Obama Threat To “Kick Ass” Violates Fourth Amendment

Obama Threat To “Kick Ass” Violates Fourth Amendment

Stay on teleprompter, please. Because you can’t kick someone’s ass, even if you are President.

It’s in the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, or getting their asses kicked, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Bet he didn’t do too well in Con Law. Actually, what did he get in Con Law?

This is not a President of the United States. This is a slick dude who delivers his lines as if he were having a street corner conversation with a group he wanted to control and possibly intimidate. He is a verbal bully saying to the American people "hey, chill. I've got the inside track and you can stop worrying and get back to your little lives because my men and I have this situation under control.

He taunts us with insider information that he does not share with us. "I know whose ass to kick [and you don't.] This is not a "leader" who will ever bring us together.

This is not a persona who is intent on creating calm where is chaos. This is a con artist who wants to keep things going. As far as Mr. Cool is concerned we are not the electorate but a body of poor benighted souls waiting to be told what the situation really is. Practiced arrogance.

Once again, total class from this White House- NOT

Spike Lee must be proud.

The daily humiliation we are forced to witness by this foul mouthed, dumbed down, so called President and his administration is relentless. It's wearing down the patience of average taxpaying Americans.

Can't wait for tonites primary results.

Independent Patriot, stated what I thought when I heard this stupid remark.
Without a doubt we have low class person posing as potus.
Where is the dignity of the many presidents who came before?

I may be wrong, but I thought he actually taught Con Law at Chicago.

We have an entire Department of Energy that employs over a hundred thousand people at a cost of 24 billion and change…….surely they ought to be capable of offering solutions and suggestions to the spill. Right?

And what are we to make of "Mr. Macho" Bush, with his "Bring 'em on!" stuff?

Ahh, death threats, a complete erasure of the previous Moron-In-Charge, and, apparently, some serious daddy issues.

Dignity, respect, arrogance? You people must be joking!

I think Obama's resort to this profane foolishness is another sign of his cluelessness (and that of Axelrod, et al.). People just KNOW that Obama has never actually kicked anyone's ass physically, so it makes him appear as the shrimp who's trying to look tough.

Worse for him, it's going to linger as a question: "Mr. President, did you kick any butt yet? Whose?" So even as a base pleaser, it could work against him.

Now, if he actually fired a few high-level officials (say, Salazar and Napolitano), that might look like some real ass-kicking to his base and even some independents.

Words do matter, none more than those spoken by a President in a crisis. But Obama keeps cheapening the effect of his own words when actions don't follow. After a while, people just tune them out as political baloney. Then, he's done.

We can only guess what grade he received in con law.

Yeah Obama took 'Con' Law (how to con the public) at Harvard. Probably taught by friends of Bill Ayers. A lot of transformative nonsense to boot. I especially like the laugh line where Obama claimed that if the head of BP worked for him he'd be fired. Just like he 'fired' Van Jones; just like he 'fired' Janet Napolitano'; Just like he 'fired' Brennan; Just like he 'fired' Biden; Just like he 'fired' Salazar; Just like he 'fired' Susan Rice. In fact the only people Obama seems to be able to fire are the congressional and gubernatorial democraps he campaigns for. Maybe Obama should campaign FOR the head of BP, that would surely be the coup de grace.

By the way folks, read the "text" of the 4th Amendment in the post. A little humor that no one picked up on!

I saw it. I laughed, even.

You only get to complain about Obama kicking someone's ass if you also complained about warrantless domestic wiretapping.

"Actually, what did he get in Con Law?"

It was a new, experimental grade… "Present".

If they're talking about "inappropriate" instead of "weak" or "withdrawn" then that's a subject successfully changed. It's better for the president for people to question his methods or his language rather than for people to question whether he's "doing enough" in a crisis for which there really is nothing to be done.

With that in mind, look for more salty language in the future. Here's a sampling of some naughty talking points already in the works.
