As further information is released about the content of the infamous Hunter Biden hard drive and the emails—and other damaging data—it contains, the silence thundering from the Biden campaign, Joe Biden, and even Hunter himself is deafening.

Last night, Tucker Carlson shared emails obtained exclusively by his show which are allegedly from Hunter Biden's laptop computer. Tucker acknowledged that he has not proved they are from Hunter but emphasized that he believes they are authentic. The emails suggest that Joe Biden used his influence as vice president to benefit his son Hunter, financially.

Cook County's State' Attorney Kim Foxx's woes continue as retired appellate judge Sheila O'Brien filed a petition for a special prosecutor to investigate Foxx's office over the Jussie Smollett case. Foxx received a subpoena to appear in court along with her top deputy Joseph Magats. This news comes after one Cook County judge slammed Foxx for her double standards after her office prosecuted one woman for filing a false report. Those are the same charges Foxx's office dropped against Smollett.

Welcome to my home state of Illinois where you don't have a real governor unless he (or she) has some kind of investigation under their belt. Looks like the current governor could face his own federal trouble. Democrat Gov. J.B. Pritzker, his wife, and his brother-in-law have fallen into a federal investigation over the removal of toilets in a mansion in order to receive a property tax break.

A man murdered Ahmed Hussein-Suale, a journalist who helped expose major FIFA corruption, as he drove home on a motorbike in Ghana. From USA Today:
Ahmed Hussein-Suale was killed late Wednesday, shot twice in the chest and once in the neck at close range while driving in the suburb of Accra where he lived. He died immediately, according to police.

You gotta love government agencies. They lash out when private businesses hurt consumers and yet evidence always seems to surface that they do the exact same thing, sometimes even worse. Take the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), an agency not many know about. Dodd-Frank birthed this agency as a way to protect consumers from another financial crisis. Its webpage claims that it "makes sure banks, lenders, and other financial companies treat you fairly."

Another earthquake has hit the sports world after reports emerged that the FBI has arrested 10 NCAA basketball officials, including four assistant coaches, along with executives at Adidas on charges of fraud and corruption. From ESPN:
"The picture painted by the charges brought today is not a pretty one,'' Joon H. Kim, the acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said at a Tuesday news conference. "Coaches at some of the nation's top programs soliciting and accepting cash bribes. Managers and financial advisers circling blue-chip prospects like coyotes. And employees of one of the world's largest sportswear companies secretly funneling cash to the families of high school recruits."

In February, The New York Times reported that agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) established a secret bank fund filled with millions from "a web of shadowy cigarette sales" before it closed in 2013. No one knows for sure how much entered the account because no one tracked it. New unsealed records revealed to the NYT that the scheme was more than just a few agents. Instead, it grew to "a highly unorthodox merger of an undercover law enforcement operation and a legitimate operation."
