Illegal Alien Adult Student at High School in Fairfax, VA, Accused of Groping Multiple Girls

“I think from the very beginning, Fairfax County has attempted to diminish what happened to these girls.”

An 18 year-old man, who is also a high school student in Fairfax, Virginia, and an illegal alien, has been accused of groping multiple female students. Liberals used to claim to care deeply about this issue. Suddenly, they’re not as interested.

Northern Virginia has become a weird place with bizarre progressive values. It’s in the news all the time, but almost never for anything good.

WJLA News reports:

Illegal immigrant student accused of groping girls in N. Virginia High School

An adult Fairfax High School student has been charged with nine counts of assault and battery amid accusations that he was groping girls in the halls during school.

7News Reporter Nick Minock was the first to break this story and spoke exclusively with the victims’ parents.

“There’s a group of about 12 individuals that have reported this assault,” one mother told 7News. “It was all perpetrated by a single individual who is a stranger to the girls. He just sneakily walked up behind them and put his hand in between their legs. It was not just a butt smack or a butt grab. It was a groping of a private area. It had been occurring for several months.”

Israel Flores Ortiz is almost 19 years old, and he’s in the 11th grade at Fairfax High School.

On Friday, Judge Dipti Pidikiti-Smith denied Ortiz’s request to be released from jail, even after Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano’s office agreed to Ortiz’s bail request. The judge said the proposed bail request didn’t properly protect the public.

About a dozen girls have come forward to report that Ortiz put his hands in between their legs, grabbed their private parts in the front, and moved his hands to their butts while in the school’s hallways.

“What do you think about your experience so far with the school system handling this situation?” Minock asked two of the mothers, who agreed to speak on camera.

“Abysmal, abysmal,” one mother told 7News. “I think from the very beginning, Fairfax County has attempted to diminish what happened to these girls.”

Can you blame parents for being outraged?

This sheriff needs to be removed.

They need to sic him on the female democratic congress losers. Their tiny brains might explode trying to balance sexual harassment bad with illegal alien good.

This seems to meet the criteria for ‘sexual battery’. Given this guy is an adult ‘almost 19’ and his victims, most of them anyway, are likely still under 18 and legally minors there may be enhanced punishment. Romeo and Juliet law exceptions, even where they exist, don’t protect non consensual conduct.

Unfortunate as it is, this is what they voted for. Hopefully they can learn to enjoy it or they can make changes and fix it.

The school system said if he was released, he’d be allowed back at school.

The left is all wound up over Epstein and here they are, admitting they’d allow a sexual predator back into the school and suggesting the girls are making a big deal out of nothing.

If one of the assaulted was my daughter, finding the perpetrator to even be returned to school would be most difficult.

He and his kind need to… how to put this and pass muster… taken to the vet.

She looks like she’s jealous

So much for women’s lib

He’s needs to be taken back to the shed…do these girls not have brothers or fathers?

Are you suggesting the young women not go out and about in public without an escort of male family members to protect them? Admittedly that would likely have a pretty effective deterrent value and where deterrence failed then the male family member would be on the spot to mete out immediate punishment to anyone who violated their female family member. I suspect most women would not be in favour of the idea.

      I believe you are wrong
I know my brother , his friends and my father would have capped his a$$ a long time ago

Would that vigilante justice have taken place on the spot b/c they were escorting you and prevented any hostile act or later on, after the fact? Important question you didn’t answer.

‘Way back when’ had there been decade after decade of feminization eroding our civic norms, reducing punishment/accountability and electing wokiesta d/prog politicians that seek to disregard victims and drop the hammer, not on criminals, but on any Citizen who defended themselves or others?

They don’t need to be along to stop the groping. They need to administer some had discipline when it does happen.

        hard discipline

I suspect the Sheriff and DA in that County would be far more interested in seeking max punishment for anyone who did so. Which means multiple people in prison for a long time. Not to mention the financial costs of a defense of criminal charges then a likely civil trial defense, hospital bills, loss of employment, probably a foreclosure on their homes and the rest of the family on the street.

