How many times must someone “answer the call” of a terrorist institution before it counts as material aid?

It’s not the number of times, it’s establishing a link between them. Hamas put out a general call to the whole world, and they acted independently on that call without informing anyone at Hamas of what they were doing. That’s probably not enough, but it’s very close.

I assume there is indeed some international cabal behind this. The US protests appear well financed. I’ve seen Qatar mentioned burt cannot verify that.

Assistance from Hamas to the protesters, even if it could be proven, would not be a crime. The crime would be assistance from the protesters to Hamas.

Sarah Lawrence used to be an expensive girls’ finishing school. Now, it’s an expensive finishing school for girls and effeminate left-wing boys.

Admitting that in acting they were “answering Hamas’s call” skates very close to giving material assistance. It probably stays on the right side of the law, but only just. A material assistance charge would probably require some level of coordination or direct communication with Hamas itself.

I would think a good case to be made that spending money to hold rallies and demonstrations to “answer Hamas’ call” could be construed as material assistance.

It would be, if they actually spoke to someone at Hamas who asked them to do it. But “answering” a general call made to the void probably stays on this side of the law.

Oh girls! Supporting Hamas is, like, soooo last year. You should be, like, out buying new outfits to wear at the Trump inauguration protests!

When they support Hamas, they support mass murder. They support gang rape. They support torture. They support kidnapping. They support terrorism and war crimes.

OTOH, I didn’t see the word “genocide” in there. When Palestinians and their supporters use that word, they are NOT against genocide, just upset that the targets of the alleged genocide are different than Hitler’s.

These protesters remind me of the Nazi Brownshirts at the start of WW2. I fear that the next progressive fascist presidential candidate will use them to win their election.
