal is not to lower gas prices….
he hasn’t been directed by 0bama to do that…

their real goal instead is: To reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and instead explore/develop alternative energy sources.

they don’t care if gas prices hit $8.00 to $10.00 a gallon
there concern is only ‘green jobs’ and sources of green energy that aren’t even developed or even usable/viable alternatives yet (like the algae tech… which… will be useful in about 700 yrs)

so 0bama has halted drilling on federal lands…
he’s not issuing permits to Oil companies which could commence operations on drilling….
he’s decreased oil production in the states by about 30%
and he lobbied against the Keystone pipeline using the dems to block it.

and now we have gas prices ranging from $5.50 to $6.00 and still rising. There will be little sympathy towards him after voters are in pain from 8 months of huge gas prices at the gas pump.

Jimmy Carter did the same thing in the 70’s
…..they had little empathy for him them….
and it will be the same in 2012 (if things keep up the way they are)