That’s were we are as a society/culture with exceptions in some still sane areas. In my County and the surrounding Counties in rural Alabama a thorough curb stomping would probably be viewed as deserved and I’d give it less than 50% the DA would seek a trial b/c around here a jury would very likely refuse to convict. If you choose to reside where that’s not the case…well you gotta make a calculation based on different risks.

If the fathers or brothers were to do something, Fairfax would throw them in jail for the rest of their lives and let this guy go. Remember the grannies given 7 yrs for praying..

Yeah, that would have to be Israel Mohammed Ortiz.

        Milhouse in reply to Spike3. | March 16, 2026 at 7:10 am

A Moslem would not be called Israel. Someone with that name is either Jewish or Hispanic.

Solomon in reply to Milhouse. | March 16, 2026 at 11:27 pm

That’s not necessarily the case. In Islamic tradition, “Israel” is recognized as another name (or title) for the prophet Ya’qub (Jacob, peace be upon him), who is a revered figure in the Quran and mentioned frequently as “Bani Israel” (Children of Israel) referring to his descendants. The name itself is viewed positively by many Muslims because it is associated with a prophet and is sometimes interpreted in Arabic as meaning something like “servant/slave of God” (Isra = servant + el = God). Historically and in some Muslim communities, parents have named their children Israel precisely because of this prophetic connection—similar to how names like Musa (Moses), Isa (Jesus), or Ibrahim (Abraham) are common among Muslims despite their strong associations with Jewish/Christian traditions.
While the name is not extremely common today (especially in Arab or Muslim-majority countries, where Ya’qub itself is preferred), it does exist and is considered Islamically acceptable.

good on the judge for refusing bail–seems a viable flight risk

are there any men on the faculty / the administration staff at this particular high school–twelve students over the course of an academic year ?–lord

am surprised the male students didn’t handle this themselves let alone the girls’ male relatives

    “Violence never solved anything.”
Also, both sides will get punished (but the punishment for the illegal will be lighter).
Also, a lot of Prog boys very likely.

Milhouse in reply to GWB. | March 16, 2026 at 7:14 am

Mr Dubois: “Anyone who clings to the historically untrue and thoroughly immoral doctrine that violence never settles anything I would advise to conjure up the ghosts of Napoleon Bonaparte and the Duke of Wellington and let them debate it. The ghost of Hitler could referee and the jury might well be the Dodo, the Great Auk, and the Passenger Pigeon. Violence, naked force, has settled more issues in history than has any other factor, and the contrary opinion is wishful thinking at its worst. Breeds that forget this basic truth have always paid for it with their lives and their freedoms.”

coyote in reply to GWB. | March 16, 2026 at 9:34 am

Violence absolutely solves some problems. Standing up to a bully requires the willingness to do violence. If one or, preferably, a group of the girls swarmed and beat the living daylights out of this asshole, he’d have stopped.

Think the girls would have gotten in trouble? How would that have happened? First, he would have had to swear a complaint. “I was just groping this girl and she or they broke my face.”

Yup. That’s definitely gonna get the sheriff to arrest them. Ever hear about “unequal protection”?

Does Fairfax County have any American judges or are they all foreigners?

Milhouse in reply to stella dallas. | March 16, 2026 at 7:22 am

She’s a US citizen, which makes her as American as anyone else. She’s lived here since she was nine years old

CommoChief in reply to Milhouse. | March 16, 2026 at 10:56 am

If she’s a naturalized Citizen then she enjoys a lesser version b/c she’s barred from becoming President. Furthermore there’s a huge difference in becoming a naturalized Citizen and the decision to become an ‘American’ steeped in our civic, society and culture norms, abandoning those of the ‘old country’, fully assimilating, speaking the predominant language (English), adopting the broad norms of Western Civilization and truly ‘renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen…’

Citizenship is far, far more than an exercise in navigating a bureaucratic process to meet a paperwork requirement to check the appropriate boxes. There’s a reciprocal framework of duties and responsibilities some statutory some implied via social obligation/expectation that are entered into.

I note the “sheriff” is content to impersonate a colonel rather than a four-star general.

A strong kick, in his groin area, might change his attitude. If not cut his hands off.

Remember when feminists used to accuse people of protecting the perpetrators and blaming the victims?
