Earlier this month, terrorists belonging to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) murdered 64 Catholics from the parish of Saint Joseph of Manguredjipa, located in the village of Ntoyo, North Kivu province.

At least 64 people were slaughtered—many of them hacked to death—while others were shot or bludgeoned. The victims had gathered for a mourning ceremony, unsuspecting and vulnerable, when machetes, firearms, and hammers were unleashed. Some attackers then set homes ablaze. Local officials say the assault was clearly premeditated.
Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) has condemned the atrocity and expressed deep solidarity with the bereaved. The charity emphasises that such acts of violence are not isolated but part of a devastating pattern in eastern DRC, where Islamist militants aligned with IS-CAP (Islamic State’s Central Africa Province) operate with alarming impunity.
Bishop Melchisédech Sikuli Paluku of Butembo-Beni offered a message of spiritual comfort to the afflicted. He prayed that God, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, would console the bereaved and guide the faithful beyond these days of suffering toward enduring peace. Local authorities have begun burying the dead and instituting new security measures, although the scale of militia operations in the region remains severe.
“The situation in eastern Congo can only be described as dire,” stated Aid to the Church in Need. “The violence has intensified all over the region of North and South Kivu, leading to massive displacement of populations and a serious humanitarian crisis. Although many provinces have been under martial law for years, with a heavy presence of Congolese armed forces, Ugandan troops, and a UN mission, the attacks continue.”

I am not sure this is true, look at Islamic history.
They are not terrorists. They are moslems. This is what islam advocates for people of other faiths and this is what moslems do to people of other faiths. And until Christians get off their lazy hind-ends and start defending themselves and the Faith there won’t be many Christians left in Africa by the end of this decade and Christianity will be extinct in Africa by the end of the next.

No, there is no such thing as “moslem terrorists”. There is only islam and its moslem adherents. And the intolerance of other religions used as an excuse to slaughter those of other religions. It’s all part and parcel of what it means to be moslem. An adherent of islam. It’s islam writ large. For an entertaining as well as informative look at the interior of Africa, watch the 1971 BBC production: “The Search for the Nile.” A docudrama chronicling the 19th Century explorations of Richard Burton and John Hanning Speke. Burton was a polymath fluent in many languages, and an anthropologist. His writings provide the world with an objective look at the interior of Africa before it became contaminated by Europeans and Americans. Some of his writings are still available on the web (I hope). Alas his wife burned a lot of his notes. She was a devout Christian who was upset with his descriptions of the sexual practices Third Worlders.
Burton was an iconoclast who got expelled from Oxford. While in no way a British imperialist, has was objective about Africa and Islam. First explorer to visit Mecca and survive. Being fluent in Arabic, he was able to pass for an Arab.
I saw the series on TV when it first came out. Alas the communists at the BBC got upset over the series and withdrew it. I tried for years to find a DVD. I did record it, but the quality is lacking. Amazingly in 2016 the series appeared on YouTube. Finally I got a copy, but had to buy a player that would accommodate all regions.
We no longer live in a free country. We are living in Orwell’s world of “1984.” Small consolation that Europe is much worse. Many of the postings here at LI would result in imprisonment for the author in the UK. Are we supposed to fight Russia to make Europe safe for Islam? For me, Trump is too timid, but infinitely superior to his predecessors.

Well, this is what wild animals do. These are subhumans, far more dangerous than any other animals that live in the jungle. They are like the democrats here…..kill everyone who see’s the world differently than you do.
The slaughter of non Muslims in Africa by Muslims has been going on for centuries. Same in the middle east. Why does the rest of the civilized world continue to ignore this. A special privilege for oppressors over the oppressed. What has the UN done to save or protect those poor people? What about Europe, the great colonizer who brought Christianity to the African tribes and now sits by idly watching those tribes suffer genocide. At the same time accusing Israel, defending itself from genocidal Muslims, of being genocidal. What happened to the thousands of Jews who populated all those now Arab-Muslim countries for millennia? The Jews were murdered or driven out. Just as those Muslim countries are trying to do to the population of Israel. Europeans were not much different. Britain, France, Spain, Germany all have a history of expelling and killing off their Jewish populations. History tells us of the European Christian Crusades marching off to save the “holy land” from invading Muslims. Not much current talk about how those Crusaders marched through Jewish communities in Europe killing and expelling the Jews of Europe. Then when those “crusaders “ reached the “holy land”, they killed the christians they encountered much easier than the Muslims who usually kicked crusader butt in battle. It appears now that Mohamed will complete his conquest of Europe by simply walking across the borders!
