Nissan plant employees in Canton, Mississippi voted nearly two to one against unionization, but the UAW isn’t giving up despite this crushing rebuke.  They are prevailing upon the NLRB to proceed with charges against the Canton Nissan plant that include alleged “unfair” treatment of the plant’s workers and “anti-union” activity.
