Damning Audiotape Emerges as Convicted Fraudster Claims Walz, Ellison Knew of Massive Fraud
“They say they’re being cracked down upon. He says, ‘Don’t worry about it. I’m going to use the power of the Attorney General’s office to stop that.'”
Wall-to-wall media focus on the anti-ICE agitators’ campaign to obstruct deportation enforcement in Minnesota has effectively crowded out coverage of the massive fraud scandal that rocked the state in the months prior. But that doesn’t mean the story of one of the most consequential governance failures in recent memory has been forgotten.
The conservative media is on it. Fox News reporter Alexis McAdams spoke to Aimee Bock this week, the former executive director of Minnesota’s notorious Feeding Our Future program, who was convicted in March 2025 of facilitating $250 million in fraud. She is currently serving time in the Sherburne County Jail as she awaits sentencing. She faces a maximum sentence of 30 years.
During the jailhouse interview, Bock alleged that Gov. Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison were “aware of widespread fraud well before federal prosecutors stepped in.”
According to Fox:
Bock … claim[ed] that state officials continued approving and paying claims even after concerns were raised about potential fraud.
Bock alleged the state approved program sponsors and was responsible for monitoring claims, but officials repeatedly failed to investigate or stop suspicious companies after she flagged them.
“I honestly believe Keith Ellison and Gov. Walz need to be held accountable. There needs to be an investigation done. If they weren’t aware, that’s concerning,” she said. “I have to believe that the governor’s office and Keith Ellison’s office were aware of this. They’ve said they were involved in helping the FBI. They’ve said they were made aware, but apparently I’m scary, so they couldn’t do anything.”
McAdams discussed the interview with Fox’s Dana Perino on Friday. She said that Bock’s attorney provided her with an audio clip from Ellison’s 2021 meeting “with a group of Somali fraudsters which were under FBI investigation in 2021. The group can be heard … offering to donate to his campaign if he can help get their funding flowing again.”

This is not the first time we’ve heard this allegation.
RedState’s Bonchie believes the audio clip McAdams is referring to is likely “from the same meeting that was first revealed back in April of 2025.”

It would appear so. In the clip below from January 8, Perino discussed an audiotape of Ellison speaking with the fraudsters. She reported:
He [Ellison] says, ‘I want to help you.’ They discuss how. They say they’re being cracked down upon. He says, ‘Don’t worry about it. I’m going to use the power of the Attorney General’s office to stop that, to prevent that from happening.’
A few days later, guess what pops into his campaign account? Campaign contributions from these very fraudsters. And he gives that money back only after those people are indicted.
So YES, I want to see him have to testify.
.@Danaperino breaks down Keith Ellison‘s quid pro quo arrangement with the Somali fraudsters caught on leaked audio.

Fox reached out to Walz and Ellison’s offices for a comment on the interview. Walz’s office did not respond to the request.
But a spokesperson from Ellison’s office issued the following statement:
She [Bock] is a liar, fraudster, and manipulator of the highest order who has never acknowledged or accepted her guilt. Now, she’s on a media tour to deflect her guilt onto others instead of finally taking responsibility for the fraud scheme she ran.
Federal and state investigators meticulously examined the crimes Bock and her accomplices committed. Bock alone is responsible for her own actions, which was proven in court beyond a shadow of a doubt, and her claim about Attorney General Ellison is a lie without a shred of evidence behind it.
Considering Ellison’s own unsavory past — and the leaked clips from the 2021 meeting — those words pretty much fall on deaf ears.
Recall that during his 2006 congressional campaign, he disavowed his longtime relationship with Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam, an antisemitic organization committed to black nationalism and Islamic teachings, and minimized his involvement.
But, during his 2018 campaign for Minnesota attorney general, credible and detailed reports of Ellison’s subsequent meetings with Farrakhan emerged. Legal Insurrection covered this story extensively.
Later in the campaign, allegations of domestic abuse nearly derailed his candidacy. Despite his denials, the photograph below of his former girlfriend bearing visible signs of injury severely undermined his credibility.
Nevertheless, he won his race — albeit narrowly.

Given the scope of the alleged fraud in the state, which is estimated to reach at least $9 billion, perhaps the more relevant question is: how could Walz and Ellison not know about it?
The Department of Justice has surged federal investigators into the state as the inquiry into the fraud allegations accelerates. Earlier this month, Rep. James Comer (R-KY), chair of the House Oversight Committee, which is also investigating the matter, said the DOJ had “issued more than 1,750 subpoenas, executed over 130 search warrants, and conducted more than 1,000 witness interviews in what officials describe as a sweeping federal probe.”
He continued, “The breadth and depth of this fraud is breathtaking. And I fear it is just the tip of the iceberg. Gov. Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Minnesota’s Democratic leadership have either been asleep at the wheel or complicit in these crimes. They failed Minnesotans and all Americans, handing millions of taxpayers’ money to fraudsters.”
Whether Walz and Ellison were negligent or knowingly permissive is a question that investigators will ultimately answer. But as federal probes widen, convictions mount, and whistleblowers speak out, one reality is unavoidable: Minnesota’s fraud scandal was not a minor lapse or an isolated failure. It was systemic, staggering in scale, and carried out on the taxpayers’ dime.
The genie is out of the bottle. And no amount of political distraction or selective media focus will prevent the truth from coming out.

Music to my ears !!!
A convicted fraudster and a spurned girlfriend won’t move the needle one iota. Independent evidence is needed. BTW sweet innocents out there, there are women who deliberately bruise themselves and then use the photos for blackmail or legal advantage.
Only the click of the cuffs will wake me up.
Someone in the Minnesota bureaucracy cut those checks, and it was thousands of checks unless given out at $1M at a time.
The state bureaucrats probably make good salaries to do that, bet bonuses for giving way more.
Walz, Ellison are the fraudsters. Shameful!
Ok. When is Ellison going to prison?
Hello? Hello? Anyone?
She sounds as helpful as Ghislaine Maxwell.
You have to bribe politicians directly, just contribute to their campaigns.
if she is willing to testify in court over with that?
or will dems cut her a deal asap?
or will hillarys name/alias appear on the sign in sheet at the prison!!?
The vile, corrupt and wretched Islamofascist/Muslim supremacist/hustler, Keith “Hakim” Ellison, betrayed his oath, his office and Minnesota citizens, by protecting and running interference for his Somali Muslim grifter/fraudster/thief co-religionists.
Shocker.
Blogovich finds this funny.
VeronicaLyn asks in her post with pictures of the un-indicted domestic abuser and his victim, “This Keith Ellison?”
What nobody wants to point out are a couple of others of them involved. There’s the Nation of Islam worshipper Keith Muhammed X. Ellison. But best of all is the Keith Muhammed X. Ellison who handed over his US House seat sinecure and corruption post to his hand-picked successor. He had decided that the better, faster, and less publicized way of introducing sharia law to Minnesota was to become the State Attorney General. His successor? Ilhan (Elmi) Omar, who blatantly committed immigration fraud to initially get into our country, and once here, committed fraud again to get her gay brother out of that lifestyle in Britain by fraudulently marrying him.
The connections between Muhammed X. Ellison and the Somali fraud is thus blatant and obvious…but nobody wants to talk about it.
The Dem-wing and their attached army of flying monkeys in the media are not a political party, they’re a bunch of corrupt criminals with a propaganda arm.
And to think that Justice Cavannaugh was subject to a “Spanish Inquisition” over a LETTER written by a complete lunatic liar!
That AUDIO recording is Ellison in all his glory – one would think it would be considered as EVIDENCE!
